07/07/2025: Quick lunch at lago maggiore. We had the Puglian puccie, food was oka. Overall, a strange combination between name, drink and food menu. Service was correct and the atmosphere was okay.

04/07/2025: We ate in the garden at the back of the restaurant, very nice and quite "intimate". We had two pucce salentine, very good, quality ingredients, super french fries, good and original beers. Luca, the owner of the restaurant, very careful that every guest is satisfied and happy, does his role very well. They also make a house bitter, very good and delicate. We will definitely be back!

01/08/2025: Very nice and elegant original Italian villa, surrounded by a nice Italian style garden and swimming pool. The room are spacious, and there is an ancient elegant feeling in them. The breakfast is excellent, special thanks to the head manager Mr. Gasparre for his warm welcome and attention to details.

30/07/2025: Large historic complex with a nice classic interior. Good size new outdoor pool and nice area around the pool. Classic room is a good size and I like it more than the smaller Standard room. There is enough parking. Breakfast was good, but a few years ago the selection was a bit larger. I have to admit that in every hotel where we have had a repeat visit, the breakfast selection has become a bit smaller compared to previous years. 5 minutes drive from Serravalle Outlet. No mirror in the room. No free water in the room, would be very welcome in hot weather. There was only one free socket in the room and it was also broken.

23/07/2025: The waitress was courteous and helpful. The wait was short. They offered us a very good appetizer. We ate well, and the place is quite intimate, although being on the street means you can get some cars passing by. When we went, however, there wasn't much traffic.

22/07/2025: We visited Ristorante Centrale in Moncalvo during the height of white truffle season, and it was a memorable experience. The restaurant is welcoming, elegant but not overly so, perfectly nestled in the Piedmont hills. We ordered several white truffle dishes and were impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the absolute respect for the star of the season: each course showcased the truffle without overpowering its aroma, allowing its aromas and flavors to shine through. The service was professional, attentive but never intrusive, with staff knowledgeable about the dishes and ingredients. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to indulge in a high-quality lunch or dinner during truffle season. It's a local favorite.
