17/06/2025: I can only compliment Francesco (and his staff) for the wonderful service he offered us for a business breakfast. I called on Saturday to ask if they were open for lunch on Monday and even though it was a day off, he opened the restaurant just for us. With such a service, what can I say other than THANK YOU!? He made us look great with our guests, because above all, the technique and the dishes selected for us were simply wonderful! The wine selection was also excellent. I have been to this place other times and we always had a good time, but this time it was 10 out of 10! These are the beautiful places that San Severo needs. Thanks again, heartfelt compliments and see you next time!!!

11/06/2025: A pleasant discovery in the center of Ceglie Messapica Passing through the land of the Messapians to meet some friends, we were invited to this tavern and we were thrilled. The location is enchanting: a historic building with barrel vaults, furnished with vintage copper pans and ladles, which immediately evoke the flavors and traditions of the past. The staff is courteous and attentive, always ready to accommodate every request. The fish is fresh and the raw seafood is really good. Both the appetizers and the main courses have generous portions, perfect for those who love to eat with taste. Among the dishes that impressed us the most, the fava bean puree with chicory stands out - a classic from Puglia, authentic and full of flavors that bring to mind the stories of our grandparents. The quality of the raw materials is excellent: from the mozzarella to the capocollo of Martina Franca, everything is taken care of in detail. Also not to be missed is the fish on the trolley, selected with experience. Special thanks to Salvatore and Graziana for letting us discover this little gem. It certainly won't be a goodbye, but a see you later!

26/05/2025: I was there for a birthday and the birthday boy had opted for a fixed menu including appetizers, a first course and a second course. Nothing special about the appetizers as we ate the usual things we are used to such as anchovies, bread croutons, cold cuts with cheeses, pizza dough fritters etc.. if you are looking for something different from the usual appetizers this is not the right place. The first courses did not excite anyone and there were 12 of us at the table, average for what you can find everywhere while the meat was good and someone asked for seconds. The owner who at the end of the service asked the birthday boy to leave a tip to the waiters was not very appropriate PS regarding the owner's response. I don't think I said I didn't like your menu in fact I gave 4 out of 5 for the food and also for the service as well as the overall review. I don't allow myself to judge the events between you and the birthday boy because I wasn't there

17/06/2025: Birrbante is a really nice place: spacious, welcoming and ideal for those looking for a modern pub with a relaxed style. The selection of beers is vast, with many labels both on tap and in bottles, perfect to pair with a varied and tasty menu. The pizzas are original and well made, the hamburger sandwiches are rich and tasty, and even the appetizers are taken care of in detail. Excellent quality of ingredients and generous portions. The atmosphere is lively, especially during evenings with live music or themed events. The staff is kind and helpful, always ready to advise with a smile. Recommended for those who want to spend an evening in company, with good food, quality beer and fun. A point of reference in Bari!

25/05/2025: Regular customer of the Francavilla Fontana restaurants, on Saturday night I decided to try Suite 77. We started off badly since with a table booked at 9pm they sat us down at 9:40pm. But okay, sometimes you have to be understanding. Polite guys but a bit slow in service, probably a little more staff wouldn't hurt. Let's get to the sore point: the pizza. I've never eaten such a horrible pizza in Francavilla. Inedible at times, you couldn't tell if it was a focaccia, a piadina, a pinsa... it even seemed frozen. It's definitely a place you have to go for a sandwich or first/second courses but definitely not for pizza. Extremely disappointed, we won't be returning.

10/05/2025: Appreciable place...full...Table of 6, 4 adults, 2 small children, Pizza indecipherable whether Pizza or focaccia, no one consumed it in full...failed...we won't go back!

06/08/2024: Questo bar è molto buono per i suoi dolci. La famiglia è molto dedita alla pasticceria fresca e, infatti, ogni festa del papà le loro zeppole fritte sono una bontà. Mi piace molto il loro caffè e i pasticcini con amarena e panna.

03/11/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questa Vineria con degli amici,una volta entrati in questo locale si assapora un atmosfera di assoluto relax. Il cibo è quello della tradizione gastronomica locale sapientemente preparato da qualcuno che veramente se ne intende.La scelta dei vini è molto ampia. Complimenti al Proprietario che ci ha accolto con simpatia e professionalità. Ci ritorneremo!!!

We couldn't appreciate the cuisine because we were out of time but we will return. I add a postscript to appreciate the importance of jazz music in accompanying a good wine
