Azienda Agrituristica Sa Mandra In Alghero

We stayed at this agriturismo and had a truly wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, Alessandra greeted us with great kindness and helpfulness, making us feel immediately at ease. The agriturismo is very well-maintained: the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and well-organized, and the attention to detail is evident. During the summer, dinner is served outside in a pleasant and relaxing setting. Our room, overlooking the pool, was very spacious. Even though there were only two of us, we were assigned a quadruple room, which allowed us even more space and comfort. It was equipped with air conditioning, a large refrigerator, a spacious bathroom, and we really appreciated the complimentary toiletries including shampoo and shower gel. One small suggestion: we would add hand soap. The room is modern, clean, and meticulously maintained. The agriturismo has a pleasantly warm saltwater swimming pool, ideal for relaxing or sunbathing on the loungers. The depth allows adults to comfortably stand in the water, while there's a small shallow area at the entrance for children. As for the food, we were very satisfied. We chose the appetizers from the set menu, so we could sample a variety of options, and we particularly enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana, the meat and vegetable meatballs, and the cheese with speck. We then tried the malloreddus, a very hearty and flavorful dish, carefully prepared and definitely worth trying. We also really enjoyed the suckling pig: well-cooked, tasty, and served in generous quantities. Overall, we found the cuisine to be high-quality, with generous portions and authentic flavors. Thanks to all the staff for their kindness and helpfulness, especially Marco, who always welcomed us with a smile. We definitely recommend this agriturismo: a place to relax, eat well, and feel welcomed. ❤️

The food is excellent. For those like me who are allergic to eggplant, you have to forgo a fair amount of appetizers, but you eat a lot and well. The first courses were excellent, and the flavor of the sauce was truly excellent.
