02/07/2026: One of the best pastry shops in the historic center!!! La Dolceroma's specialty is definitely its selection of traditional Austrian and American desserts, all expertly crafted! I especially recommend the delicious and fragrant carrot cake, or the cheesecake, made with real quark cheese, as well as the Mozarttorte, Florentine cakes, and Mohnbeugel...! In addition to the pastries, you can also buy excellent bread and enjoy delicious gelato in the summer. 🧁 Highly recommended for a sweet treat!

23/06/2026: Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with their Sacher Torte. The cake, sold by the slice, was dry, with virtually no apricot jam, and it cost 10 euros a slice. Everyone makes their own version of the Sacher Torte, but I wouldn't recommend this one.

09/08/2026: Service and waiters were very nice. The drinks were made well. Reason for the 1 star was when waiting for the single room toilet, a restaurant employee walked out of the toilet with his black food gloves still on and when I went in, the toilet was not flush and was full of urine. The entire restroom had pee all over the floor. I’m very concerned with the safety quality of the food, if the kitchen cooks are going to the restroom with their food gloves on. He was clearly in there with gloves on to clean the restroom, since it was filthy when I entered.

The staff is impeccable, very helpful, but especially calm, kind, and, above all, polite and knowledgeable. Last but not least, the dishes are exceptional; they're not afraid to explore both land and sea, and the ingredients are treated with absolute care. The focus is on delicate, elegant flavors that caress the palate with absolute class. The wine selection is sensational. A wide selection, capable of satisfying everyone. Absolutely one of the best places I've ever eaten.

14/06/2026: Tasty, but the main course arrived while we were still eating our starters. One person had to ask twice afterwards to receive his main course because his plate had to go to the kitchen just as he was still eating his starter. Bizarre. Unacceptable. Ruined the whole evening. The quality was good. The fish of the day was very tasty. The service was friendly, but unfortunately this timing was terrible and unprofessional.

13/06/2026: After a full day wandering the sun-drenched streets of Rome — hot, dusty, and pleasantly exhausted — we stumbled upon a charming little outdoor bar tucked just off the main path. The moment we saw it, we knew we’d found our oasis. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and immediately guided us to a shady table. Before we could even catch our breath, they brought over tall glasses of ice-cold water. Then came the star of the show: two perfectly crafted Aperol Spritzes, vibrant, refreshing, and exactly what we needed. That first sip, under the dappled shade with the gentle buzz of Roman life around us, was pure bliss. Simple, unpretentious, and wonderfully restorative — the kind of unexpected moment that makes a long day in the Eternal City feel magical.

27/06/2026: We went the night before to a place next door, let's say we were happy but the curiosity of this place was very high, we saw a lot of people and the reviews were good... but I have to say disappointing, we were more than 21 but a disappointment, a single one, the waiter was too self-centered, I think because he wanted to accommodate us with the fixed menu to hurry up in the kitchen, nothing typical, what is banal and not of quality, poor appetizers and after we complained they arrived something more, the idea of ​​​​the fixed menu was still nice but disappointing, we will never return, I was very disappointed, I was super happy with this place, at this point I recommend the GROTTE DI LIVIA AND NOW LET'S SEE WHAT HAPPENS 😤

20/07/2026: This restaurant inside the Parco dei Principi hotel is pricey but good. It was the easiest choice for dinner while staying there, and while I didn’t love paying €10 for a non-alcoholic beer, it’s a nice setting — especially the tables on the outdoor terrace — and the sea bass was excellent.

03/05/2026: The service was extremely poor. I simply asked for some Parmesan with my pasta, but I couldn’t find our waiter. I repeatedly asked different staff members, and each time I was told “one moment,” yet nothing happened. When the Parmesan finally arrived, it contained insects, which was completely unacceptable. After that, no replacement was brought. When I followed up, I was told they had “asked the kitchen,” but nothing further was done. Overall, an appalling experience.

20/04/2026: Amazing experience at Ristorante Santi! The food was delicious, especially the spaghetti with salmon and the perfectly seasoned chicken. And Julia was so helpful, taking the time to explain the dishes before we ordered. She made us feel very welcome! We’ll be back!

15/04/2026: Local family restaurant with simple traditional food, local wine and good coffee. Honest and friendly service. Good choice for a chill early afternoon. ...... After testing few restaurants in the area I must say - that one had the tastiest food. I 100% recommend.

27/07/2026: I'm sorry but I ate badly, my carbonara dish was too salty, the bill was exaggerated and inconsistent with what we ate, the prices of desserts and fruit were exaggerated and not communicated beforehand and then they made us pay for 2 desserts extra, for me it's a tourist trap!
