01/08/2026: Excellent. It manages to combine a wonderfully homey atmosphere with unparalleled quality. One of the best places I've been to in recent years. The 1.5 kg imperial T-bone (devoured by two) with sautéed chicory, jacket potatoes, grilled peppers and eggplant was the meal of the year for me. Simply magnificent.

26/07/2026: This restaurant also offers a gluten-free option (near Piazza Bologna). The meat is excellent in all its forms. The four of us ordered two chicken swords, two Australian wagyu sirloin steaks, two potatoes, and two chicory leaves. Water, a bottle of Sagrantino, and two Jeffersons were also included. All of this was quality, and for me, it came to around €40 per person.

06/08/2026: This place is AMAZING!! We were in Rome only 4 nights and we spent 2 of them here. It's totally old school. Our server, John Luca was incredible. He had fun working with my daughter on her Italian. He taught us a few proper everyday words that we had been saying incorrectly. If I could box up this place and bring it home I would have, John Luca included!

07/06/2026: NOT RECOMMENDED A negative review, especially for the staff and the owners themselves. After bringing me the wrong beer, they refilled the beer I'd previously ordered, and despite the waiter's mistake, they charged me for it even though I hadn't consumed it. This behavior I wouldn't have expected, given that the bill for two dishes and two beers came to almost €50. I won't be returning; the customer service is extremely poor. NOT RECOMMENDED

The evening was truly beautiful: the entire staff was professional, helpful, and attentive, helping to make every moment special. We chose a seafood menu, and the food was truly excellent, appreciated by all the guests. Family and friends had a wonderful evening, enjoying the atmosphere, the excellent cuisine, and the impeccable organization. Special thanks also go to DJ Stefano Esposito, who was extremely helpful and professional. He captivated all the guests with the right music, creating a festive atmosphere and truly adding that extra touch that made the evening even more unforgettable.

22/06/2026: We chose Ristorante New Green Hill at Via della Bufalotta 663 to celebrate our daughter Rachele's First Communion, and we couldn't have made a better choice. It was simply perfect in every way. The location is elegant, well-maintained, and welcoming, ideal for making such an important event special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness by the entire staff, who made us feel right at home. The service was impeccable: attentive, precise, and always present without ever being intrusive. The food was excellent, carefully prepared, and of the highest quality; every course was appreciated by all our guests, who were full of compliments. The organization was flawless down to the last detail and helped make our Rachele's party unforgettable. It's rare to find a venue where the hospitality, professionalism, food quality, and customer service reach such high levels. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making this day wonderful. 23/08/2026: Enchanting, newly renovated location with an open kitchen and breathtaking panoramic views of Rome. The Classic tasting menu is simply exquisite, elaborate, yet always with the raw ingredients taking center stage. The staff is very kind and welcoming. We had a terrible experience with the sommelier, who insisted on forcing us to buy a bottle at any cost: we'd asked for a zero-dosage sparkling wine made from pure Pinot Noir. He replied that he didn't have any and offered us something similar, he said: a 2015 Chardonnay disgorged in 2022. It's practically a Marsala wine. The final insult came when we discovered he had exactly what we'd asked for in his cellar.

16/08/2026: We have mixed feelings about this restaurant. Overall, we enjoyed our meal, despite a few dishes where the acidity or vinegar was too overpowering compared to the other ingredients, preventing us from fully appreciating the overall experience. To the restaurant's credit, these dishes were in the minority on the seasonal menu, but they were still present. On the whole, the dishes were very pleasant and certainly worthy of a Michelin star. It's worth noting that this observation aligns with other reviews on the site. The service, provided by the sommelier and the head waitress, was absolutely admirable and delightful. Both spoke excellent French and provided impeccable service. We commend them for their undeniable competence and mastery of the language, which is a real plus when visiting Rome. The panoramic view is also very beautiful. Now, let's move on to the more negative points, admittedly minor but nonetheless significant drawbacks for a restaurant of this caliber. First, the chef made a selective round of the tables. In Michelin-starred French restaurants, the chef greets every table without exception. Having grown accustomed to Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, we were surprised and shocked by this behavior. Simply put, a chef who selects which tables he wants to speak to, ignoring those next door and not even bothering to offer a simple greeting, shows a lack of respect for his clientele and those who come for his cuisine, whether they appreciate it or not. Furthermore, the head waiter made a serious error regarding the desserts on the menu. My son doesn't eat fruit, and we had specified this when making our reservation, as requested. When it came time for the second dessert, a replacement cake was announced for my son, but it never arrived. The head waiter justified this oversight in a dismissive and vindictive tone that we found deeply off-putting, claiming that we had chosen the wrong menu. He fabricated an email exchange with me, claiming that I had restricted the dietary adjustments to the standard menu (knowing that we had opted for the longer seasonal menu), when all I had done was indicate my son's allergies for all menus, without exception. Following the intervention of the restaurant manager, adjustments were offered, but we found them very inappropriate given the lack of direct communication with him. It felt like an external reprimand, without any real apology or mea culpa. This behavior is unacceptable for a Michelin-starred restaurant. It ruined our evening; an evening, by the way, that cost €700 for two. In short, the food is good despite the reservations mentioned above, which are echoed in other reviews on this site. The service throughout the meal was pleasant and well-executed. However, the negative points raised prevent us from giving this restaurant a higher rating.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with the informal feel typical of fraschette, inviting you to linger and spend time in good company. The experience is completed by a friendly, helpful, and attentive staff, capable of putting guests at ease and expertly recommending both wines and food pairings. Overall, it's a place that focuses on quality over quantity, ideal for those who love good wine, carefully prepared seasonal cuisine, and a family-friendly atmosphere where they feel welcome.

27/07/2026: People used to go to Fraschetta for drinks, and drinking remains paramount here too. The wine cellar is extensive and encompasses all regions, including French and international wines. The menu is limited and changes frequently; now in summer, it focuses primarily on fish, with some great classics. I recommend the fried calamari if you want to try calamari that isn't gigantic and comes from who knows where in the world. Of course, you can also enjoy a nice aperitivo or something after dinner. The atmosphere is familiar and the staff is very friendly. Let them guide you in choosing your wine; you won't regret it.
