10/10/2025: We found this place two days ago and we went to that place twice. Food was absolutely amazing and really enjoyed the Pappardelle “Alla Donati” and Tonnarelli “Cacio E Pepe”. Alessio who was very friendly, recommended us the food and we could never forget Suppli (Nudja). Finally, make sure that you try Thiramusu and Crème Brulee.. If you visit this place, ask for Alessio, you wouldn’t regret with his recommendations.

24/09/2025: I went to dinner with some colleagues and we had a truly enjoyable evening. The restaurant is elegant, well-attended, and yet welcoming, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The meat deserves special mention: superior-quality Fassona beef, with various cuts available, perfectly cooked, and exceptional flavor. Each of us chose a different dish, and we were all impressed by the quality and care taken in its preparation. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was evident from the first bite. The other dishes—from appetizers to side dishes—were also well-crafted, but it's the meat that truly shines. The wine list is also excellent, completing a high-quality experience without ever being pretentious. I didn't take any photos to attach: the elegance of the setting and the attentive service made me feel that it would have been almost inappropriate to interrupt dinner with my phone in hand. Sometimes it's better to enjoy the moment with colleagues and let it remain etched in memories rather than pictures. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation and will definitely return to: quality, professionalism, and taste at the highest levels.

12/09/2025: Nice for an aperitif The place is located on the terrace of the wool mill. For an evening aperitif, the location is very nice. Table service only for food, while drinks are served at the counter.

Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano. Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa. Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!

06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada. El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto. Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional. Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable. Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

After discovering this little gem nestled in the heart of Rome on my engagement anniversary, I decided to return and share the panoramic, culinary, and sensory wonder this place offers with my bridesmaids a few weeks before the wedding. From the first moment, we were greeted with extreme professionalism by the dining room staff, who accompanied us with a kind smile throughout the evening. The dishes were absolutely superb; it's wonderful to be surprised each time by new combinations and contrasts: nothing is ever banal or left to chance. Not to mention the breathtaking view Aroma offers its guests; only here can you breathe the immortality of the Eternal City. I can't wait to return!!

06/10/2025: I went for my thirtieth birthday. The location was breathtaking, with a truly evocative view of the Colosseum! The staff was truly excellent, very professional and kind. The quality of the food was truly high, and the portions were just right. They remembered it was my birthday, even though I'd booked months in advance, and brought me a complimentary dessert, wishing me a happy birthday! I'll definitely be back.

25/07/2025: I have seen some bad reviews so I want to share my experience. We had a great evening, the staff were very efficient and friendly and spoke Spanish and English. The food is very good quality, although the vegetarian options are a bit limited. The cocktails were great and well served. We went here before a concert at Parco della Música and it was perfect. The athmosphere is lovely, it has a huge outside seating space illuminated by lightbulbs, a pizza truck and a meat grill. The garden is surrounded by palm trees. We had a great dining experience.

17/10/2025: Terrible experience - we just left. We came here hoping to have a nice snack with a view, but the place had just opened and was completely empty - still, the staff kept sending us from one table to another, refusing to let us sit anywhere decent. In the end, they pointed to a tiny table hidden in the corner, even though the whole restaurant was free. It felt rude, uncomfortable, and honestly absurd. We didn’t stay — no atmosphere, no hospitality. Definitely not coming back!

11/10/2025: A lovely restaurant with a Grotta Azzurra theme. The music is typical Italian, played at a soft volume. The service and food are very good. Recommended.

01/08/2025: Horrible bar. If you're young, they'll try to rip you off. The store-bought pasta and very watery sauce leave a bad taste in your mouth. The drinks are store-brand and served in a glass from a liter bottle. They didn't even let me choose which pasta I wanted. The portions are very small, leaving you hungry, and the staff is annoying, very unpleasant. Not recommended at all.
