28/05/2026: We actually visited twice during our vacation. On our first visit, we enjoyed a set menu with wine pairings – many thanks to Fabio and the entire team, it was a wonderful evening.
The second time, we dined à la carte, which was also delicious. While the service wasn't quite as attentive that evening as on our first visit, we can still highly recommend the restaurant.
It was just a shame that the weather wasn't cooperating and we couldn't sit outside.

18/05/2026: We had lunch, there were 10 of us, and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery... the meat was top-notch, the service excellent, everything tasty and well-cooked, and the price was also low for the quality... compared to other restaurants... with that quality of meat, cooked so well, you can even dare to go even further... I speak as an amateur chef, and I can guarantee that if I were to return to those parts... I would definitely go back. The only thing I would change, to be honest, is the sign outside the restaurant... otherwise, everything is top-notch! Costa Chef.

12/06/2026: We've been coming to Bardolino for years, and at Due Torri, Christian and his super friendly team serve the best food, whether it's pizza, pasta, or fish. Top quality. A big compliment to the kitchen; even when the restaurant is full, the quality is always excellent.
10/06/2026: We've eaten there twice now, a family of four with a baby. The staff are always very attentive and exceptionally friendly. Every dish, whether pizza, meat, or pasta, was excellent. The high chairs are clean, and there's a changing table. We highly recommend it and had a wonderful time there.

07/01/2026: It was an excellent seafood restaurant, with an old-fashioned atmosphere, from the furnishings to the classical music in the background, unfortunately on December 31, 2025 it closed, not because of the management's will, but I think on the part of the owners...Sic!!!

14/01/2026: We happened to be passing by on our way back from vacation and, looking for a gluten-free restaurant, we stumbled upon this beautiful place.
In addition to the beautifully decorated interior, the gluten-free options are truly varied and thoughtful. Although it's not AIC certified, we found much more information and attention to detail than other certified restaurants.
The gluten-free dishes are also excellent. The owner and staff are very kind and welcoming. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop by.

Excellent ingredients, friendly and attentive service.
The place is well-kept and you almost feel at home.
The wine list is impressive.

10/06/2026: We celebrated our wedding here and it was fantastic! Giuseppe is very helpful, professional, and offers excellent advice for a perfect event. The location is well-maintained, with plenty of space and plenty of greenery. The staff is young and very friendly (despite those who say young people aren't enthusiastic). The food is excellent and plentiful. All our guests were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Highly recommended for events but also for a romantic dinner.

14/05/2026: I went to Lo Stappo with fairly high expectations given the location and the reviews, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't positive.
The tortelli with robiola cheese and shrimp were quite disappointing: the dish was poorly balanced and, absurdly enough, there was practically only one shrimp. Given the price and presentation, I definitely expected more.
The service wasn't the best either. Aside from the person who initially greeted us, who was kind and professional, the rest of the staff was quite rude.
It's a shame, because the setting is very beautiful and the place has potential, but overall, I wasn't satisfied with the experience.
13/05/2026: This small town is considered, and rightly so, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Strolling through the narrow streets, fascinated by the various structures equipped with fully functioning water mills, we notice "Lo stappo." The season allows us to stop in the summer terrace, completely surrounded by the river. For our appetizer, I choose "pike in sauce with polenta" followed by "leek and Asiago omelette." All washed down with a good Lugana wine. The flavors are truly excellent, so we decide to round off the meal with a cheese selection and a glass of passito. I therefore end this experience on a high note, knowing I've chosen a place that probably has every reason to envy other restaurants in the area.

09/06/2026: Yesterday we went to Il Vecchio Violino for lunch, and it was a special occasion to reconnect with an old friend, Duffy, along with his family and Giorgia.
The food was simply exceptional: we started with an appetizer of bruschetta with stracciatella and cherry tomatoes, followed by exquisite peppered mussels and a fresh and crispy fried fish dish, divinely prepared with the catch of the day. Everything was accompanied by an excellent wine. To round things off, we had some truly delicious homemade desserts.
An experience worth repeating, and next time we'll definitely try the pizza too!

10/06/2026: One of the best pizzas I have ever had! I was on a long bike ride, heading back into Bassano del Grappa, and decided to stop in for a meal. I had a chance to meet Guido, the owner. Many of his children and grandchildren work there and they do a wonderful job!
02/06/2026: Beautiful place, the staff is friendly. The pizzas are delicious and look good, but what really disappointed me was that there's no Mexican pizza on the pizza menu, and I recommend adding it to the menu.
