Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano. Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa. Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!

06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada. El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto. Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional. Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable. Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

08/05/2026: Celebrated my 30th birthday at Imàgo and it was truly one of the most unforgettable dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional, the breathtaking view over Rome, the elegance of the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the warmth of the service. But the food was the real highlight. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely incredible in flavor. Refined, creative, perfectly balanced, easily some of the best food I have ever tasted. Imàgo turned a special birthday into a memory I will carry forever. Thank you for such a perfect evening.

07/05/2026: The services was amazing one the best I have ever done. But the wine paring was very weird and not what we were expecting. We got almost 9 plates and just 2 was very nice other was normal / basics. I can agree that when the wine paring was terrible we proposed us an other one very fast. Almost 1000€ for that is very disappointing especially if you compare with other Michelin restaurants (doesn’t matter if they have star or not)

17/05/2026: I found the place on the map and came across the "low" prices... I'm not a bad guest... the atmosphere, plastic plates, etc. don't bother me... but my carbonara was just sour... I hope it's the special spice and not the rotten milk... I've already eaten it, but I've been sad for half a day... I got the "combo" for €12, so I also had water and tiramisu. That's amazing!! I've never even tried it anywhere in Italy before. But I think it's very tasty. Moderately sweet and airy🌺 And I had no luck with the pasta at all😢

01/05/2026: Great Italian restaurant, the kind of place where locals go. The food was really good but portions were small. The place lacks some atmosphere despite the dining room being big. Staff were friendly and professional but could improve their English skills. If you’re nearby I recommend a visit anyway.

15/04/2026: Its a really nice place to eat after visiting Vatican, the personel and the owner was really nice, the lasagna was deliciuous and the pizza was fresh and also really good i highly recommend it.

Friendly and super helpful staff, drinks made just right (rare in the area), and other customers who have now become friends. Fair prices, best aperitif platter in the neighborhood! Thanks guys, keep it up!

25/04/2026: This is an amazing bar—I highly recommend it! One of the staff members, Salre, was incredibly kind and took great care of us☺️ We arrived after 9, so unfortunately we missed the aperitivo, but they still kindly prepared some snacks for us, including pizzetta and tortillas. We really appreciated it! We ordered a Negroni and a Moscow Mule, and both were perfectly made and absolutely delicious🤩 The atmosphere, service, taste, and portions were all excellent—I’d definitely come back again!

16/02/2026: A welcoming and original little place. You enter and breathe in the air of tranquility and brotherhood. Reggae music plays in the background, photographs, postcards, and drawings color the walls, making it feel like home. Hanging bras add that touch of "weirdness" that makes you smile and feel lighthearted, but the strength of the place is the truly kind owner who knows how to best advise customers and has created everything. You can eat any type of sandwich, there really are all kinds. We enjoyed the classic 200g hamburger with excellent quality meat and a schiacciata with porchetta and broccoli rabe, amazing, enormous... and if you're in Frascati, you have to get the porchetta!! It was incredibly good and tender. I drank a very, very good Spritz, there are various types of beer, local wines, everything at fair prices and everything is excellent quality. We will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. Laura and Mauro.

29/03/2026: A very beautiful and unique location right above the Tiber. We attended a wedding and had a buffet dinner. Everything was delicious. We had a room all to ourselves. The only flaw was that I was a little cold. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I'd love to return at sunset to enjoy the view.
