03/09/2025: Nothing to complain about: two white wines and a water for €13, a bargain for central Verona. The staff is cool, fast, and friendly, and the outdoor seating is shady, so you can watch the people passing by.

15/08/2025: The place and the staff doesn’t even deserve 1 star but well unfortunately a lower grade cannot be given. Extremely rude owners with no attention to what they are doing it not to even to mention a scenario to smile to the client who is about to make you a profit, prices are different for drinking a coffee on the counter and in case that it is a takeaway therefore we were charged 2,50€ extra for 2 small plastic cups (ridiculous if you ask me). Well maybe you think that we were the only bad situation but they behaved the same way with the girl in front of us who asked for her coffee to be fixed and the reaction from the other side was of course a bad face with eyes rolling instead of just accepting different opinion. To conclude, they are screaming at you, the place is dirty and the coffee isnt the best. Guys make sure that you don’t waste your time and money at this place and keep your mood safe it is not worth it for it to be ruined by a person who simply hasn’t heard what hospitality is.

15/08/2025: I was very disappointed with my experience at this café. I ordered croissants, which, unfortunately, were obviously old: dry, rubbery, and flavorless, they seemed to have been made several days earlier. For a place that's supposed to offer fresh products, it was a real shame. I expected more attention to quality and customer service.

12/07/2025: We came here twice, the first time for drinks and the second time for breakfast. The prices are very good and the food is good. Perhaps it gets a bad rating because the waiters take their time and aren't rushed, which tourists don't like. It's obviously a family business. The view is incredible, especially at sunset. I probably wouldn't recommend going in if it's very crowded because it can be a bit long.

27/07/2025: I used to go there more often. They change staff every season, but that's normal for a place that only caters to tourism. However, this doesn't create a relationship with the customers—I repeat, it's normal for a place that only caters to tourism. The thing that bothered me most was that I always get the same drink and once I pay a price that varies, not over the years, but over the days. That's why it remains my last choice—not that an extra €1 or €2 makes a difference, but out of fairness to the customer. Peace be upon you, and carry on with the tourist.

11/08/2025: The waitress was rude, raising her voice at a customer for putting the dog's water bowl on the floor for a moment. She tried to convince me twice that a cup of milk alone contained coffee, as if I were stupid. And for three plain croissants, one with cream, three cappuccinos, and a latte macchiato, I spent €24.
