05/04/2024: We have been twice and this was unfortunately the last visit to this restaurant On our first visit, we ordered pizza for dinner - the dough was very good, the tomato sauce was also very good, but there was so much cheese that we had to remove the excess (the cheese was yellow, so it was probably of poor quality) We decided to give it a second chance due to the relatively good reviews on Google This was our second time for dinner and we had a lot of reservations - There were three of us: me, my husband and my 5-year-old daughter We ordered 2 Cesar salads but the waiter said we had a table for 3 people and we had to order something else - so we ordered a caprese salad (for my daughter), which cost 9.5 euros, was worth maybe 5 euros, no fresh basil or olive oil, poor quality tomatoes, mozzarella was obviously good - negligible amounts of chicken in the Cesar salad, the salad overall was very good -they add 12% of the order value for service, but this is probably the norm in Rome Overall I give it 3/5

Original recipes, almost 8 raw materials, service for 10 if Marco follows you (be followed by the rum/grappa appetizer because he is very, very competent, professional and correct!!!!), oysters for 10, blast chiller present, appetizers for 8, first courses from 9 if less spicy, rental from 9: romantic in the evening and evocative during the day, rich wine shop for all budgets

04/04/2024: Excellent meat restaurant. One of the best, without a doubt. Courteous and present staff, without extreme formality. Beyond the meat which has a wide choice and is always full of new varieties, noteworthy are the risottos and pulled pork with BBQ sauce ice cream. Among the meat choices that I preferred during the last dinners, certainly the Spanish Simmental and the Polish marena. Extensive wine list, a bit traditionalist and not very inclined towards the latest trends, prices are not low

03/05/2024: Friday 9 December, my friends and I had a few beers sitting at the table, good beer, ok music, the service not so much, I think that having made us change tables, because according to them we needed the one where we were sitting, while we were already consuming, it's not the best, next time one will think twice before returning.

22/03/2024: This was the best restaurant I have been to in Rome!! The service was incredibly fast, every single server and employee was incredibly kind and wonderful, and every dish we were served was delicious! The tiramisu we got for dessert was a family recipe and it was the best tiramisu I have ever had I ate three pieces. At the end of our meal, one of the owners gave us a small gift and every single owner and member of the family who runs it thanked us and wished us a good night. Must try this restaurant!!

04/04/2024: Had really high hopes considering reviews and hype, but this feels like a chef trying to show off techniques rather than make great food. Food was ok at best- not worth the price, service mediocre and pushy, they failed to address my wife’s dietary restrictions even though we announced it during the reservation and arrival (pregnancy) so we had to point it out again after they served her tartare. Also, the fact that the silverware is in a drawer in your seat and I needed to get up to set my own table each time was pretty annoying. Wine pairing was bad and had nothing to do with the food we ate (the wine was good though) - overall, if you are on vacation there are better restaurants to eat at.

03/04/2024: Beautiful location, I had the opportunity to try it twice for lunch surrounded by greenery, structure both inside and outside. The restaurant inside looks like a small room in some royal palace, with attention to the smallest details from the paintings to the chandeliers, the spaces are in the tables, the service is comfortable and very refined. The waitress, the curly red lady, is friendly, courteous and highly professional, which alone represents an added value for the structure... The food is a bit gourmet, so if you are a competition eater it is not the right place for you... Excellent and refined first courses, tasty second courses, not to mention the desserts, I found myself in November with the panettone and in March with the colomba.... The rooms are modern and very clean. I will update next trip with photos of the rooms

27/03/2024: For the first time in this restaurant for a pizza in the company of friends and I must say that I was positively impressed. Very good fried foods, spectacular supplì and pizzas which received the favorable opinion of the whole group. We will be back to try the cuisine...

04/04/2024: If you are a foodie you've got to come here. Real traditional food with great service. Mauro helped us with the right choice of food and desserts. Good value for money, I would totally recommend it.
