30/10/2025: EXCELLENT The pizzas were delicious, the crust thin and crispy, cooked to perfection. The spaghetti with meatballs was amazing... the service and customer care were very good, and we weren't hungry enough to eat the delicious cannoli. I highly recommend it if you come to Venice.

28/10/2025: The food was tasty, but not outstanding. The service wasn't very friendly and responded very slowly to our inquiries, which we noticed because they listened to us but then immediately turned to other guests. Charging €5.50 for a Fanta in a plastic bottle is incredibly outrageous, as is the service charge that suddenly appears on the bill! There was no prior communication about this; it's just a mandatory charge. Look elsewhere.

03/11/2025: The seafood risotto was fantastic! The service was also very friendly. Every plate was a work of art!

28/10/2025: A simple dinner: a parmigiana (€11) unfortunately not quite hot, spaghetti with cherry tomatoes (€13) rather bland. The service was quite friendly, and the plates were nice. It was a bit chilly in the restaurant, as it was late October and I also had a bit of a cold. I found it a bit overpriced for the quality of the food: cover charge €3.50, water €5.00, glass of wine €10.00. It's located in the tourist area by the harbor, where you can have dinner before the "real" Italian restaurants open.

13/10/2025: The waiter was really unprofessional

12/10/2025: A traumatic experience. We went in one morning for a simple breakfast and found ourselves faced with a surreal scene: a man at the counter, presumably the owner (white hair), yelling at and humiliating the waiters in front of all the customers. Unacceptable and shameful behavior. After sitting for a while without anyone paying us any attention, a waiter kindly approached to take our order... and the man verbally attacked him again, for no reason at all. At that point, we got up and left. In 2025, it's unthinkable that people still exist who run a place with such arrogance and zero respect for the staff and the customers. Avoid him like the plague, at least as long as that man is behind the counter.

11/11/2025: Terrible, a trap for unfortunate tourists

11/11/2025: €10.10 for a piece of toast (€7.50) and a bottle of water (€2.60) is excessive. The toast wasn't even toasted, it was slightly warmed, but the cheese hadn't even melted.

08/04/2025: Un rifugio che unisce alla perfezione la genuinità della cucina di montagna con una vista mozzafiato. Il menù offre un’ampia scelta di piatti, tutti preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, nel pieno rispetto della tradizione locale. Ogni portata racconta il territorio con sapori autentici e ben bilanciati, perfetti da gustare dopo una camminata o semplicemente per godersi un pranzo immersi nella natura. Il pranzo con vista sulle montagne rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Un luogo accogliente, dove si torna volentieri.

07/04/2025: Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo pranzato al rifugio Viviani e ne siamo rimasti veramente entusiasti. Cibo ottimo, panorama mozzafiato e ragazzi super disponibili. Bellissima esperienza ci torneremo.

11/09/2025: The pastry shop where you can eat on-site told me it had closed, so I only found the bakery at the address. The staff were friendly. We had the nun's breasts, one of the best I've ever tasted.

24/08/2025: I went there specifically to try the KRAPHEN, since many laboratories no longer make the krapfen like they used to (perhaps due to the processing). What can I say? I didn't like it, it felt like eating a fried sandwich with sugar and cream... too much crumb... kraphen should be without crumb and filled with cream...

29/10/2025: We just stopped there for a coffee while we waited for the train station ticket office to open again. The waiter who served us was very friendly and nice. The woman in charge of the place (or at least that's what it seemed like) was VERY rude to us, to the people at the next table and even to the waiter. We were stunned. What the hell is she doing and let the waiters work in peace, they do a great job. She ruins the atmosphere.

24/10/2025: I have always put my face on every review. If I respond and change my personal opinion, it's because sooner or later you'll encounter an owner who doesn't think straight and is convinced of himself and reacts instinctively, because to be bad you have to be intelligent. If you point out all his work shortcomings, he'll appeal. Smoking is NOT allowed indoors, but a gazebo is outdoors, so what's the point of ashtrays at the tables? And above all, it all becomes a pretext to accuse you of having written a negative review and boast about having cameras in a gazebo where, in Italy, a mandatory notice must be posted at the entrance because it's much simpler. I have nothing to hide if they accuse you without thinking about all the things that are forgiven, such as the poor hygiene conditions, the bathrooms not accessible to the disabled but declared suitable, the logistics services, electronic payments accepted reluctantly because they are tracked, reviews left by relatives or people paid by them, are sold for a coffee and are therefore called friends, but they don't point out that an honest reviewer would have sent them the NAS, reminding them that the receipts They are an obligation, just like respecting the simple rules of those who serve food, but as the owner says, if so much gives me so much, I and everyone I know will continue to advise against such activities, which set a very bad example, with regret for those who, instead of insulting, truly care about being appreciated for their work and correcting their mistakes to a disce omnis.

15/09/2025: Good food, but poorly organized. A 30-45 minute wait just to order on a Sunday, and there aren't many people there despite the constant requests to order.

14/09/2025: I ordered a ginseng and they brought me… hot colored water. Not even a hint of aroma or flavor, basically a watered-down broth. Non-existent service: the waiters are distracted, slow, and completely indifferent to whoever arrives. A walking manual on how to scare away customers.

16/10/2025: Terrible cutlet sandwich, tasteless, and cream puff from the day before. Seeing the waitress wiping the tables with her hand was the best.

10/10/2025: We came in for two coffees and to use the bathroom, only my husband, and for that we paid the extra fee. I can honestly say I've never seen such a dirty bar in my life!!! When we arrived, there was a very elderly lady sitting outside touching her bare feet with her hands. I never would have thought she'd be the one serving us! 😏 Household cups and spoons rinsed under the faucet, and the lady with visibly dirty hands only cleaned hers after making us coffee! While I was waiting, I also noticed the used and rinsed plastic cups. We were looking for a toilet, and we found a toilet of a bar.

17/08/2025: The woman served us creamy coffee in a small plastic cup, then charged an exorbitant price. When we asked to pay by card, she told us it wasn't possible and that she had told us in advance (a lie). We also asked to use the restroom, but she said it was out of order. A terrible experience, not recommended.
