05/10/2025: The service staff urgently needs to be replaced. The food was okay. I won't be coming back and won't recommending this place to anyone.

28/09/2025: We waited around 1 hour and 30 mins for our food to arrive. Worst service I ever had in Italy. Don’t come to this place you will waste your time and money.

27/10/2025: I placed an order through Glovo before 12:00, and chose the 12:00 to 12:15 delivery time slot. After waiting, I received a notification that the delivery would be moved by 10 minutes... I waited, and at 12:25 it still said it was being processed. It's a shame I had to leave home. I contacted the pizzeria to ask if I could block the order without incurring penalties, or if there was a way I could get what I ordered in another way. The owner initially said that customer satisfaction was important to him, so we agreed that after canceling the order, which wasn't yet being processed, I would have to contact him again. I blocked the order while I was on the phone with him... (In the meantime, it was moved by another 20 minutes) and waited for Glovo's response, which arrived over an hour later. I contacted the pizzeria again and explained what Glovo's response was... namely, that in addition to not having received the pizzas on time, I would not be refunded anything. He replies that he can't do anything about it. Glovo can't do anything, the pizzeria can't do anything, but they'll pay their share of the €36.00. I find this unfair and embarrassing. If someone selects a time and it's accepted, it should be respected. If the pizzeria or Glovo can't keep their promise, they should take responsibility. Shame on you! 09/07/2025: Si fa fatica a descrivere l esperienza vissuta in questo ristorante. La posizione è carina, ma appena si mette piede nel ristorante si ha l impressione che tutto sia un po’ lasciato al caso. Seduti al regalo arriva il primo cameriere che ci chiede solo se volevamo dell acqua. Dopo un po’ arriva il secondo chiediamo un piatto fuori menù: una tartare di tonno. Dopo aver chiesto al maitre di sala, allo chef ci arriva. Presentazione molto casalinga qualità buona. Ai primi un flop totale. Risotto e fregola piatti senza un minimo di sapore. Pago un conto di ca 150€ per una tartare, due primi, 2 tagliate di anguria e 2 calici di vino. Il dopo è ancora più assurdo. Poi aver lasciato il locale ci raggiunge il maitre di sala e ci chiede se dal conto poteva togliere il primo che non avevamo mangiato. Allucinante

11/10/2025: The pizzas at the Bella Napoli Restaurant are delicious. Pleasant location in Alghero's old town, with a beautiful terrace. Friendly staff.

10/09/2025: The food was okay, the service rather poor despite the incredible amount of staff milling around, and the prices were outrageously expensive. A coperto of €1.50 per person is fine, but then an additional 10% table service on top? I've never experienced that in my many years in Italy.

02/10/2025: The restaurant presents itself with great ambitions, but the reality failed to live up to expectations, due to a completely unsustainable quality-price ratio. The cuisine, rather than surprising, left an impression of being small and uninspiring, with offerings that are unjustified by such an ambitious menu. The service, polite and attentive, remains the best aspect, even if not impeccable. In the end, one is left with the feeling of having paid for the idea rather than the substance.
