02/06/2025: Tetta della monaca GLUTEN FREE out of this world! And the rest was really great too! Thanks to this place we all had a wonderful breakfast including my celiac son! Highly recommended 😁

12/06/2025: The food was good. The problem was we ordered a starter (beacause you have to, it is mandatory if you want to sit there) with price by kg... so we said ok, it is a starter. But they brought us one kg of octopus for 2 persons even though we've also had a main dish (mandatory again). In the end we paid 105 euros for a normal lunch with a lot of wasted food because we couldn't eat that much. Let's say it's ok, we didn't mention how many grams of food we wanted in the first place..but the real problem was that after we ate and paid, we were siting at the table just drinking our water and someone from the staff approached us and asked if we want something else and I said no thank you, We are just staying a couple of more minutes to relax. And the lady told me if I don't buy anything else , they kind of need the table because people are waiting. So what? It is not like I just bought a bottle of water and sit there for 3 hours. I just paid 105 euros so at least I can enjoy my water in peace. And by the way there was no queue.

12/06/2025: Worst dining experience in Italy - menu translation incorrect, staff inexperienced and confused, food truely awful This is not the takeaway but the newish restaurant the same company has opened just down the road has been opened a few months ago Restaurant is cramped and noisy What we were served was not as described on either Italian or English menu and to make it worse was unappetizing

22/06/2025: Very high quality of ice cream, fair prices. A somewhat lackluster aperitif but given the price with a drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) included it could be fine.

29/05/2025: Beautiful restyled coffee bar (see my new photos) with comfortable seats and places to stand at the bar. We came there in the morning for breakfast, offered by the B&B in the same street. Friendly staff, delicious coffee and a wide choice of sweets, highly recommended.

12/06/2025: We have often taken pizza home, the service is impeccable, they respect the times in a Swiss way, no pizzeria manages to respect the times, even on Friday and Saturday. The pizza is good, the environment is clean. The lady who takes telephone orders is very kind. What is fantastic is that if you do home delivery you can also pay with the debit card.

31/05/2025: The pasticciotto is not up to the standard of a city like Lecce, even the cappuccino, the pigeons eat on the table and on the cups already used. Not recommended.

17/05/2025: Il posto è ben curato e accogliente, tutto molto buono, tagliere di salumi e braciole d'asino al sugo. Eccellente la lasagna con capocollo, fontina e pistacchio, come i ravioli ripieni di ricotta e basilico. Anche i dolci, fatti da loro, sono eccezionali. Da tornarci per forza.

17/05/2025: Un vera chicca. Dall’atmosfera intima e raccolta ma conviviale al tempo stesso e una ricercatezza particolare sia nell’arredamento che nella proposta culinaria - composta di pochi piatti ma tutti eccellenti, con materie prime di qualità eccelsa e km 0 - questo posticino a Martina Franca ci ha davvero rubato il cuore. Tant’è che è la seconda volta che da Milano ci troviamo in queste zone, e passiamo sempre a trovarli. Gentilissimo lo staff e simpaticissimo il proprietario. Bravi, continuate così!

28/06/2025: Historic bar/restaurant on the Brindisi seafront with excellent pizzas and typical dishes. It is definitely a tourist place but it offers very good food. Kind, fast and pleasant service. Normal prices.

12/05/2025: Excellent pastry bar in the heart of Nardò where the traction is still alive, excellent pastries now unobtainable in other places, especially the pasticciotti. Staff attentive to customer requests, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

25/04/2025: The environment is warm and familiar. Very kind and competent staff. I drank a delicious gin and tonic and also tasted my friends' cocktails, all good and with quality alcohol. The outdoor space is well-kept and comfortable. We will definitely be back.
