19/03/2025: My girlfriend and I went about 2 months ago.. the place was nice but the food was nothing special, no praise, no infamy in the area for the same price, there are better ones.

07/03/2025: I want to be pampered and so I treat myself to lunch in this place I didn't know about. Inside, it is divided into rooms (much appreciated for avoiding noise and relaxing) which are clean and have minimalist furnishings with retro cues. At the entrance, professional welcome from Noemi with a sunny smile, boy at the tables present for every request without being intrusive and punctual explanation of the dishes. But now we come to the dishes: homemade Russian salad with a delicate flavor but one that tickles the taste (one of the best I've eaten in recent years), CBT egg with excellent black truffle and well-balanced flavor and then rice (correct cooking point) with burrata red beetroot (expertly dosed so as not to cover the beetroot) and black truffle (in flakes and in quantity). Let me start by saying that I am a vegetarian and had not booked, but Stefano (the chef) had no problems in preparing such inviting and varied dishes for me (and this is not a given, many times if you don't book you have to settle for omelettes and salads). The place is run by young guys, but their competence, smile and desire to make and offer tasty, colorful and excellent dishes made my day even more "pampering".

11/11/2024: Dietro ad un passaparola della Zocca emiliana siamo riusciti ad arrivare da Filippo! E che dire…la realtà è stata maggiore della immaginazione: i tajarin,il coniglio,la sua insalatina,la pesca caramellata bastano per inginocchiarsi davanti a questa eccellenza di chef che diventa una persona umile e normale quando passa al tavolo perché vuole sentire le critiche e magari anche due parole sul Blasco per poi dire, grazie di essere stati qui. Circa 310 km ci sono voluti per arrivare ma sicuramente a breve li rifaremo perché meritano la destinazione! Grazie Filippo di questo atelier di arte culinaria!

09/11/2024: Ein Herzlicher Empfang und eine freundliche Aufmerksamkeit den ganzen Abend lang. Wo unsere Italienisch Kenntnisse versiegten, half Filippo in besten Deutsch aus. Wir genossen Kaninchen vom Grill mit besonders zart knusprigen Röstkartoffeln dazu. Da an diesem Abend weniger Gäste da waren, wurde uns als Nachschlag das ganze verbleibende Kaninchen samt Beilagen angeboten welches wir, hungrig vom Radfahren begeistert annahmen. Ich fand dies das beste Essen auf unsrer 5 Tage Piemont Tour.

22/01/2025: What can I say, simply fantastic experience.. a warm and welcoming place, with a relaxed atmosphere as soon as you enter, a pub with many special items and details. Pub with a wide choice of beers and drinks obviously. But, here's the best part, it's a gastropub, so they have refined and revisited dishes, well presented and above all good and carefully prepared, with a choice of vegan and vegetarian preparations too. But when you enter you are surrounded by the scent of embers, and in fact there is no shortage of meat dishes. In short, a choice for all tastes. The choice of potato rosti is sublime, they are delicious in the variations offered, the slow cooked pulled pork melted in your mouth, the burgers presented with slices of polenta instead of the sandwich are an excellent combination, worth trying. the perfect burger, handmade with coarse grain, excellent cooking. finally the service was very friendly, the owners very friendly with also the exchange of information on the origin of the cheeses, honey etc., in short, the products of the area that they use for their preparations. we arrived at 2.00 pm (booked) and they work all day, without trips, without stress. finally the desserts prepared by them are something to try!! delicious hazelnut cake We will definitely return when we are in the area!

25/02/2025: As a good Campana, I highly recommend the spaghetti with clams and samphire, a crazy pleasure for the palate. The bread is very good. Excellent wines. The second courses are tasty, we took the platter with Piedmontese cold cuts and the giardiniera. The excellent cut! All very good! You can eat outdoors overlooking the river and a lovely garden. The staff is really kind. Highly recommended.

25/01/2025: Ottimo ristorante che unisce un’ottima cucina a una cura impeccabile per la presentazione dei piatti. L’ambiente è elegante ma accogliente, perfetto per una serata tra amici. La cucina si distingue per l’uso di ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità, combinati in modo creativo e saporito. Ogni portata non è solo un piacere per il palato, ma anche per gli occhi: i piatti sono serviti con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Il servizio è impeccabile, con personale cortese e preparato, sempre pronto a consigliare i migliori abbinamenti tra cibo e vino. Le porzioni sono equilibrate e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo, considerando l’elevata qualità dell’esperienza complessiva. Un ristorante che non delude e lascia la voglia di tornarci presto.

The service is friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, modern and easily accessible. Top for breakfast, snack or light lunch!

26/03/2025: Finally I can give 5 full stars! Ladies and gentlemen, memorize in any way the name of this restaurant that preserves and offers in an excellent way the culinary tradition of Turin. Any comment or judgment would be superfluous and certainly insufficient to give due credit to the quality expressed in this restaurant. It is useless to describe here the dishes that I had the privilege of tasting: trust me and book as soon as possible (if you can) to live a truly unforgettable experience.

26/03/2025: On of the best meals we had during out trip! We stumbled upon this place through recommendations, and now that we’ve tried it we would recommend it too! First of all, their dishes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Secondly, they offered comforting yet remarkable flavour combinations, my favourite was definitely the squid ink pasta. The tomato, the squid, and the bottarga melded together to create a perfect sauce that clings to the pasta, absolute perfection. They also served very good olive oil, be sure to enjoy it with their bread. Would love to pay another visit when the time comes, highly recommend!

08/03/2025: Quiet and understated yet elegant. The food is excellent, the portions are just right. The Chefs are creative and innovative with traditional foods and presentation is beautiful. I recommend the veal cheek which melts in your mouth. The nice surprise is that despite being piemontese this restaurant also serves fish.

28/01/2025: The cocktails were amazing!! They have a lot of options for drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic. I only had a sandwich, and I didn't necessarily love it, but it was okay. I can't say anything about the other food they have, but I would definitely stop by for a great cocktail!

03/12/2024: We buy their coffee pods from the family company Malabar for employees and customers of our company. The coffee is excellent, intense aroma and creaminess that pampers you with every sip! The service is prompt and qualified, always available to respond to the various needs of the customer! The passion they put into their work is evident and this is reflected both in the coffee and in the customer care. Last but not least: excellent quality/price ratio! In short: highly recommended for lovers of good coffee!
