05/08/2025: Direi cibo di scarsa qualità...abbiamo avuto seri problemi con varie vespe ....e il personale nei nostri confronti è risultato molto menefreghista e scortese ; pizza molto gommosa e sopratutto pesce di scarsa qualità. Il costo eccessivo per il servizio ricevuto .

31/07/2025: Ristorante con un’impostazione curata, perfetto per una cena all’aperto in una location suggestiva, fresca e piacevole. Abbiamo cenato a pochi passi dal mare, in un’atmosfera rilassata e accogliente. Abbiamo provato una pizza americana, nella media, e un piatto davvero interessante: i lorighittas ai crostacei. Una pasta tipica sarda, ben condita con un sugo ricco e saporito. Il piatto era generosamente guarnito con aragosta, granchio, cicale di mare e gamberoni, servito con tutti gli utensili necessari per gustarlo al meglio, inclusi pinze e bavaglione. Ottimo piatto, sia per qualità che per presentazione, a 25€. Per questo valuto solo tre pallini, trovo il costo di questo locale eccessivo. A seguire, un sorbetto al limone, una crema catalana molto buona e una panna cotta con topping al cioccolato: i dessert nella media, piacevoli ma non memorabili. Servizio rapido, anche se un po’ distaccato, e apparecchiatura semplice ma elegante. In sintesi, un bel posto dove cenare bene, respirare l’aria del mare e provare qualche piatto tipico ben eseguito.

23/08/2025: I had a very disappointing experience at the Principe Umberto in Olbia. The waiters were rude and listless, with an attitude that clearly showed they had no desire to interact with the public. The wait was incredibly long, even for just four coffees, despite the fact that there weren't even enough people seated to justify the delay. Such unprofessional service leaves a truly bad impression and certainly doesn't encourage anyone to return.

22/08/2025: We loved this restaurant! We stumbled upon this cafe in the morning, the server was so nice that we decided to go back that same evening. The pizza and meat were very good, I recommend! The servers are welcoming, smiling and very kind. The cocktails are also superb!

05/09/2025: A lively place. Limited parking. It's advisable to book before going. Spectacular pasta. Pizzas, not recommended; they're very simple.

05/09/2025: I came to Sardinia with the idea of ​​eating fish, and at Valentina's I found excellent fish, more than generous portions, and a fantastic value for money! Oh, and the fillet steak with Gorgonzola is also amazing!

03/06/2025: I came to Sardinia for a pleasure trip and the first night I stayed in this hotel in transit, I had dinner, the dishes were good, the pizza was excellent, the breakfast was good, the room was spacious, the bathroom was new and large, the only flaw was there were no hangers for shower towels and guest towels, all in all everything was good!

It's not a diner; customers should be pampered and treated with respect. The food? The appetizers were good, the fried calamari cooked in used oil. And don't tell me that it's the busiest time of year so this is normal. No.

01/08/2025: Location con parcheggio disponibile. Il ristorante è bellissimo sia dentro che fuori, ha vetrate trasparenti quindi durante la cena abbiamo assistito a un bellissimo tramonto. Personale gentile, disponibile e attento. Porzioni super abbondanti e veramente tutto buonissimo! Questo posto ci è stato consigliato da un amico sardo e io veramente consiglio di non perderlo! Prezzi assolutamente nella norma abbiamo speso meno in questo posto sublime che in altri ristoranti di pesce della zona. Sicuramente torneremo perché ha svoltato il nostro soggiorno in Sardegna!

29/07/2025: Esperienza deludente, mai più. Siamo stati in questo ristorante con buone aspettative, ma purtroppo la delusione è iniziata quasi subito. Fin dall’arrivo ci è sembrato che ci avessero “inquadrati”: ci sono state servite porzioni visibilmente ridotte rispetto ad altri tavoli vicini, e il trattamento generale non è stato dei migliori. Il cameriere che ci serviva si è mostrato poco attento, spesso parlava con il tavolo dietro di noi mentre prendeva il nostro ordine o serviva i piatti, quasi come se fossimo un contorno alla sua conversazione principale. L’atmosfera è risultata fredda e poco accogliente. Alla fine del pasto, con uno scontrino da 112€, ci siamo permessi di far notare che le porzioni erano davvero scarse, ricevendo come risposta dal proprietario: “Avevate poco appetito”, con un tono poco professionale e piuttosto arrogante. Un’esperienza che non giustifica minimamente il prezzo pagato. Di certo non torneremo.

There's nothing to complain about about the location itself: a nice restaurant with a warm, seaside atmosphere. The food overall is good, although there are some major flaws, such as the fried calamari, which is very rubbery. The prices are quite high, as is the case with any restaurant on the coast. The biggest disappointment, however, is the service. The staff is certainly friendly, but the wait times are extremely long; getting served in less than 30 minutes is very difficult! Even takeout pizzas are subject to a good half-hour delay, which is a real shame given the prime location!
