14/08/2025: I had the truffle pasta here and it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce was rich and creamy, and the fresh truffle on top made it heavenly. The place has such a cozy, authentic vibe and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. It felt like the kind of spot you just want to come back to again and again.

31/08/2025: Spectacular. Everything was delicious. I was served by our waitress, Simona, who was very informative about the menu and very friendly.

30/08/2025: My wife and I stayed at the Best Western because we had an early flight from Fiumicino the next morning. We had dinner at the Concorde restaurant (the hotel restaurant) and found it to be a welcoming atmosphere with very attentive and professional staff, especially Mrs. Simona. The traditional Roman dishes were well-prepared and the ingredients were of good quality. Finally, the desserts they prepared were delicious, especially the tiramisu, which I highly recommend. It was a positive experience for the restaurant.

12/08/2025: Food - Absolutely fantastic, the pizza was fresh and packed full of flavour. Breschetta was also delicious with fresh tomatoes and herbs. We stopped here for a late lunch and only got a bit of food. Service - Overall the service was just okay. It took forever to get the bill because the server was busy talking with a friend. There was a few times we though they forgot about us. This could have been due to the time we visited as it was a really late lunch. Atmosphere - We sat on the Patio and it was nice even though it was so hot. They have fans under their canapy that helps move the air around so it was quite nice. Overall we really enjoyed our meal here and our drinks but the service could have been a bit better but I would still reccomend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

23/08/2025: For my birthday, I enjoyed the 5-course menu on the rooftop terrace. The location is truly a highlight, with its fantastic view and modern, relaxed, and sophisticated ambiance. The dishes were truly outstanding – freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and exceptionally tasty. The friendly and attentive service is also particularly noteworthy. I felt completely at home and can highly recommend the Ambrosia Roof.

31/07/2025: We ate very well; the place is lovely, the dishes we ordered were delicious and refined, and the staff were very friendly. A lovely find in Rome's historic center. We'll definitely be returning.

29/07/2025: We came for the positive reviews, and I don't know if we'd have come anywhere else. The food was good, admittedly a little bland, but good. As for the service, we felt completely ignored throughout the meal. It took so long to bring our order that another table sat down and finished eating before us. When we finally finished, we wanted to order dessert and coffee, but it was impossible, as the conversation was with the table next to us. I think you either have an Apple Watch or you're close to the waiters, because if not, you won't be treated as you deserve. For this kind of service, it's definitely expensive.

12/08/2025: I watched a video by a Japanese YouTuber and found out in advance that the menu was available in Japanese if you displayed it using a QR code, which was very helpful. The staff were also very helpful, coming to ask me what I wanted when I had decided on my menu and quickly clearing away empty plates. This was a restaurant that I will remember for a long time.

13/07/2025: I organized my son's 18th birthday party here. I discovered the place because I was invited to a dear friend's 60th birthday party, and everything had already been great! A beautiful farmhouse with attention to every detail! The food was excellent, and the desserts were superb! The waiters were professional and attentive to the needs of everyone at the party! Marianna and Valeria were super helpful, they looked after you and managed everything impeccably! My satisfied guests all complimented me on my choice! What can I say? I've finally found a place to celebrate future occasions! See you soon!

10/07/2025: Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. The staff was unfriendly, and everything was brought to the table without any care and without any words. The food was poorly presented, and on top of that, I had to return it. The lasagna wasn't warm, and one side was still completely cold.

04/08/2025: Kilo offers a solid experience for steak and tartare enthusiasts. The tartare was well-prepared, with a good texture and balanced seasoning. The steak arrived cooked as requested. The service and the atmosphere were pleasant enough. It's a reliable choice if you're in the mood for a classic meat-focused meal.

20/08/2025: Hidden little gem near Via Nazionale. The cook is young but killing it. Try the Pasta alla Amatriciana and anything regarding breakfast. The staff is absolutely amazing. Absolutely adored Bianca, a waitress that will wow you. Her French was so freaking perfect, I seriously had to pause. She was as skilled in English and Spanish from what I notice. But her best quality is they she will make you feel at home right of the bat. Her precious advices regarding food are incomparable. She gave me the adress of the best gelateria in town. Not one of those pricey tourist traps on Via Nazionale. So, if you need info, ask her.
