30/08/2025: My wife and I stayed at the Best Western because we had an early flight from Fiumicino the next morning. We had dinner at the Concorde restaurant (the hotel restaurant) and found it to be a welcoming atmosphere with very attentive and professional staff, especially Mrs. Simona. The traditional Roman dishes were well-prepared and the ingredients were of good quality. Finally, the desserts they prepared were delicious, especially the tiramisu, which I highly recommend. It was a positive experience for the restaurant.

23/08/2025: For my birthday, I enjoyed the 5-course menu on the rooftop terrace. The location is truly a highlight, with its fantastic view and modern, relaxed, and sophisticated ambiance. The dishes were truly outstanding – freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and exceptionally tasty. The friendly and attentive service is also particularly noteworthy. I felt completely at home and can highly recommend the Ambrosia Roof.

A true hidden gem, tucked away with its effortlessly cool industrial-chic style, yet warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve come here for everything from aperitivi to tea time, and each visit is an experience in comfort, taste, and pure joy. But what really steals the show? The cakes. One more delicious than the other—honestly, it feels like a little piece of heaven in every bite. Yesterday was a full-blown flavour fairytale. I had the apple crumble pie and a triple chocolate slice, while my friend went for the pear crumble. Every mouthful was a journey—rich, balanced, comforting, and unforgettable. Like stepping into a magical land of flavours. I couldn’t stop myself from writing this review just to say: chapeau to the chef and the owner. You can tell that every detail—from the packaging to the branding—has been crafted with passion and precision. Thank you, Fabrica, for always making my stomach (and soul) so happy. I’ll be back again. And again. And again!

16/10/2025: A fantastic restaurant. The food is of outstanding quality. The seating is tight, but we found it to be a cozy Italian experience. The prices are perfectly reasonable. We ate there every other evening.

24/09/2025: The restaurant is very charming, near the Trevi Fountain, perfect for an evening in the city center. We were greeted with a chicken roll in filo pastry, offered by the restaurant. We then enjoyed two appetizers: the portions were generous, like a proper main course. Finally, we ordered first courses: spaghetti with clams and tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes, provola cheese, and eggplant. Everything was delicious, including the staff! 30/08/2025: Nice, clean place, and delicious pizza, especially the toppings! For an appetizer, I recommend the zucchini flowers, super crispy and fresh. And the eggplant meatballs, super tasty and delicious. For pizza, I had the Parma, and I have to say it was delicious... the only flaw was the service, perhaps the speed could be improved... otherwise, it was an excellent dinner, the staff was friendly and smiling.

13/07/2025: I organized my son's 18th birthday party here. I discovered the place because I was invited to a dear friend's 60th birthday party, and everything had already been great! A beautiful farmhouse with attention to every detail! The food was excellent, and the desserts were superb! The waiters were professional and attentive to the needs of everyone at the party! Marianna and Valeria were super helpful, they looked after you and managed everything impeccably! My satisfied guests all complimented me on my choice! What can I say? I've finally found a place to celebrate future occasions! See you soon!
