12/01/2026: The menu is very small, and you'd expect impeccable quality from a 1-star Michelin restaurant, but unfortunately, our duck was too chewy—it was strange how the chef had managed to get it out. To the restaurant's credit, they offered another choice and provided a complimentary chef's dish for my companion. The tartare with Wagyu bresala was amazing, and the vegan Wellington was also good. The rest of the dishes didn't grab me; I think the duck would have been delicious.

10/01/2026: We had an absolutely exceptional time at Glass Hostaria on the evening of December 31st. A memorable experience from beginning to end, both in terms of the food and the personal touch. The setting, at once cozy, warm, and resolutely modern, immediately puts you at ease. The welcome was simply perfect: attentive, professional, and discreet—exactly what you expect from a top-notch establishment. The menu was modern, bold, and remarkably well-executed. The meal began with a caviar amuse-bouche, accompanied by mini blinis and a lemon butter mousse, absolutely perfect for whetting the appetite. The monkfish, cooked to perfection and subtly seasoned, offered a remarkable balance of textures. The vegetarian dish featuring mushrooms was a delightful surprise, both creative and profoundly flavorful. The summer truffle pâté en croûte was delicious—a real favorite of my wife's. The liquid ravioli with 60-month aged Parmesan were simply divine, without a doubt my favorite dish of the evening. The dessert, very lightly sweetened, was perfectly balanced and concluded the meal with great elegance. Special mention goes to the final amuse-bouche, a bold and unexpected savory surprise: a revisited sausage and lentil dish, original and brilliant, to bring this succession of courses to a close. The wine pairing was also perfectly executed, meticulously planned from start to finish: Champagne, a mineral white, a more structured and powerful white, a very fruity red, and then a late-harvest white to accompany the end of the meal. We also had the pleasure of speaking with Chef Bowerman on two occasions, very pleasant and precious moments that further enhanced the atmosphere of the place. And the thoughtful touch of the complimentary bottle of olive oil was the perfect finishing touch. Absolutely flawless. An exceptional restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will return with immense pleasure. Well done to the entire team!

30/12/2025: My favorite pastry shop in the center of Rome! Fantastic desserts, ranging from American to Austrian recipes. I especially recommend the Carrot Cake, the Cheesecake, or the Strudel and Florentiner. High-quality ingredients. Also worth trying is the excellent bread, especially the Dinkel. Recommended for anyone looking for a tasty slice of cake or a delicious Viennese brioche! 🍰

27/12/2025: Friendly service, but long waits. Interesting menu items. I didn't like the tiella because the pasta inside was still raw. The tagliolini with artichokes and mint was delicious, and the portion was generous.

Marianna was available and professional, making me feel at home and allowing me to celebrate without worries but only with so much happiness. She set up the room impeccably, adapted the menu to my every need, making the entire party perfect down to the smallest detail. 05/01/2026: The dishes had special, unexpected flavor combinations, with excellent technique and balance. Impeccably cooked, with elegant presentation and purity of flavor, they allowed each individual ingredient to stand out and be perceived, without anything overpowering the other. The wine list was excellent and the sommelier, a true connoisseur: communicative, generous and completely targeted in his suggestions, gave us the opportunity to try choices based on both our desires and his own inspired pairings. The service was at a very high level — professional, discreet and at the right pace. The space, with a careful design, dark palette and modern, cool character, enhanced the overall experience without overshadowing it. Value for money: clearly in favor of the customer. Highly recommended

05/01/2026: We found hair in our food and reported it to the staff. Their response was simply “ok,” which felt very poor in terms of service. We also saw a waitress drink wine from the bottle while handling guests’ items. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. From what we could tell, this restaurant may have been nicer in the past, but our experience did not match that reputation.

31/01/2026: My wife and I came here for dinner on January 30, 2026. We were greeted with a wonderful welcome and welcomed inside with smiles. We ordered pasta and pizza, and I had a cappuccino. The food was delicious, and so was the cappuccino. The music inside the restaurant was excellent, and the staff's friendly attitude made us feel at home. It's a perfect place in every way; we would definitely go again. Thank you very much, and we wish you much success.

13/01/2026: A great selection of cocktails and teas, a lovely cinema-themed decor, and warm service! Come for aperitivo to enjoy inexpensive snacks, and try the Come un tiramisu cocktail, which is like a drinkable dessert!

10/10/2025: Rome was beautiful and hectic, but when we found this bar, everything else didn't matter. The cocktails, the service, and the food were a truly pleasant revelation. Even special requests, like a cocktail where you don't know what you want, so you just go to the bartender and say, "Surprise me," and he'll conjure up one that's so surprising and delicious that you'll think, "Wow... that's amazing!" This location alone is worth coming back for!!!!!

01/10/2025: A friend of mine introduced me to it, and I've been back three different times...what can I say...amazing craft beers, delicious sandwiches and burgers, prepared with care! But the real added value is the guy who runs it! 5 well-deserved stars!
