The Wiener Schnitzel was an absolute dream – crispy, tender, and simply perfectly prepared. Add to that a magnificent view and a wonderful ambiance that invites you to linger. Special mention goes to the welcoming hostess, who made the visit a thoroughly enjoyable experience with her open and warm manner.
A place that we'd happily recommend and will definitely visit again!

The decor of the rooms is beautiful, the only negative is that some are a little small but the hotel itself is magnificent. There is also a very efficient service that cleans the rooms very well and the view is wow. Best hotel I've ever been to

30/05/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a few days. Everything was to our complete satisfaction; the food, rooms, and service were excellent. Gabi, the manager, and her staff were accommodating and friendly. This 700-year-old building has been furnished and maintained with so much love and taste; it's simply beautiful. We will definitely come back. Thank you again for the wonderful time.
26/05/2025: Very cozy hotel in the center of the old town. Beautiful view, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast, and genuine hospitality. This is my third time staying at this hotel and I'll be back again!

parecía demasiado complejo en partes y el risotto no era mejor que en otros
Además, era un día caluroso y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba (excepto por la pequeña entrada) o estaba demasiado alto - sacaron un ventilador Dyson cuando mencionamos que la habitación estaba caliente
el by - el - vaso de vino se vertieron a ojo - un extremo de nuestra larga mesa consiguió vertidos decentes (donde se sentó nuestro anfitrión de pago) , los nuestros eran muy cortos de los 125 ml std
cuando me preguntaron, como era obvio por la botella nueva que no se vertían 250 ml para 2 vasos, me dijeron bruscamente '¿quieres más? ' a lo que mi vaso se rellenó hasta donde debería haber estado, pero no el vaso corto de mi pareja que fue ignorado
En general, hemos tenido mejores experiencias que esta en otros lugares y no alcanza las experiencias de 1 estrella Michelin que hemos tenido
05/06/2025: A remarkable and memorable dining experience! A visit to Merano must include dinner at SISSI; the food was unique in presentation, and exceptional in taste. The ambience was relaxed and comfortable while the service was impeccable and cordial. I will not forget your exquisite lemon dessert! What an unexpected delight and trip to heaven! What we appreciated the most was the friendly regard and solicitousness of the chef/owner Andrea Fenoglio. His great sense of humour was the cherry on the cake! Thank you chef for making our dining experience an unforgettable one. We will be back!

15/06/2025: Unfortunately, we weren't allowed in because they only welcome guests who want to eat. We just wanted drinks. The wait staff explained that it was a restaurant.
13/06/2025: We could only get a table with a reservation. The pizza is delicious and also good value for money. When we paid, we were charged €1.50 per person for the cover charge. When we asked, we were told this was for napkins and bread, for example, which we didn't even get. If we had gotten it for free, we would have known about it. With two small children, we ended up paying €6 just for being there. That was the only negative reason we wouldn't come back. But there are certainly equally good pizzerias in and around Vipiteno.

29/04/2025: We had dinner at Cutraun and were very satisfied. The homemade dumplings with asparagus filling and the Wiener Schnitzel were excellent, the service was super nice and uncomplicated and the outdoor seating was cozy with a view of the mountains. The homemade apple strudel rounded off the dinner perfectly.
A nice, uncomplicated restaurant with very tasty food - we would come back!
01/04/2025: We stopped by here one evening during our vacation in the Vinschgau Valley. The food was an absolute highlight and the service excellent!

Brunchen. Qualitativ hochwertig. Super Ambiente im Freien. Tolle Präsentation. Freundliche Bewirtung. Brunch DEUTLICH PREISWERTER als in Nordtirol. Wir kommen so schnell als möglich wieder.
