19/09/2025: Best granita in Sicily! We were recommended this place on our first day in Sicily by our local host in Catania. He said we wont find a better granita in the world. We tried 14 different Granite in one week in different cities. They all had 4,x ratings BUT Condorellis is in fact by far the best. We came back 3 times and will return before we have to leave Sicily even though it will take us an aditional hour to get there. Highly recommend and I hope to come back one day.

24/02/2026: This bakery also offers a self-service takeaway, meaning you can eat there because they have tables available, both inside and outside under a covered veranda. The food is excellent, and we go there often, especially on Wednesdays when Santa Croce Camrina has its market. I highly recommend it!

25/01/2026: I come to this bar often. The ricotta ravioli is excellent, distinguished by its thin pastry and generous filling, accompanied by a steaming, creamy coffee. The arancini with ragù have a rich meat filling and the quality is truly extraordinary. The granitas in the summer are exceptional. Excellent service.

Breakfast here is a true pleasure: the granita is exquisite, creamy, and authentically flavored, one of the best I've ever had. The brioche is delicious, soft, fragrant, and perfect with granita. All the other breakfast items are also excellent: fresh, fragrant, and generously filled croissants, with a selection to suit every taste. The ricotta cannoli are a must-try: simply fantastic: fresh, creamy, and delicately flavored ricotta, encased in a perfectly crispy wafer. The cream-filled panzerotti are also irresistible, soft and delicious—a true treat. Another great strength is the staff, always kind, smiling, and helpful, making you feel at ease from the first moment. Fast yet attentive service, customer service, and a wealth of courtesy. A bar that pays attention to every detail and where you can feel the passion for their work. Highly recommended for a quality breakfast or to indulge in a moment of pure pleasure. I'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

15/03/2026: What can I say? The structure was very nice, but it was absolutely unsuitable for all the tables it contained. It was absolutely packed; you couldn't even move your chair. The waitresses had to do acrobatics to get through. The problem would have been a tragedy if they had to escape for any emergency. The waitresses were very kind. The only thing was that they got one order wrong and, instead of replacing it with the one requested, they left what was there. The pizza was decent. The only thing was not to overcrowd all the tables because it had become a real party. We left with a headache. Otherwise, the prices were absolutely reasonable.

14/03/2026: I booked a table for 17 people using the app, and we were all seated at the scheduled time without a problem. The pizza was delicious with excellent ingredients, the desserts were exceptional, and the staff was welcoming and ready to accommodate our every request.

11/03/2026: Honestly, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. The feeling of being taken for a ride with an EXCESSIVELY HIGH bill overshadowed the quality of the food, which in some dishes was good. We ordered 1 appetizer, 1 first course, 1 grilled dish, and 1 second course. ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN THAT I HAD BEEN RIPPED OFF. It's a shame I chose it because I saw locals, and normally, if they're there, they're treated well. Instead, the grilled fish was just red mullet and very expensive. The portions were small; I must say the swordfish meatballs were delicious, but not enough for the incredibly high bill. It's a shame I ended up at a restaurant and service that wasn't in keeping with the nice people of Palermo. It's a shame I received this kind of treatment. I'm writing this now because I've reread several negative comments, all about the same things. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPECTED, NOT SCREWED OFF. I speak as a business owner as well as a customer!!

06/01/2026: Excellent bar with excellent breakfast and magnificent aperitifs... the staff is very competent, especially the manager Giuseppe, who always welcomes you in the morning with a smile and a warm welcome.

11/11/2025: I visited this place for the first time, and overall I was pleased. The staff are friendly (except for the fact that I was alone and didn't even say hello to the waitresses when I walked in with my friend right in front of them). The atmosphere is nice. And I was pleased that they listen to the customer's needs.

26/11/2025: Excellent Sicilian home cooking, everything fresh and delicious. Mother and son behind the counter, very friendly and efficient. The clientele appreciates the offerings; doctors, tradesmen, housewives, etc., all are represented.

10/11/2025: Today I arrived for 3 euros of CROCCHĖ they tell me with 3.20 euros that makes 8 😬 are you kidding? I mean Giovengooo uhhhh best chip shops in Palermo 10. 20 cents Max.. You should eat in a restaurant

07/11/2025: What a wonderful discovery on our way back from Etna! We were staying in Piedimonte Etneo and spontaneously stumbled upon Barone di Villagrande. Without a reservation, we asked if a wine tasting and tour were possible, and that was no problem at all. We received an incredibly warm welcome and enjoyed five delicious wines, each perfectly paired with a matching snack. The setting, the friendliness, and the passion with which everything was explained made it all complete. An unexpected highlight of our trip. Thank you for the wonderful welcome. We will be back with great pleasure! 🍷✨

25/10/2025: A sensory experience with a breathtaking view, between Mount Etna and the sea, among the vineyards and an ancient farmhouse with a cellar and its own wine production. Very professional staff, excellent wine tastings masterfully paired with haute cuisine. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

07/03/2026: Now I understand why Montalbano always returned there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I admit I almost chose another place. A recent review had me hesitant: someone had complained about the Sicilian red prawns being "too small," the Sicilian ricotta and local cured meats being rated worse than those in the supermarket, and—the icing on the cake—the garbage truck driving by. Reading it, I thought: either this person has never set foot in Sicily, or they simply don't know what they're eating. I decided to take a chance. I was right. The fish was disarmingly fresh—you could taste the sea on your plate, the real thing, not the tame stuff from tourist restaurants. The red prawns? Small, yes, as they should be. The typical products—ricotta, cured meats—were exactly what you come to Sicily for: authentic, local, impossible to find on the supermarket shelf. Vincenzo, owner and chef, cooks with a passion that shines through in every dish. His wife and children serve: a family that manages the dining room with warmth and true professionalism. And then I discovered that Luca Zingaretti, during the filming of Inspector Montalbano, was also a regular here. After that dinner, I understood perfectly why. Some places aren't chosen by chance. I'll be back.

04/11/2025: A disappointing evening in every way. I had high expectations, but I left feeling bitter (and hungry). The dishes were bland and the portions tiny, especially considering the truly exorbitant prices. All of this contributed to a frustrating experience. The service was slow and inattentive: we waited interminably between courses without anyone bothering to check if everything was okay. In short: absurd prices, a terrible gastronomic experience. For the same amount of money, I could have eaten incredibly fresh fish elsewhere. Absolutely not recommended.

03/11/2025: I can't believe how exceptionally excellent everything about our experience was dining here. This is by far the best restaurant in the region! The food, wine and service is truly outstanding. We loved it so much we returned three times and when we come back we won't go anywhere else! The carbonara was delicious, the seafood was fresh and amazing and even the bruschetta was the best we have ever had. 😁 What made it most was the service, everyone was so friendly to us and the owner is the best person! We had an amazing time and would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to have the best food and service. Grazie mille!!❤️
