Everything was good. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back to try the first courses. Don't miss the warm pistachio-filled tart! The wait staff were great! The table was practically on the beach with an unmissable sea view (go when there's a full moon!)

I've been coming to Il Delfino for 13 years now. I can say that, like the good old Montalbano, I've found my calling on the Ragusa coast. Excellent quality and the friendliness of the staff and chef complement the wonderful natural setting of the Marina di Ragusa sea. Keep up the good work!!! Congratulations

We ate really well. I had a seafood salad and tuna with sweet and sour onions. My husband had a crusted mussel soup and spaghetti with clams. Everything was top-notch. They're excellent. I was fascinated by the wines: I had an Etna white, with a hint of anise. I liked everything, even the waiter, who was helpful and friendly. I missed the music, but it was made up for by the beautiful sea view.

Going to Vince' is like going to eat on Sunday with the family... you feel at home... the location is breathtaking... the staff is very kind... and the chef Vince is always smiling and trying in every way to satisfy you... I highly recommend it.

22/04/2026: Rosalia and her colleagues are easy-going, with a professional approach and an excellent menu. We had seafood, a hamburger and a perfect tiramisu with excellent wine. Definitely go there🙂

30/04/2026: The meal was excellent. We weren't expecting such refined cuisine, especially since we stumbled upon it by chance during an unplanned evening in Grado. From the appetizers onward, we realized that even the great classics are prepared with special attention to flavors and textures. The boreto (veal stew) is highly recommended, truly exceptional, and the gnocchi with asparagus and shrimp are highly recommended: crispy asparagus, perfectly cooked, and a truly special flavor. A remarkable restaurant, authentic and not at all touristy.
28/04/2026: An elegant and discreet restaurant on Grado's pedestrian street. I dined at the outdoor tables: I ordered the monkfish at the waiter's recommendation, which was truly delicious. The grilled octopus appetizer with potatoes was also delicious. I would have liked to try the gnocchi with asparagus and scallops, or the fish soup, and the chocolate cake, but unfortunately they weren't available in a gluten-free version. Packaged gluten-free bread and breadsticks are available. Professional and knowledgeable staff.
