13/07/2026: This is a restaurant that's close to my heart. I've been going there for 20 years, and I must say it's steadily improved over time. The owners take excellent care of it, and over the years they've improved the ambiance, the food, the wine cellar, and more. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They have several different spaces, and it's hard to choose between indoors and outdoors, as it's beautiful and welcoming everywhere. Located in the heart of ancient Rome, it boasts corners with its ruins and a cellar located inside a 1st-century AD underground tomb. Eating at this restaurant is a unique experience. The dishes are carefully prepared and boast refined cuisine made with exceptional ingredients. Everything is delicious. I recommend it for a perfect evening or for bringing someone new to the restaurant. Success is guaranteed. One last thing, the most recent addition is two small rooms for private dinners or events, located on the first floor of this unique structure. Thank you for welcoming us last Saturday 🤍

13/06/2026: We went to Bistro 8 e 9 in Trevignano Romano to celebrate my birthday and were truly delighted. The location is stunning, with tables directly overlooking Lake Bracciano, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and everything was delicious and carefully prepared. The service was excellent: the blonde woman who served us was extremely kind, professional, and understanding, helping make the evening even more enjoyable. A truly successful dinner in every way, in an enchanting location. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to spend a lovely evening on the lake enjoying excellent food and receiving impeccable service. We will definitely be back!

18/06/2026: Both times I've been to Nettuno, I've gone to Fraschetta. It's a very nice, very Instagrammable place with great music, drinks, and food. The service is excellent, and I met some Venezuelans who work there. I'll definitely go there again next time I'm in Nettuno.

14/05/2026: Okay so the vibe of the place is incredible. Guys, you want a very romantic dinner with your woman, book here. Candlelight, even incense! We had the onion soup which was amazing. Not your typical French onion. They have a decorated puff pastry lid that was amazing and a typical italian vegetable (not beef) stock. Exceptional! Our steaks were perfectly prepared and I could tell the bearnaise was homemade. Wine list is extensive, but pricey. We found delicious sangiovese for $65-70. Took an extra bottle back to the room. Please support this business. It's worth it!

08/07/2026: When I got recommended to eat at this restaurant, I knew I had to try out their carbonara. It was literally the best pasta I’ve had on my trip with the portion being super fulfilling. I also tried the tempura, paired with aperol spritz and the combination was amazing. Both, the staff and the atmosphere, were absolutely lively!

19/05/2026: We were overall truly impressed with our visit. The food tasted amazing, everything was fresh and prepared with great care. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We especially appreciated the limoncello we received on the house at the end, such a lovely gesture! Definitely a recommendation if you’re visiting Rome.

After bringing me the wrong beer, they refilled the beer I'd previously ordered, and despite the waiter's mistake, they charged me for it even though I hadn't consumed it. This behavior I wouldn't have expected, given that the bill for two dishes and two beers came to almost €50. I won't be returning; the customer service is extremely poor. NOT RECOMMENDED

12/05/2026: A place that can now be said to be historic, 100% vegan and organic. The formula is buffet. You get a table assigned to you (it's better to book), you take a plate and put what you want on it (the choice changes every day and is always very wide, tasty and varied) then you weigh it (the scales take away the weight of the plate) and take the relevant receipt. Cost €36 per kilo (on average €13-15 is enough) drinks (wide choice of beers, soft drinks and wines) served by the always very kind and knowledgeable staff. Surprising desserts, good coffee.
