The service is distinguished by a natural kindness and impeccable professionalism: attentive, meticulous, and elegant, yet never intrusive. Everything is enhanced by a pleasant touch of humor and charm, measured and intelligent, which contributes to a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is the true protagonist: delicate and balanced dishes, crafted around noble, top-quality ingredients. Each course is enhanced by excellent, refined, and harmonious plating, pleasing the eye even before the palate. Also worthy of special mention is the extensive and carefully curated wine cellar, packed with prestigious labels and interesting discoveries, designed to expertly and sensitively complement the dishes, offering pairings worthy of the gastronomic offerings. Overall, a wonderful culinary experience, where the view, service, cuisine, and wine cellar interact in perfect harmony. A lunch that leaves a lasting impression and one I can only recommend to anyone seeking quality, elegance, and a true passion for hospitality.

01/03/2026: We have just returned from Venice. Since suffering food poisoning after eating at your restaurant, my daughter and I are still unwell. My daughter was vomiting throughout the entire journey from Venice to London and looked extremely pale. We even had to call a doctor at Venice Airport to attend to her. We nearly missed our flight as a result. The oysters we ordered had a very unpleasant smell, which your staff acknowledged before taking them back. The seafood dish we ordered had the same bad odor; however, we had already eaten half of it. Your staff were aware that the food was not fresh, as they only charged us half the bill, but the experience was entirely unacceptable. I personally spent the entire night vomiting and I am still feeling very unwell.

14/03/2026: It takes about three times as long as you'd expect to get your food. The chef meticulously prepares each panini individually. That's true artistry. And the panini are absolutely outstanding.

I remember it was on the "boat," but there was only a large salmon. Too bad. We wanted a mixed grill of fish, but... only salmon, swordfish, prawns, and squid? In short, aside from the impeccable service: Mussels and marinara: forget it... Spaghetti with clams: barely adequate Ambience: Aside from the boat, everything was the same. Maybe we'll go back for a pizza.

Excellent food, top-quality ingredients, generous portions, and authentic flavors. Kudos to Mr. Giacomo, a very kind, knowledgeable, and super friendly host who makes you feel right at home. The price was more than fair; in fact, for what I ate, I would have paid even more. I don't often write reviews, but this time I felt compelled. Spectacular, absolutely recommended.

A minor drawback was the wine by the glass, which wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the restaurant. The beer was much better. Very good value for money, less than €40 for two.

The interior, while maintaining a classic and refined style, in my opinion could be improved: a personal assessment that doesn't affect the overall quality of the experience, but could further enhance the restaurant's identity. The service is one of its absolute strengths: extremely polite, well-trained, prompt, and highly professional waiters. The dining room is managed with precision and discretion, conveying confidence and competence at every stage of service. As for the cuisine, I chose the seafood menu, and the quality of the ingredients was evident from the first course: extremely fresh, locally sourced fish, presented with respect. In some dishes, the ratio of seasonings to the main ingredient seemed slightly unbalanced, but the excellence of the product prevailed, making the gastronomic experience more than enjoyable. The restaurant has a distinctly romantic feel. I dined with my wife and was welcomed into a secluded room with just a few tables, ensuring intimacy, tranquility, and the perfect atmosphere for an evening spent together. This attention is not to be taken for granted, demonstrating sensitivity toward the guest. I will definitely return. And who knows, maybe one day I'll befriend the owner and suggest, with a smile, one of the more daring fish carpaccios on the menu—joking aside, the creative potential is there. In conclusion, Remo – Villa Cariolato is a restaurant absolutely worth a visit and one I highly recommend to anyone seeking quality, professionalism, and an elegant, romantic setting.

27/02/2026: I discovered this renowned restaurant for a business lunch. I had lunch in an intimate and private room. A raw fish appetizer and a mixed boiled meat... It seems like a strange menu, but it was very popular. And the discretion of dining in the private rooms is a plus.

Definitely a fixed point of Milanese society. And then in this period you can appreciate the Christmas coffee... In a red cup 🥰 And in the summer their fantastic Mazagram 😎

A special thought to Pasquale, a brilliant DJ who livened up the party exceptionally. Impeccable service. The food was good. I didn't give it 5 stars because they should improve on the desserts, even though I'm a bit picky about that. Recommended

The experience was remarkably positive in every way, but I can't help but mention the professionalism of the manager, Giovanni, the helpfulness of the dining room manager, Simona, and the quality of the food we were served.
