27/03/2024: We had lunch as a group on a Sunday. We booked for 10 people, including 2 small children. Once we arrived at the restaurant we asked if it was possible to add two seats since two other friends would have liked to join us. The waitress who welcomed us was somewhat annoyed, we understand the difficulty of obtaining additional seats (even if for two and in any case we had a room completely at our disposal), but it was enough to say no considering that the two had not yet reached us. Over the course of lunch, the waiters who followed each other were friendly, including the owner (I assume) who took the order. The waitress who had welcomed us, however, showed great annoyance at our presence and that of the children who in any case did not in any way hinder or burden their work (they ordered dishes from the menu and without changes, they remained in the table room and at outside, they crossed the restaurant to go to the toilet and without running, always holding hands with the adult, they said please and thank you when they addressed the staff). The welcome from the waitress herself culminated when the bill was settled. The final bill was €442. We did not ask to pay for what was consumed individually, but rather to divide the total by 10 paying people (€44.20). At the checkout the famous waitress got even more annoyed, saying that it was our responsibility to find a way to pay the bill (we had done it and we had given her the bill). She complained that this mode made her head explode and drive her crazy. He repeatedly snorted and showed signs of irritation. So, I don't think I was the first group to have had lunch/dinner in their place, so what was the limit? We found the behavior of the maid towards the children, who we governed from start to finish and who consumed, therefore paid and contributed to the financing of her salary, extremely rude and unprofessional. Not even the question of the account balance is professional; I have never found places in my life that did not accept this method (I would have understood if the request had been to make separate accounts with everyone paying for what they had consumed, but this was not the case). In the presence of groups it is difficult for just one person to pay the bill for everyone. Therefore I give one star for the terrible service and treatment that this waitress gave us, to the detriment of her colleagues. If children and groups are not accepted in the restaurant, please indicate it, and we will all be happy, at least you won't ruin our lunch and stay (we came from Pordenone). High prices, somewhat low quantities, cutlet not recommended. Tagliatella is recommended. Good waiting times despite the high number of customers.
