30/12/2025: My favorite pastry shop in the center of Rome! Fantastic desserts, ranging from American to Austrian recipes. I especially recommend the Carrot Cake, the Cheesecake, or the Strudel and Florentiner. High-quality ingredients. Also worth trying is the excellent bread, especially the Dinkel. Recommended for anyone looking for a tasty slice of cake or a delicious Viennese brioche! 🍰

15/06/2026: Terrible experience. The only redeeming feature of the dinner was the fried food. I hope it was just a mix-up. All the food (including the appetizers) arrived cold and extremely late. We waited 50 minutes for the pizza. To be fair, they told us they'd remake it, but out of hunger and fear that it would take the same amount of time to arrive, we preferred to eat as much as possible. Finally, I asked for a well-cooked marinara with plenty of sauce. It was exactly what was pictured... Never again

17/04/2026: We organized an event at this venue. The service was terrible; they didn't serve enough food. When we reported this, the manager told us it was the guests' fault for eating too much. We spent around €1,000 and were treated terribly. I don't recommend it.

12/04/2026: A welcoming, jungle- and industrial-style venue in northeast Rome. Excellent food, both for vegetarians and meat eaters. Friendly and professional staff. Great for Sunday brunch, especially when paired with DJ sets and live music. A place to relax, hang out with friends, eat, and dance! Highly recommended!

06/05/2026: We went to inquire about a reservation. There was a young woman at the reception desk, and she was quite kind and helpful. When we asked her for help with their website, a woman came out from the back office, yelling that she was too busy, so busy she couldn't waste even a second on their aristocratic website. Kudos to you for your elitist attitude. And thank you so much for your gratuitous arrogance and lack of professionalism. Wonderful experience! 👍👍👍 Edited: How absurd! The owner basically doesn't understand the situation at all and is complaining to me! First of all, NO PERSON gave us Wi-Fi, and what do you mean he "walked them to the lobby"? We're the ones coming to you, not you coming to visit us! 🤣🤣🙏🙏 Also, I'm saying that it's THE SECOND PERSON who suddenly left, claiming to be very busy (despite zero people asking to speak to her, who knows why she left) NOT THE FIRST GIRL! 11/06/2026: The food was fine, but when we went to pay, the manager tried to charge one of us who paid by card €122 for his dinner, when it should have been €22. He was very insistent and rude, insisting that we were €100 short. Luckily, the waiter who took our cash payment was able to confirm that only €22 was missing. The manager not only didn't apologize but was incredibly rude, unpleasant, and ill-mannered when he tried to overcharge us by €100. I don't know when I'll go back to Rome, but because of that grotesque incident and that appalling manager, I will never set foot in that restaurant again, even if it were the only one in Rome. My experience was terrible due to the poor service.

19/05/2026: I've been avoiding lunch and dinner for a while now, both because of the sky-high prices and the awkward service, with confused and disoriented waiters and endless waits. Unfortunately, the situation doesn't improve with takeout: one or two people at the register and counter at lunchtime, with the POS terminal not working and biblical waiting times for everything. In all this, the prices are also rising: a salmon bagel was €6 yesterday, €8 today. We're talking about a 10cm-diameter sandwich, filled with arugula and cream cheese with a slice of smoked salmon. The prices of the desserts are also beyond comment. It's a short step from organic to stealing! Raise the level of service instead of prices!

07/06/2026: Pizza mozzarella buffalo capers anchovies very good friendly staff and above all animal lovers they treated my dogs very well even bringing bowls with water outside space to be able to bring me which is not a given I found myself not going to restaurants because they do not accept dogs among other things very well behaved

01/06/2026: We hadn't booked but they managed to find a place for 2 by the skin of their teeth. The nduja and Neapolitan pizzottelle were good, unfortunately the courgette flower pizza was less good, the mozzarella wasn't stringy and it arrived lukewarm and undercooked, especially underneath.

04/05/2026: Super nice restaurant. Massimiliano is fantastic and makes you feel right at home. Excellent fish, fresh and perfectly cooked. It's now our regular stop!

06/06/2026: In my opinion, it was a disappointing experience on several levels. As Harry Potter fans, we decided to dine here (there were four of us) to take advantage of the atmosphere and the themed desserts. We were already a little disappointed because, in our opinion, the reproductions weren't very well done, so much so that we didn't even bother taking souvenir photos. Our table was upstairs (the prettiest part, decorated with little letters and candles hanging from the ceiling), but... there's a big but... it was unbearable because of the heat and the lack of air circulation! We were all seriously feeling ill because we literally had trouble breathing in the intense heat. We ordered two appetizers and fries to share, a main course each, a dessert each, and a drink per person. As for the appetizers and main courses, they were good, but personally, I didn't like the desserts at all. I found the butterbeer cheesecake to be mostly cream, and the Harry Potter cake, in my opinion, was extremely heavy... made mostly of sugary pastry. Another sore point in all of this was the price, which in my opinion was completely out of proportion. We paid almost 50 euros each... for what we ordered, I haven't paid that much even eating in restaurants and pizzerias right in the city center... the only positive thing was the staff, who, I think also thanks to the fact that the place was half empty that day (so they were more comfortable paying attention to us), were helpful and kind. In any case, if they don't change the way they manage the place, I don't think I'll be returning.
