My personal opinion is that there was way too much icecream, especially because these crepes dishes didnt contain icecream on the menu. Cappuchino was okay. Service was quick and terrace was spacious.

06/08/2026: Despite the sultry heat of these days, the restaurant located on the western dock of CALA DI PALERMO, WITH THE CURRENT MANAGERS ALESSIO & C, IN ADDITION TO EXCELLENT À LA CARTE DINNER, with fresh seasonal products, offers excellent and very abundant aperitifs, excellent and professional service, excellent live music every evening!!!!! Booking is advisable

Balata Sicilian Experience

18/09/2025: I was very happy here two years ago. But this time... I was given a seat by the window on the highchairs, saying I only wanted a drink. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the staff's attention. After 15 minutes of no attention, I had no choice but to leave the shop. There won't be a second chance this year.
