21/04/2025: Well I already had a couple of "favorite places", but I think this one surpassed them all 🙂 I had been hearing about it for a long time but, for various reasons, I had never managed to go. This time, even though I had booked in the corner... it went well, even though it was a holiday. Thanks to Davide, Annalisa Edoardo and their entire "gang" for how they manage this jewel on our Apennines. In addition to being in an incredible place in terms of location, it is a wonderful place, in a spectacular setting and... coincidentally the food is also delicious! 😜 I didn't take all the photos of the dishes because... well, I forgot 🥺, but here, in addition to the palate, the eye also has its part! Everything is obviously cooked with passion and with excellent quality raw materials, with results 😋 and an adequate quality/price ratio. Thanks again guys, and see you soon!

21/04/2025: Quiet environment, friendly staff. All in all it was a pleasant evening, in the company of friends. The only thing that personally didn't drive me crazy was some dishes, for example potatoes with spiced meat I found it very heavy, (if there had been some vegetables, it would have been more balanced, obviously personal taste). The egg cooked at low temperature was a spectacle, as was the pork stew.

26/03/2025: Locale piccolo, abbastanza informale ma molto curato. Il personale di sala è gentilissimo e molto preparato anche su allergie e intolleranze alimentari. La cucina è da chef di primissimo ordine sapori e accostamenti innovativi e azzeccatissimi la carta dei vini è di ottimo livello.

25/03/2025: Cozy and nice atmosphere, really impeccable and attentive service. Very interesting menu and good selection of wines. Nothing to say about the dishes chosen, traditional cappelletti with ragù and guinea fowl roll on Jerusalem artichoke puree and black olive pesto, all delicious. I happened to be there for dinner on a business trip, perhaps in this context it seemed a bit expensive, but for a romantic evening it would be top. I would go back

21/03/2025: We discovered this place by chance on one of our family vacations.. I don't even remember how old I was but I was a teenager.. today I'm over 30... 😅 It's a regular stop when we're in the area and we often ordered piadinas to take home.. and even the days after they were delicious. The products are of the highest quality and above all there are piadinas for all tastes. Carnivores, omnivores, vegetarians etc... Highly recommended!!!! With friends... with family.. or as a couple.. See you in September 2025... on the occasion of the Netturbiadi 2025.
