12/05/2026: A pleasant experience in the company of acquaintances. The pizza was delicious, and the seafood spaghetti was truly a delicious and filling meal. Plus, with a complimentary aperitif on the house as a welcome drink and a delicate sorbet at the end of the meal, it's the little touches that make you feel welcome. The staff was friendly. Recommended.

21/05/2026: A truly homey trattoria. We ate wonderfully; everything was fresh and homemade. The prices were very fair. The service was impeccable. It's just a shame we discovered it on our last day! If you're in Modica and want to try truly local food, you can't miss it.

30/04/2026: From breakfast to aperitif, they never fail! Delicious pastries in the morning and a delicious appetizer buffet for aperitif. A well-kept place where you always feel welcome. If you're looking for quality and courtesy, this is the place!

14/08/2026: Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of eating at Delfino in Marina di Ragusa tonight, simply because we couldn't find a table anywhere else, considering it's August 13th. Apparently, everything went well at first. We ordered, there were five of us, but initially we ate for three. When we finished, food arrived for the fourth person, then again for the fifth. It's unfortunate that five of us are sitting at the table and eating in shifts. The wine we ordered wasn't available, and I was offered another alternative, which at first I was told would be the same price. When I checked, it was absolutely nonsense. It was €10 more expensive. But no problem, the cost is the joke that's annoying. Finally, when we tried to report the poor service, the not-at-all-kind lady at the cash register was incredibly arrogant, responding with total disinterest, which unfortunately isn't displeasing. She said that there are always six burners on the stove. And what's our fault if they have a kitchen that's inadequate for the customers they host? In any case, highly discouraged.

12/08/2026: Unfortunately, only the name remains of the "historic restaurant." ​An experience that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, where the visual appeal of the dishes isn't enough to compensate for the shortcomings of the kitchen and management. ​Food (2/5): The seafood appetizer looks good on arrival due to its variety and presentation, but upon tasting, the flavors aren't convincing: the freshness of the fish and the quality of some fried foods leave more than a few doubts. ​The pizza is average, acceptable but neither good nor bad, significantly below the standards of other high-end pizzerias. ​Service (2/5): Disorganized and definitely in need of improvement, it leaves much to be desired for a place that should focus on hospitality. The absolute best was Silvia, who basically did everything herself. Kudos to her, she's the lifeblood of this place. Venue (3/5): The atmosphere itself is pleasant and dignified, but it's not enough to elevate the evening. Overall rating: 2/5. Visually, the impact is there, but the substance is lacking. One would definitely expect more.
