Sunday out of town and I find myself in Modica. Not finding where to have lunch because everyone was asking for a reservation, I find myself entering this restaurant. Here too, not having booked is a problem. Luckily the very kind owners manage to find me a table. A good, fairly rich starter, clearly typical of our area, a very good first course with pork sauce, tripe and two other first courses. I have to say that I really enjoyed myself. Clean, nice and familiar environment as I like it. Good food although I would see something in the cavati dough. Very good tripe and excellent service. I will definitely come back. Thank you

Una piacevole e splendida scoperta questa Trattoria di Modica ! Ottima cucina , tutta la pasta fatta a mano , ottimo vino e la proprietaria simpatica e capace !! Consigliato ! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo !!

Siamo andati con amici su consiglio e siamo stati benissimo come in famiglia . Ottimo cibo casalingo gentilezza e semplicita’prezzi onesti lo consiglio

Nella norma senza particolare aspettative. L'unica cosa che dà veramente fastidio è pagare 3€ a persona per il servizio. Noi eravamo in due , abbiamo consumato solamente un primo. Ma ci pensate, una famiglia mediante di 5/6 persone, che si ritrova un conto livievitato solo per il servizio.

08/03/2024: A good pizza that I would happily eat again. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The location is suggestive in a square dating back to 1600 and the interior of the place is very nice. I paid: pizza, water and cover charge only €14. 👌

03/03/2024: Very nice place in the historic center of Scicli. Excellent fast and qualified service. I recommend the meat menu which is all really good. The fish menu is also good. Recommended, prices are normal.
02/01/2024: The restaurant is located in a historically ancient street in Scicli. We ordered the fish and veal ravioli, both excellent, and the staff is very kind. The price is also reasonable. Towards the end, the owner introduced us to the way he prepares the traditional Sicilian dessert, "gelo di limone". It was the last day of our trip, and they gave us the perfect lasting memory of Sicilian hospitality and kindness. I recommend 100%.
