Good, but not impressive! Beautiful location. I didn't choose the menu, but I found the appetizers, in particular, to be quite bland. The waitress was kind and respectful, but some of the waiters, on the other hand, were a little less attentive. They didn't serve in the correct order, made some sudden movements, and didn't apologize when they nearly bumped into and stained my neighbor's table. I'll return, taking my time and with fewer people!

Dining in such a beautiful historic building is a thrill, but it's the soul of the place that makes the difference.
You feel pampered throughout the evening by a staff of incredible empathy and professionalism.
Chef Stefano Fanti is uniquely helpful and authentic, truly putting his heart into what he does.
Inside, the restaurant is stunning, an atmosphere that envelops you, and the cuisine is of truly Michelin-starred quality—the plin and Rossini are unrivaled—but with the added bonus of less than stellar prices.
The wine list is excellent.
What can I say, a perfect blend of genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine: look at the photos, they speak for themselves.

I celebrated my birthday in this very elegant and refined restaurant. The quality of the food was excellent, and I commend the exquisite guinea fowl and the chef!
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and it's a pleasure to dine with pleasant background music in a room that transports you to another era.

This is a truly special place in Turin. The restaurant is set inside the beautiful historic Palazzo Graneri della Roccia, and the atmosphere immediately feels elegant yet relaxed — a perfect setting for a dinner.
The cuisine is refined Piedmontese, with a modern touch while still respecting tradition. Each dish is beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. The vitello tonnato was excellent, delicate and perfectly balanced, and the pasta dishes were rich and full of flavor. Even the classic snails were executed with great care and depth of taste.
Service is attentive and professional, and the dining room itself feels intimate and charming, surrounded by art and history.

Not bad, but definitely increasingly touristy, with unmistakably high prices for what it is. It's a shame, it used to be a truly authentic place.
And in response to the restaurateur's comment: what's touristy is that 1) prices are now calculated based on the passing tourist who pays a premium for the holiday experience, NOT on a local clientele who would find such prices unaffordable. They've risen more than 50% in recent years! Don't tell me inflation has risen by 50%. And 2) the proof is that you practically don't hear Italian spoken in the restaurant anymore.

We went on the recommendation of Mr. Ayhan Sicimoğlu, and it was a great experience!
A historic trattoria in a truly evocative building, frequented by artists and those in the world of culture. Inside, the artwork is simply incredible: you can't take your eyes off it; each one is unique and precious.
The dishes are equally wonderful: tasty, prepared with great care, and impeccably presented. Each course is carefully decorated, and the condiments/sauces add a special touch that makes every bite unique and memorable.
We loved it and highly recommend it to everyone! It was one of the best meat dishes we've ever tasted! Everything else was equally perfect. When we return to Turin, it will be our regular place.
