We spent a week exploring Sicily, and by chance we chose this place in the Capo market. I definitely think it's the best, and it's run by a lovely family. We'll definitely be back.

In a pretty square off the market. Could be very atmospheric but the evening we went it was quite empty. Chiller cabinet with fresh fish and a grill on the street. Seafood risotto was great and packed full of seafood. Red mullet grilled to order and served a simple salad. Homemade sausage also grilled to order. Lovely bottle of wine and and extremely generous grappa to end!

Truly an excellent experience! Delicious food, fresh ingredients, and dishes prepared with attention to every detail. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Fast service and top-notch quality. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Excellent Sicilian cuisine at the local market! Recommended by local guide Monica. We tried several appetizers, pastas, and desserts—everything was delicious. The bill for three was €100 without alcohol. Highly recommended for visiting Palermo.

We arrived at the restaurant with low expectations and a bit by chance. The waiter Saverio welcomed us warmly and recommended the dishes: pasta with sardines and the zucchini, ricotta, and shrimp flakes. In our opinion, these were two truly delicious, excellent dishes that tasted like home. Excellent value for money; if I were to return to Palermo, I would definitely return!

03/05/2026: Excellent seafront pastry shop in Sferracavallo. I ordered one of their specialties, the ricotta cannoli, and I can confirm it's exceptional. We also ordered some profiteroles, which were also delicious.
29/03/2026: Excellent selection of baked goods and food, typical ambiance with a great rooftop terrace overlooking the harbor. One star deducted for ambiance because the restroom was filthy and lacked toilet paper, a toilet seat, and a mirror. Two stars deducted for service because they tried to charge us inflated prices for individual items during the checkout process. We were able to complain and then paid the listed prices. Nevertheless, this was very annoying and a reason for us not to go back. There are numerous other good cafes nearby... that are honest about their billing.

04/05/2026: Unable to leave a review through Booking.com, I'm posting here because this accommodation is truly worth a visit and we wanted to share it. The owners are very welcoming. The location is simply magnificent. The meals were a real treat… It's a shame we only stayed one night…
04/05/2026: Utterly charming. Came on a hiking trip, was blown away by the generosity of the hosts. It is a small 600year old farm house under the mountains. It isn’t more than that. The hospitality is “Big Hug” level. Had a great 4 course meal with wine in the evening. Local everything. Rooms were serviceable but it’s SIX HUNDRED YEARS OLD.
