A very welcoming place with quality food! We tasted typical Roman dishes, including saltimbocca and artichoke. Rino was very helpful in making the right choice and also explained the unique characteristics of each dish.
I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately we weren’t satisfied with our food. The Carbonara was a disaster. Incredibly salty and too heavy.
The filetto was totally flavorless and all the taste belonged to the mustard and pepper sauce. The middle part of the cut was chewy too.
The bathroom was such a disappointment.
The staff were polite.

Wow a stunning authentic Italian osterua. We had the saltimbocca the lamb, artichokes and eggplant Rome style and it was so worth it! Flavour explosions every thing was intense flavour and aromas this is true Italian food. From the wine to dessert tiramisu of course and finished with home made limoncello 6 stars for a little tucked away eatery.

Just 3/5 on everything. The lobster was not very fresh for a 35 euro dish, and the atmosphere was… just no atmosphere. Not much of service. It was a very so so experience, especially when you’re in Italy, you can always have better meal in better price.

Discovered this off the path wonderful restaurant thru google maps since we are at the Hilton down the road for a few days.
If you’re reading this , and you love truffles , you must go. There is a reason they are called The House of truffles in Roma. The male restaurant owner ,I can only assume ,recommended us the red house wine : Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and it was a great pairing with the truffle dishes for a novice wine person like myself.
This is a beautiful little gem. Small enough to be romantic but can still support family meals.
The focaccia with truffles is a great small appetizer to split. Mentally you might think of the focaccia as a thick and fluffy version but this is more of a pizza-esque focaccia , but the crust has a tiny touch of char from the oven , the crust underneath has been cooked to show a bit of color , and it appears that bits of truffle are in the sauce / cheese , along with the waiter slicing more truffles on top.
I ordered the fettuccini with truffles and porcini mushrooms. It tastes of fresh pasta , fresh mushrooms and shaved truffles.
My wife ordered the ravioli with beetroot dish and it was great too. Looks to be fresh made ravioli and the beetroot adds more to the color of the sauce than what you might perceive as the sauce , since beets/ beetroot’s can have a distinct and strong taste to them.
I would 10/10 recommend this restaurant again for anyone wanting to experience it as a traveler , don’t eat at the places on the main roads , find these hidden gem.
