02/08/2024: 2-3 weeks ago, walking around Bologna, we discovered this great little place. All fantastic, a great find. I ate the best Tiramisu I had ever tasted, made to order and to my taste! The place is very welcoming, the service very friendly and the food delicious. A 10 in all. Thanks!!!

27/07/2024: I have been several times for lunch with my colleagues and each time we tried something different and each time we were pleasantly surprised. The thing that has always satisfied us the most is the quality of the ingredients and the kindness of the staff. The place is small, but well-kept and welcoming. Absolutely worth trying.

07/07/2024: Can't believe this restaurant was awarded michelin star. It was so disappointing, no wow factor what so ever!! Some tastes were overpowering and some courses felt like they had been sitting out for a long time before being served. Disappointing from start to finish! Biggest waste of €700 for 9 courses and wine pairing, So many good restaurants in Bologna I'd avoid this one!!!!

28/06/2024: I really liked the rooms. The food tasted good and it was generally a nice experience. We were advised on the choice of drinks by the sommelier's assistant. We liked the wine selection. He was very professional and gave us very good advice. Thank you very much! I understand that we ate in a Michelin restaurant here, but I think EUR 25 for three pieces of cheese is a bit excessive.

19/08/2024: On a rainy evening, we found ourselves in this restaurant with some colleagues, having read excellent reviews on the meats. We tasted a mix of appetizers, all delicious, and then following the innkeeper's advice we tasted three different cuts of meat, with different maturation times, all really excellent and cooked to perfection. Prices a little high, but the quality is unquestionable.

16/08/2024: TOP grilled meats. I recommend getting advice from the owner on the cut and type of meat based on your tastes given the varied choice they have. The service is also very good.

04/08/2024: La bottega del Franco is a restaurant in the heart of residential Bologna. A mix of Bolognese traditions and top-level special fish cuisine. I ate the best risotto ever with tuna steak, prawns and courgette flowers, a truly special and super filling dish! The desserts are interesting and unique, the ice cream made by them is very very good. Super service and normal prices for this level. We will definitely be back.

26/07/2024: My wife and I have had different experiences. I ate well, she didn't. The starter with brioche and creamed cod was excellent, a perfect balance between sweet and savory. The black rigatoni with courtyard ragù was good. The roasted octopus was too salty. The hazelnut filled cream puff was excellent, the meringue dessert was too sweet, according to my wife. The place is nice and welcoming, the prices high but not too much. For a starter, a first course, a second course, 2 glasses of wine, a water, 2 desserts and 2 coffees, we spent 108 euros, which in my opinion is a fair price.

16/08/2024: Closed is not the same as open, even on August 16th. If you are not able to update timetables on Google, Bologna can do without you very well.

07/08/2024: If you are going to eat once in Bologna it should be at Tempo Buono. The dishes are simply awesome. Service comfortable. Make sure you have a table.

05/08/2024: I tried to book in June and then in July, calling the phone number many times but nothing, never any answer! Not being from Bologna it was impossible for us to go. We will try again next time, hoping to be able to book. If so I will change the review...

22/08/2024: The route to get there is incredible and pure magic when you park here. Beauty in its purest form. Space for children to play with all the comforts. Ping pong table with its rackets and balls. Balls. A volleyball net. A trampoline. The pool for all ages. Hammocks in corners between fruit trees. A sauna and archery Sun loungers. But you do even have a huge refrigerator available between the washing machine and the sinks. In addition, the detail of the scrubber, brush and dishwasher is a highlight. The restaurant has a loving decoration and the menu is magnificent 🫶🏽. They make a mint and ginger liqueur that I recommend. Postcard sunsets and what I like most...the eternal smell of lavender 🪻 and rosemary. Come and find out for yourself ☺️. And if you also like animals, it's already the most nova. A place to repeat. 21/08/2024: Il posto è incantevole, immerso nella campagna emiliana. La nostra camera era molto curata e pulita. Cena ottima (non inclusa nel prezzo). Colazione a pagamento, molto buona. Non siamo riusciti ad usare la piscina a causa del maltempo.

30/08/2024: Julia did our service. Since we were not very hungry, we wanted to eat by sharing. He brought every divisible thing in 3 containers. Julia loves her job and does it very well. The flavors definitely deserve 5 stars. The boss was very kind and positive. Since it was our special day, they also arranged a celebration for us. The surprise didn't end there. We saw that someone was singing the celebration song in Turkish. It turns out that Melis Chef is behind the flavors. To the entire team; We would like to thank them very much for serving us such delicious food, for never hiding their smiling faces, and for doing an excellent job without any problems in that crowded hall. 29/08/2024: I went to this place last Saturday with some friends and we had a terrible meal. Six of us had 2 starters, 6 main courses, 4 side dishes, 4 desserts and 2 sorbets. To drink 4 bottles of water and 1 bottle of Pignoletto. €270 to eat a cold cut full of nerves, miserable appetizers and tasteless side dishes. Definitely excessive price: we will never return! Not recommended.

17/08/2024: I went to this place last night with a friend (our previously chosen one was closed for holidays...), but having seen it in "4 Restaurants" in Borghese we were attracted. Good service and I also give it enough credit to the food taken... but not for the final bill (a platter with cured meats for 2, a Gramigna for 2, 2 Bolognese cutlets with a single side dish, a water, a glass of wine and 2 sorbets)...94€😳. But the most sore point was my sorbet. I asked for it with coffee and at the first taste I immediately felt the taste of an alcoholic drink (I am totally teetotal and intolerant to alcohol of any degree). I called the waiter who told me there wasn't any alcohol inside. I continued drinking it, but even more convinced, I let my friend taste it, who confirmed it.... I called another waiter asking for the ingredients inside and among the many, he mentioned a packaged cream ice cream. I ask if I can see the packaging and it hesitantly goes away... Bottom line... I reached the car, put everything back and had to take an antihistamine because I was starting to swell!!!! I'm not reporting the incident, but I recommend writing under "sorbet" not only the allergens, but also the presence, even if minimal, of ALCOHOL!!!!
