26/09/2025: Chiosco Italia is a very nice café with a lively atmosphere and plenty of young people. They offer lots of fresh options like smoothies, salads, fruit, and yogurt, as well as all the classic coffee drinks. The cappuccino was excellent and only €1.80. We really liked it here—a great spot for a quick and refreshing break!

25/12/2025: A truly beautiful and cutting-edge bar for serving customers. Nothing to complain about, simply spectacular. The service is clean, tidy, friendly, and attentive.

10/12/2025: Delicious coffee, amazing sweets, and kind and attentive staff. We needed to pick up our rental car near the café, but it was closed. We waited for several hours at this incredible place that welcomed us very well, with delicious food and lots of friendliness. It saved our day! Thank you and best of luck to you!

31/01/2026: There was no warning that our small boutique hotel would become a discoteca on Saturday night. Impossible to sleep with music blaring below my room.

19/01/2026: A very beautiful, clean, extremely elegant, almost luxuriously furnished hotel. Fantastic location in the heart of Palermo. Very nice common areas, friendly staff, and guaranteed outdoor parking. One curious flaw: we booked a suite, and the bathroom (which I don't think was mentioned in the ad) was on a mezzanine. Going to the toilet at night wasn't the most convenient.

08/10/2025: The coffee isn't tasty (which is very strange for Italy), the dishes aren't always clean, and the croissants aren't fresh. We won't be coming back here again.

18/01/2026: We had a reservation for 12:00 on New Year’s Day, but were not seated until 12:47. During this time, staff repeatedly told us it would be “another 10 minutes,” which was said multiple times without any clear update or honesty about the delay. While waiting, we could overhear staff discussing that the owner had decided to open at 12 following New Year’s celebrations, and that several staff members did not want to be there. When we eventually entered the restaurant, tables were still being set up, and we were asked to wait in a seating area for a further extended period. Once seated, we were not provided with menus or offered drinks. After asking three separate times for menus—each time being told “five minutes”—a further 15 minutes passed with no service. At that point, we decided to leave. For an establishment that presents itself as high-end and holds a Michelin star, this level of organisation, service, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Delays can happen, but poor communication, lack of basic service, and unprofessional behaviour are not acceptable at this standard. The experience did not meet expectations, and staff training and customer service clearly need improvement.

01/11/2025: FINALLY THE REAL NAPLES RAME. This is the time of year when I start trying different bars to find the original recipe for the Neapolitan rame, which remind me of my childhood, but it's been a long time since I've been able to eat a real one. Until I tried this bar and... I can finally say that these are the real original rame, made according to the traditional recipe! I highly recommend them; you won't regret it! Besides the delicious food, I noticed the spotless rooms and very friendly staff (especially Giuseppe, the guy at the cash register). I'm super satisfied, I'll definitely be back!

09/12/2025: Delicious food, very welcoming staff, and a fabulous location. I had the pasta with mussels and pecorino cheese, which was fabulous. For dessert, a tiramisu... one of the best I've ever tasted. Highly recommended!

22/01/2026: They gave me a "artisanal" panettone with their brand for New Year's Eve, which I opened a few days later... a horror for the eyes and the nose! The mold was so moldy you could cut it off with a knife! A huge disappointment.
