05/07/2025: Worst coffee in all of Italy! Yes, the coffee is served in a huge cup. But it doesn't taste like coffee, not even milk. Just water. I drank it at the bar, but I still paid €6 for two cappuccinos. Prices like a brothel. Never again!

14/06/2025: Upon requesting coffe with ice we received an inedible overly sweetened sludge, which we couldn't finish even ⅓ of, that costed €5 a piece. The place itself is quite aesthetic and the service is good

24/06/2025: I was born in the city in 1969 and I went to the Theiner bar with my grandmother since I was little at 5 or 6 years old. Then I always frequented the historic center and then with the group in the evening we went up that side to Prati del Talvera and stopped at the Theiner 1982 until 1990 other years theiner was an obligatory stop for us banana 🍌 splint that is with ice cream. 22/06/2025: Guardare SEMPRE lo scontrino, SEMPRE. Abbiamo preso uno spritz che nel listino costava 5 euro, e il barista ci ha messo 7 euro, poi fatto scendere a 6,50, un succo di sambuco 2 euro, aumentato di 0,50 centesimi e una birra. Dal menù, il totale doveva essere meno di 15 euro, il barista ci ha portato un conto di 20 euro. Aggiungendo poi, che i prezzi del menù dovevano essere aggiornati. Consiglio: prima aggiornate i prezzi poi aprite il bar. La gente paga quello che c’è scritto nel menù, punto. Pessima esperienza e non ci tornerò più!

The managers, two people no longer very young, both very kind and polite, the pastry shop is decent and the focaccias with different fillings are also good. The coffee is good too. Small environment with tables, but quiet and relaxing. I will gladly return.

14/07/2025: Hi, I was at this bar two Saturdays ago. The manager is courteous enough. The place isn't the prettiest, but it's an old place, so that's understandable. The prices are sky-high, but that's understandable since we're practically in the square. Unfortunately, the quality of the products is worthy of complaint. He's obviously used to selling to Japanese and Americans, because the desserts I ate there were enough to force the place to close. Shame on you. You're an insult to Italian pastry making; you should go out of business immediately. You're scammers, you sell junk food, and at a high price, too. Shame on you!!!

15/06/2025: piadina kebab good but spicy missing, we paid for a tub of yogurt sauce (2€) good the complete piadina was only composed of meat tomato and salad

Then when it came to us he walked off and it was until we found someone else to get help. All the tables were dirty and we were trying to find an area to sit at. That is when we decided to sit on the cushioned chair. Shortly after a worker began to scream at us for sitting there and yelled for us to sit in the chairs . One of my friends stood up to take off their back packs off. The waiter came over, picked up the chair slamming it to the ground and yelled sit . Never will I come back again for a pastry and service that are lacking and leaves a bad taste in the mouth .

12/07/2025: Esperienza pessima. L’attenzione al cliente è stata inesistente: nessuna cura in quello che fanno, almeno nel mio caso. Mi hanno fatto fare una figuraccia a causa di un errore loro, ma naturalmente hanno fatto comunque pagare tutto a prezzo pieno, senza nemmeno una scusa. Il servizio è stato sbrigativo, approssimativo e per nulla orientato al cliente. Nessun rispetto per chi paga, nessuna voglia di rimediare o prendersi la responsabilità per ciò che consegnano. Una brutta esperienza che non ripeterò. Sconsigliato.

14/08/2025: Il City Cafe si trova alla fine di via Dante. Non è molto grande ma si trova sulla strada pedonale. Questo piccolo ristorante ha prezzi accessibili e offre paninetti molto italiani! È anche possibile ordinare piatti di carne o pesce. Per dessert si può ovviamente prendere gelato o cappuccino!!
