14/06/2025: Some dishes need to be reviewed and improved

16/03/2025: This review is for the "Lowen a Teatro" restaurant. I have 3 pieces of advice which are really the basis. The wine glasses dry and are not brought wet to the table. The bottle is uncorked at the table and not brought open. And finally, the bottle opens under the "rim" so that when pouring the wine it does not hit the packaging and dirty everything... I repeat, these are the basics!!

28/04/2025: Remarkable experience that deserves to be reviewed with the highest marks (fully deserved). Entering and being greeted by such a structured, well-laid out and full of labels cellar would already be enough to exclaim wow, what a place. Lunch was delicious from start to finish! Authentic flavors and sublime pleasures (I found the spaghetti with shellfish erotic in its depth and aroma, great class). Having said that, excellent food, well-kept place, smiles at the reception, I would like to focus on 2 aspects that literally make Riontino win the competition hands down. 1) Dishes served and TOLD (then coherent during the tasting, the flavors anticipated during the storytelling were all there, in the various dishes); 2) Etiquette observed and fully respected (here the bar reaches its maximum, women first, long live women I would add). Congratulations to the whole team, to those who put their best foot forward and to those who, behind the scenes, work in the same way as the frontrunners. 20/01/2025: Very nice and quiet pub, where you can drink good beer both on tap and in bottles but also good wines. The food menu was excellent and inviting but I only stopped to drink. Recommended to everyone.

27/06/2025: Bar Kennedy was one of the first places we ever went when we first came to Ostuni it is the local hang out and meeting place to get your caffe and corranetto in the morning or afternoon, it is always wonderful and fun with friendly staff who don't mind that we are still struggling with our Italian. 12/02/2025: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria, beautiful and welcoming location.....the food is top, and the pizzas just as...very kind both the owners and the rest of the staff.... speed in serving at the tables, in addition to the availability of all the staff....air-conditioned room and fun on the weekend with karaoke......

30/06/2025: I was in the Tremiti Islands 35 years ago and the island of San Domino was beautiful and wild. Apart from the sea and the enchanting views, the rest is all concrete built for commercial purposes only. It was a deep disappointment... I will not return.

24/06/2025: Fantastic island that stole my heart, I reached it in an hour with the ferry from the port of Termoli, upon arrival you are a bit "hounded" by the sellers of boat/rubber dinghy tours. The only sandy beach present is located a few steps from the port, truly wonderful, well maintained, with excellent services and truly attentive lifeguards. Wonderful water fresh and clear like few others. I can't wait to go back

08/03/2025: We had an aperitif, we took a medium platter for two. Excellent value for money considering that for 7.50 each we ate and drank a spritz. I recommend it, also for the friendliness of the staff!

16/01/2025: Really well made cappuccino (it's not always so obvious), always fragrant croissants, very kind owner who always welcomes you with a smile. A heartfelt thank you.

11/06/2025: Everywhere you can find fried shrimp and squid, sometimes with a few more fish and qualifying the fried food as "paranza" but only at Avanti c'è posto is the fried food truly paranza, that is mixed and very tasty fish, you can find red mullet, cod but also scorpion fish, conger eel and dogfish, mantis shrimp, shrimp and crabs, a variety and a riot of unique flavors and masterfully fried by Nardino. The service is fast, spartan decor and excellent quality/price ratio, we had dinner for three enjoying 2 octopus salads, a maxi fruit sperlonga, dessert, water and beer spending 63 euros. Recommended for those looking for something different from the usual fried food.

25/05/2025: You are proof of God's existence! Thank you for existing! I accidentally tried your ice cream bought at Conad in Presicce. Since then the tubs of ice cream have been disappearing. Every year I can't wait to come to Salento to taste your ice cream. I plan to come and visit you in the pastry shop too. It's a shame that in the Foggia and Bari areas you can't find your ice cream. Sooner or later it will happen! 🙂

11/06/2025: You have to make a conscious effort to go to the restaurant, as it's not easy to find. The visit and the food are worth it. Authentic, handcrafted cuisine, an exciting menu, and a family that knows their craft. We'd happily return.

18/04/2025: Very positive experience. Attracted by the new menu recently published at €25 which includes appetizers, a first or second course of your choice, cover charge and water. Really great food. Super welcoming and very kind staff! I really recommend this place!!!

08/05/2025: El 4o día de una estancia de 5 días en Trani decidí venir aquí para el almuerzo. Mis expectativas eran altas y no me decepcionó. Un hermoso comedor (como lo expresa el nombre del restaurante) , un servicio amable pero altamente profesional, los ingredientes más frescos y platos bellamente preparados y emplatados que muestran la cantidad justa de creatividad. Empecé con el plato antipasti crudo y seguí con los antipasti calientes, se complementaban maravillosamente. Las golosinas de chocolate servidas con café fueron más que suficientes como postre. Felicitaciones a Michele y su encantador personal.

Unico appunto, i primi a parità di primi piatti, in questa occasione, non come in passato. Appena peggio, però. Ma può capitare. Secondi di crostacei. Ottimi. Insomma tra i top restaurant. Da consigliare, da ritornare, da riassaporare. Prezzi alti. Ma......

31/05/2025: VERY rude!!!!! we try to be mindful as tourists and speak italian and be respectful wherever we go, but the staff were so rude, treated us like we were idiots, and made us feel so uncomfortable the whole time we ate our pastries and had our coffees. in the 6 weeks we’ve been travelling around italy, we have not been treated this poorly. we couldn’t wait to get out of there - save yourself the trouble and go to a cafe that respects its patrons.
