04/05/2026: This is our second time here, and I found the sandwiches to be truly delicious! You can even swap any burger for a veggie burger. That's a huge plus! Try the fried grated potato bites, they're out of this world! The waiter who served us was cheerful and very kind. The price is average, not cheap.

12/08/2026: Excellent coffee shop, also a tobacconist. I suggest removing this ridiculously tiny water glass; rather than automatically dispense it, ask if they want it to reduce waste. But that shot glass for water is ridiculous. The coffee is very good, and I really like how they froth the milk. I suggest expanding and varying the selection with gluten-free options.

25/08/2025: I found myself as a tourist here in the village of Aradeo. We ordered several things to try, such as arancini, panzerrotto, pizza, puccia patatie, etc. Everything was good. I would only have cooked the puccia meat a little more, but overall, I recommend it! Recommended prices for those who want a full family meal without spending a fortune! The owner is attentive and kind. I recommend it!

16/08/2026: The experience at Meraviglioso was truly excellent, from arrival to the end of the dinner. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the staff with great kindness and professionalism. Throughout the evening, they were present and attentive, without ever being intrusive: a meticulous service that contributed greatly to the overall quality of the experience. The cuisine was also very high quality. We began with appetizers, all very good and prepared with top-quality ingredients. The first course was probably one of the highlights of the dinner: well-balanced flavors, excellent ingredients, and preparation that definitely lived up to expectations. The wine cellar deserves special mention. During dinner, we were recommended a wine that proved exceptional and paired perfectly with the dishes. It was a bottle that impressed us so much that I would return to Meraviglioso just to drink it again. Overall, what I appreciated most was the attention to detail throughout the experience: from the welcome to the service, from the quality of the products to the wine selection. You don't just feel like you're dining, but rather being accompanied throughout the evening by a staff that pays attention to detail and knows how to offer advice. Marvellous, it's definitely a restaurant I'd return to. When I'm back in Polignano a Mare, it will definitely be one of my stops.

18/05/2026: The restaurant offers plenty of parking inside, with a security guard. Tables are well-spaced, and orders are very quickly served. The appetizers and pizza are excellent, but the wait for service, perhaps unusually, is too long.

10/05/2026: Location, nothing to complain about, nice and spacious, service equally good. I'm considering the pizza, because there are other options. I've noticed that most of the reviews are about the restaurant. The toppings are excellent, but the dough definitely needs revising. It's very thin in the center, doubles in size and becomes chewy as it gets to the edge. The cooking was uneven. Was it a coincidence? I don't know. My advice? 'No,' as I can't give you an opinion on the restaurant, but for the pizza, it's definitely a no.

26/06/2026: It's a place I frequent often, and I enjoy taking advice on which beer to order from the owner, who is always very kind and knowledgeable. During the week, it's very quiet and ideal for long evenings where you want to chat without stress and enjoy a good selection of sandwiches. The chairs are very comfortable, and the music is at a perfect volume for conversation. On Saturdays, of course, the wait can be longer, and the place naturally welcomes more people, but we really appreciate being given a realistic estimate of the wait, which we fill with a few excellent beers. Interestingly, there's an excellent bakery just five meters away.

21/06/2026: A truly welcoming pub, with a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The food is good, carefully prepared, and with generous portions. The prices are fair, in line with the quality offered. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which really makes the difference. You can tell they care about their customers. A place I'll gladly return to.

07/04/2026: We happened upon this place in Giovinazzo one evening with friends. It's a decent, average place, a bit more average. Next time, I'd avoid the tables down in the cave because it gets colder. Prices are average.

01/06/2026: We don't recommend eating here. The service is unfortunately very slow and overwhelmed. The food is okay, but the price-performance ratio is terrible. The portions are tiny. You don't get much for your money. The fries and salad taste good. All the dishes are okay, but nothing special, nothing like what you'd expect from Italian cuisine.

31/05/2026: The best Vongole 👌. A true explosion of fresh seafood flavors, made with exceptionally fresh clams. Combined with a great location and authentic charm, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

22/08/2026: We had dinner here this evening, two couples. We arrived at 9:00 PM and didn't start eating until 10:30 PM, after about an hour and a half of waiting. We finally left around midnight. We each had a pizza, five medium draft beers, a portion of fries, and two bottles of water, for a total of €107 (€26.75 per person). The price, considering what we ate, didn't seem out of line, but honestly, I expected a much better experience. The pizza, at least the one I had, wasn't the best: I only ate half. What I was most disappointed about, however, was the incredibly long wait. I'm a local and have always had a good experience there in the past, which is precisely why I was particularly disappointed this evening. What bothers me even more is the feeling that, once seated at a table, locals are treated like passing tourists: you come in, pay, and say hello, with little regard for the fact that you might be a repeat customer. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for a place where I've previously enjoyed my experience, but this time, unfortunately, the experience was truly awful. I sincerely hope it was just a bad night, because I'd expect a different kind of attention from a local place, especially towards those who live here and choose to return.

21/08/2026: Our experience was, unfortunately, disappointing. Although the restaurant was almost empty, with only two tables occupied, we were not given the opportunity to choose where to sit, but were shown the table we were supposed to sit at. The most unpleasant aspect, however, was the waiting time: we waited almost an hour to receive our food, which is hard to understand considering how few customers there were in the restaurant. In addition, the waiters were almost constantly standing right behind us, which created a feeling of discomfort and being watched, although there were enough other free areas in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food did not compensate for the experience either — it was rather mediocre and certainly not at the level we would have expected after such a long wait. Overall, an experience that could be considerably improved both in terms of service and attention to customer comfort, as well as the quality of the dishes

04/01/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. We went to this restaurant and the experience was impeccable from start to finish. We tried typical dishes such as sautéed chicory, croquettes, ciceri e tria, tagliatelle with Scottona sauce, which were exquisite, and to finish, a giant cream puff with a truly delicious cream. The staff was very kind. The quality-price ratio was excellent. If we ever find ourselves in Lecce again, we will definitely be back!
