19/12/2025: You used to feel good, but today you do. It took me three days to digest the meatballs. The cacio e pepe ones were inedible. Cacio e pepe was just the name, the sauce was yellow and the taste was sour. Bad, bad. Overpriced.

04/06/2026: For those seeking the ultimate fine-dining experience in Rome, Imàgo is a must. The moment you step into the restaurant on the 6th floor of the Hotel Hassler, you'll be breathless – the panoramic view of the Eternal City, the Spanish Steps, and St. Peter's Basilica is simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. But Imàgo doesn't rest on its laurels. Chef Andrea Antonini's menu is an absolute masterpiece. Each course was a perfect balance of traditional Italian flavors and modern, highly creative cuisine. A feast for the eyes and the palate! The service was impeccable from start to finish: highly professional, attentive, yet wonderfully warm and without a hint of pretension. The wine pairings were also excellently matched to the dishes. Yes, it's an exclusive and pricey experience, but for this culinary magic and the unique ambiance, it's worth every penny. An absolute must for special occasions in Rome! We will definitely be back.

08/05/2026: Celebrated my 30th birthday at Imàgo and it was truly one of the most unforgettable dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional, the breathtaking view over Rome, the elegance of the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the warmth of the service. But the food was the real highlight. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely incredible in flavor. Refined, creative, perfectly balanced, easily some of the best food I have ever tasted. Imàgo turned a special birthday into a memory I will carry forever. Thank you for such a perfect evening.

11/05/2026: The amatriciana pizza is top-notch, but above all, it's made with Neapolitan-style dough that's easy to digest. The Rissa beer is excellent.

13/05/2026: Situated near the Vatican, with a partial view of the dome of St. Peter, this wonderful place offers excellent dishes and good portions. The service is excellent. I live in the neighborhood and regularly have lunch here.

10/05/2026: After leaving the Vatican and visiting St. Peter's Basilica, we were very tired and looked for a restaurant. Without thinking twice, we came across this one in April. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious; I highly recommend it.

12/05/2026: Stayed at a hostel nearby and saw long queues every night so I decided to pop in at 5.30pm when it was relatively empty. Excellent food and very friendly service, the nice man at the till (the owner perhaps?) even randomly gave me a discount which was so lovely of him!

30/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to dine with Mr. Eugenio and his wife. A beautiful location, with easy parking and the perfect place to host a lovely outdoor reception. The interior, with classic furnishings and drapes, is very bright and airy, perhaps a little dated, but overall, the table settings and very comfortable seating make it a minor detail. Restrooms are clean and well-equipped. A la carte and fish menus are available at agreed-upon prices, including drinks, and can be found on their constantly updated Facebook page. The waiters are friendly, professional, and attentive. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. Ideal for communions, confirmations, and weddings, given the many rooms available. I recommend it and will definitely return.

03/05/2026: The place is very nice, decorated like an old train station, but the food is disgusting. I had the swordfish mezze maniche: overcooked pasta that stuck to the plate, three styrofoam pieces of fish, and three cherry tomato halves. Never again.

06/06/2026: As soon as you step inside, you're enveloped in a refined décor that evokes the elegance of the early 1900s. Between walls adorned with paintings, period mirrors, and antique sofas, you find yourself immersed in the atmosphere of a refined turn-of-the-century London living room. The soft lighting is perfect for retreating from the chaos of the city.

18/05/2026: A delightful place, full of unique vintage teacups and teapots. The tea and desserts are very good, although the latter are a bit too sugary for my taste.

04/06/2026: Absolutely delicious!!! The mushrooms, the spaghetti alle vongole, the tiramisu. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Authentic cuisine, only locals at the tables (proof of the quality). A little gem not far from Termini station.

31/05/2026: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The restaurant was diligent and emailed prior to our arrival regarding food allergies. The were able to accommodate the allergy all while serving a fantastic dinner. The staff was very attentive. Great atmosphere.

29/05/2026: We booked one Glass Menu and one Vegetarian menu well in advance, and Glass Hostaria was the highlight of our stay in Roma, and one of the most satisfactory fine dining experience in the last decade. While their offering isn’t overly creative like some modern fine dining (esp. those with Michelin stars), everything was unique, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. This might sound strange but I had some of the most well-executed asparagus, lamb, and carrot dishes I have ever had. This level of cooking at this price point is an amazing value proposition!
