Restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea. The food is excellent, I recommend it.

A good experience at Miramare. The location is pleasant, and the terrace is a real bonus in warm weather! The food is well-prepared and served efficiently. It just lacks that "little something extra" that would make the service truly welcoming and earn it a fifth star... Note the excellent regional wine list, though unfortunately not all wines were available.

Excellent lunch and good service

A memorable dinner at the Miramare Restaurant, overlooking the sea in Torre Santa Sabina: a place where Apulian cuisine meets authenticity, freshness, and a rare sense of service, where the owners' sweet Labrador greets you at the entrance. We started with a simply extraordinary raw fish dish: sweet scampi, Gallipoli red prawns, Taranto mussels, local clams, and the freshest oysters. A dish with a truly seafood flavor, hard to forget. Next, a rice dish with potatoes and mussels prepared just like my grandmother from Bari used to make: distinct flavors, respected tradition, perfect balance. The spaghetti with mussels, rich and flavorful, confirms the kitchen's confident craftsmanship. The final fried fish was impeccable: golden, dry, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Prawns, calamari, octopus, and a fabulous mixed bag. All fresh fish; only a small qualm about the fried prawns, which were delicious nonetheless. Generous portions, easily shareable. Friendly service, very kind owners: after a more than fair bill, they offered us limoncello and coffee, a gesture that says a lot about their way of working. I'll be back the day after tomorrow to try other traditional dishes and to repeat that crudo, which was, without exaggeration, like tasting the sea. A restaurant that truly deserves a visit.

We stayed in a nearby town, and this restaurant was recommended by our landlord. The pepper mussels were delicious! Highly recommended. The grilled sea food was also great. The portions were quite large; the two of us were very, very full. However, the opening hours on Google were wrong; we wanted to come back on Monday, but found it was closed.

Excellent peaches and authentic cuisine. Always a guarantee of quality.
