31/07/2024: This was, without question, the best meal of our holiday in Tuscany. For those who enjoyed the Bistecca alla Fiorentina (steak), it was something of a culinary awakening. Stretches of our meal were absolutely silent because the food was so enjoyable. Service was friendly and efficient, and the surroundings very pleasant. A local recommended this spot to us and advised to make a reservation, and we are so glad we did. What a treat!

29/07/2024: Consigliato da amici per una cena in famiglia, siamo stati per la prima volta in questo ristorante. Personale gentilissimo, ambiente rilassato e accogliente, hanno gestito perfettamente le ordinazioni abbastanza articolate, eravamo in 7 con anche un bambino e ragazzi. Giusto equilibrio tra piatti semplici e piu elaborati, fra tradizione e innovazione, tutto di qualità..torneremo sicuramente. Unico piccolo neo la climatizzazione in qualche posto arrivava a/c diretta. Prezzi molto equilibrati.

06/08/2024: Cozy family-run traditional trattoria near Uffizi. Tagliatelle ai cinghiale (freshly made pasta with wide boar sauce) is really good. Alessandro, the son of Founder Roberto, is so kind and gave me a beautiful bookmark of Botticelli as souvenir. Having learned Italian in Florence long time ago, this is my 8th time visit to Florence. I highly recommend to come to Trattoria Roberto.

06/08/2024: A place so nice!! We visited twice. I honestly was taken by surprise with Roberto. The food here was very well prepared and as close to home-cooked as it got. It did take us a little bit of time to get our food but we were okay with that because it is a family-run restaurant. Service was amazing. They checked in on us regularly and we're very friendly. The atmosphere here is so old school. You can't help but feel at home when you sit down. I highly recommend the chingali stew as it was very tasty, as well as the sausage and beans.

17/08/2024: Very good food, place with attention to detail... the problem lies in the people who frequent it. Poorly "dressed" girls, wearing almost nothing, with noisy, annoying behavior, who spend the whole evening screaming and taking photos. Unfortunately these places do not apply any type of criteria for customer selection - the only criterion: as long as they pay. Sin.

15/08/2024: Perhaps it was born as a restaurant with a Michelin star but now it is a good, noisy trattoria like all trattorias, with some delicious historic dishes but also dishes that are not adequate for quality, quantity and price. Managing a Michelin restaurant means knowing how to give up a few tables to give the customer a more serene and peaceful environment, and a few more escapes.

31/07/2024: Evening with producer friends so we were able to taste some dishes, all with ice cream there was a common thread. The tartare with parmesan ice cream is very good, the fresh tomato ravioli with basil ice cream are excellent, the caramelised pork cubes with mustard ice cream are excellent. Compliments to the cuisine but also to the impeccable service. Many good wines on the list.

18/07/2024: A very nice, small, loving restaurant with very friendly service. The food was very tasty and was prepared very quickly. I can only recommend.

07/07/2024: We passed by here recommended by people from Scandicci, but we had to think again. Unfortunately, the step from serving wine and snacks to a restaurant was not adequate. Tuscan crostini made with lots of capers and very few livers, with an inedible sweetish flavour. The Lampredotto alla Cacciatora is a not so happy reinterpretation, not to mention the mostly calloused French steak, all with a tomato sauce that is certainly not homemade. It is clear that they use ready-made and non-branded products in jars, visible at the counter. The lack of cleanliness reigns supreme. Despite the desire for rusticity, it may be good for very young people who love a 'hit and run' snack, but not for those who love true Tuscan cuisine and know what it is about. The price paid is high for a lunch described as 'Food' and therefore could easily be replaced by any stall on the street. There is absolutely nothing Tuscan here!

18/07/2024: Cibo nella media. Locale non grandissimo, posto in luogo strategico molto vicino alla torre. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Nota molto positiva per il titolare, signore con grande esperienza lavorativa, disponibile e gentile.

22/06/2024: Davvero una chicca! Posto molto carino con possibilità di cenare all'aperto. Io menù è come personalmente penso debba essere in ogni ristorante: - scelta tra mare e terra ma con varietà limitata. In modo da favorire la qualità alla varietà di piatti - ampia scelta di vini - servizio rapido e cortese Ottima esperienza!

14/08/2024: Luckily the pastry shop recommended to us for breakfast was closed... and we stopped here! The croissants are simply lustful: we took the cereal one that you can fill however you like, freshly squeezed juice and cappuccino. Even a delicious and economical savory sandwich. Highly recommended!! You won't regret it

18/08/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura quattro notti e per quattro sere abbiamo mangiato nella stessa! Che dire.. tutto meraviglioso! Prezzi onesti, porzioni giuste e la bontà di tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato è indescrivibile! Davvero… io e il mio compagno siamo rimasti super soddisfatti!

17/08/2024: De Beste (met grote B) ervaring tot nu toe in Toscane! Pure lokale keuken, de overheerlijke truffel ‘opties’, zalige steaks en pasta’s! Vergeet het lokale ‘Cinta Senese’ niet te proeven! Delicieus. Voeg daarbij een gezellige romantische top locatie en dito bediening… do I need to say more? Maak dat je reserveert. (Want het is nodig!) Smakelijk.
