First time at this restaurant, based on various reviews, we had a wonderful meal.
From the moment we were greeted, we sensed the skilled hands in the kitchen. The rest of the meal confirmed our first impression with exquisite appetizers, memorable agnolotti del plin, and superb desserts.
The historic setting is elegant yet informal. The service is perfect.
Highly recommended!!
We'll be back as soon as we can.

A superb restaurant in a splendid, historic setting. The tasting menu is excellent for discovering the traditions of Piedmontese cuisine. This is the must-visit restaurant in Turin.

The tasting menu of Piedmontese dishes was delicious. We also tried the snails, which, to my surprise, were the best thing I've ever eaten, although it did compete for first place with the zabaglione at the end.

I decided to celebrate my birthday here with friends from Rome, and we had a wonderful evening.
We had a delicious veal Monferrato-style (without the tuna) as an appetizer, then sampled some excellent plin, and finished with a truly traditional bunet.
I recommend trying the traditional Piedmontese dishes; it's worth it.
Very attentive service, a very welcoming dining room. The chef, Stefano Fanti, came by to make sure everything was okay; he was very kind.
I will definitely be back.

Good, but not impressive! Beautiful location. I didn't choose the menu, but I found the appetizers, in particular, to be quite bland. The waitress was kind and respectful, but some of the waiters, on the other hand, were a little less attentive. They didn't serve in the correct order, made some sudden movements, and didn't apologize when they nearly bumped into and stained my neighbor's table. I'll return, taking my time and with fewer people!
