Even though I said hello at the entrance, the two employees didn't return the greeting. It's a shame, because the products are high-quality, but the service is decidedly poor.

04/01/2026: On the main road to the Formazza Valley, in the hamlet of San Rocco di Premia, lies this special pub. This establishment has made the decision to offer completely gluten-free food, so all its dishes are gluten-free, some even vegetarian. For celiacs, it's a kind of oasis of happiness; they can order everything, I believe only the beers are gluten-free (in addition to the gluten-free ones). Some of the food pairings are unusual; there's always a soup, risotto, and homemade gluten-free gnocchi. The atmosphere is quite rustic, and the outdoor bathroom in the summer doesn't help. I recommend booking ahead, even the day before during peak season, as they often get fully booked for lunch until generally 3:00 PM.

This bar truly saved us, as it was one of the few places open after 11 pm in the town. We couldn’t have asked for a better late-night spot!
07/11/2025: Perfect for a late-night snack, the piadinas and focaccias are delicious, and the fried foods are also delicious! Excellent selection of Scotch if you want to break away from the traditional beers! Highly recommended!

The cuisine, largely classic Piedmontese, is top-notch in terms of authenticity, quality ingredients, and excellent presentation. The wine list is commendable, and, last but not least, the staff is exceptional in their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness, making you feel at home in this historic location, in the heart of a beautiful town. Prices perfectly match the quality of the food and service.
27/12/2025: The high-quality bread already showed the restaurant's attention to detail, but the complimentary delicate appetizers were a pleasant surprise!
The salted cod appetizer with its sauce was delicious. The main course, the assorted poached beef, was served with a pot of broth, and the attentive waitress proactively asked if we needed small bowls and spoons to enjoy the broth. A small dessert platter was even provided after the meal.
Overall, the dining experience and the friendly service deserve full marks. Highly recommended!

08/03/2026: They charged me 9 euros for a STOLI vodka. DO YOU REALLY GO DRINK IN THESE PLACES AND THEN COMPLAIN ABOUT THE HIGH COST OF LIVING?! 9 euros for a straight shot of vodka, which costs 20 euros a bottle... THEY'RE CAPABLE OF FINANCEing some war under the table... GOD...
