22/10/2025: Every time I return to Naples, I can't miss stopping by to try their coffee, and I don't stop at 1... very good, so much so that I always buy some to take home. The staff are kind and attentive. We've gotten to know each other by now. I recommend it to lovers of good coffee.
13/10/2025: A place to grab a coffee while waiting for the train or bus. You can also order it to go.

08/06/2025: I was at Gran Caffè Vittoria this morning for an aperitif, everything was perfect. Clean, modern place, kind and smiling staff. The sweets are something spectacular, fresh and well made. The coffee is really good. You can see that there is passion. I will definitely be back. Congratulations!

08/11/2025: We were recommended this restaurant by a local... So we don't understand what went wrong. The pizza was inedible. The crust was good, but the ingredients were terrible (the tomato base was sour, the mushrooms came from a can, the prosciutto was thick and chewy...). My friend's pizza was a little better, so we ended up eating that. The service is non-existent, they bring you the food (no smile, no attention) and the check at the end. Unfortunately a fail.

I ordered a takeout sandwich and was truly disappointed. The sandwich alone, without drinks or portions, cost me €15, and there was no receipt. No sachet ketchup, no customer service, and the quality definitely didn't live up to the price.
For comparison, last night at Marano I ordered two takeout sandwiches with two glass Cokes and spent €22 in total, with a much higher quality.
This one, however, seemed like a joke. Exorbitant prices and a lack of transparency; I definitely won't order from them again.

26/10/2025: We stopped by chance. We had a good breakfast at a fair price. We don't know if it was a coincidence, but it was quite noisy for a hikers' gathering. Once they left, the noise level dropped significantly. The staff was really welcoming and kind.

12/11/2025: My wife and I were married in Sorrento, we stayed at the hotel plaza and my opinion, we couldn't have chosen a better hotel!!
The location is brilliant, you can walk to most things in Sorrento from here. The staff were so helpful and friendly.
The sky bar was an amazing added extra. The cocktails were brilliant and the staff in the sky bar were tremendous! Friendly, funny and very helpful. The view from the sky bar is breathtaking! If I ever return to Sorrento, I'll 100% be staying here!
23/10/2025: Perfectly located hotel in the centre of Sorrento.
Very helpful and friendly staff along with stunning views from the Sky Bar and infinity pool of Sorrento right over to Naples and Mt Vesuvius.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough

02/10/2025: A very pleasant place, I always go there with pleasure, the staff are friendly, the sfogliatella santa rosa is so good!!! The owner Daniela makes a cappuccino with an excellent and delicious aroma.
