23/09/2025: A cozy, modern restaurant with delicious dishes and wines (including, of course, Montefalco Sagrantino); all at reasonable prices. Excellent, friendly service. The restaurant belongs to the hotel, which is situated in a beautiful garden with a small river flowing through it. Local jams, wine, and olive oil are also available for sale.

18/04/2026: Terrible service, rude staff. I ordered the 3-flavor gelato, they only put two flavors in it, in small quantities, and didn't even give me the better cone. There are much better gelato places nearby, I don't recommend it at all.

The lady was also incredibly rude.
We went for the gelato week event they were participating in. We had paid for a "3 flavor" ticket, which stated that you could choose between a cone or a cup.
The lady forced us to order a cone, claiming there was a surcharge for the cup and that we were only entitled to two flavors, even though we had paid for three. I should point out that nothing like this happened at any of the other five gelato shops on the tour.
Furthermore, the gelato is truly mediocre, made with powders and of poor quality.

We went in and waited by the door for quite a while to be served. There were only two tables occupied; the rest of the restaurant was empty. When the cook noticed, she told us to sit down while we waited.
Fifteen minutes later, we decided to take the menu ourselves to read it and decide what to order. When the waitress saw us doing this, she came over, took the menus from our hands, and immediately handed them back. We didn't understand—it was a gesture to tell us that she should give us the menu and that we should wait. We weren't rude; we just wanted to read the menu.
We got up and left.

20/04/2026: sad to say, but by far our worst meal here. Fish was cold and not good, even the stray cats didn’t want to eat the leftovers. Fried artichoke was cold and inedible, impossible to eat. The owners kids ran around kicking a soccer ball in and out of the restaurant the whole time and threw these spark things on the ground that made loud bangs. We didn’t have silverware or napkins and kept having to ask for basic things like that or grab them from neighboring tables. Very overpriced too. The staff is nice but would pass on the food sadly. :(
