04/12/2024: Thrilling!!! We spent a wonderful evening, the place is not large and is perfect for intimate dinners with your partner, we opted for the tasting menu and I must say that we were surprised and fascinated. The chef's work is incredible in using very simple ingredients, but which overall manage to convey emotions as it did for me. The staff was excellent in their service, they took care of every detail, they made you feel pampered and appreciated, we really enjoyed every single moment of the evening. I really congratulate you, the customer should not only consume good food at the table but should be treated as we were treated during dinner, you are fantastic! I recommend booking in advance!

28/11/2024: Really good food, few dishes but delicious and plenty of them, excellent value for money and the staff including the chef are available. I recommend a grappa experience to be recommended by the chef who will be able to recommend you from the long list based on your tastes. Book as the place is small and the kitchen is in the middle of the room which leads to the only shame that you will then have clothes that taste like food and frying but nowadays there are washing machines I wouldn't consider it a limit unless you go around later.

11/12/2024: A Huge Disappointment – Not Up to Michelin Standards We visited this restaurant with high expectations and were excited for a 7-course menu with wine pairings. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing Michelin experiences we’ve ever had. While the dishes were beautifully presented, the flavor combinations were outright unsuccessful. The entire menu was marked by an overwhelming use of smoky elements, which dominated and became monotonous across almost every dish. Out of the seven courses, there was only one we actually finished. We left the rest uneaten, despite the small portions—not because we were full, but because the food simply wasn’t enjoyable. The most memorable parts of the meal were the snacks served beforehand: a puffed chip and a lemon sorbet, which were well-balanced and tasty. But it says a lot when the snacks are the highlight of a Michelin menu. The wine pairing was also disappointing. One of the "wines" turned out to be a beer, which—while creative in concept—was a complete misstep. The beer had an intense smell of cow urine (not just the barnyard notes one might encounter in some natural wines). The waiter laughed and acknowledged that the beer had a peculiar flavor, which seemed to be part of the intended experience or a gimmick. Unfortunately, this did nothing to improve the situation, and we were left with an unusually unpleasant taste experience without being offered an alternative. We expected a world-class meal but left the restaurant feeling both disappointed and frustrated. If this is the standard they are presenting, it’s hard to see how they can retain their Michelin star.

08/12/2024: Having lunch in this place was a pleasant surprise, special food and competent and impeccable service, prices in line with what we ate. Compliments!!! We will definitely be back.

07/12/2024: The added value of this restaurant is the people who work there. The dishes are exceptional (and we already knew it) but whoever brings them to the table is no different. Thanks to Matteo for celebrating our anniversary with us and surprising us, pampering us and serving us excellently. We will remember the wine cork! :) Thanks also to the girl (unfortunately we don't know her name) who created the gift voucher with masterful care. We will see each other soon! Sarah and Thomas

27/12/2024: Really good pizza! Light, excellent combinations of ingredients, and the best thing is that it is all produced within San Patrignano. The location is very beautiful especially in summer and I recommend the pan pizza, which is really soft! Friendly and welcoming staff.

02/01/2025: Personalmente non é la prima volta in questo locale e posso dire con certezza che la qualità é sempre altissima: A partire dai primi piatti, di cui consiglio vivamente i passatelli al profumo di mare, passando per i secondi piatti sino al dessert...TUTTO ECCEZIONALE! Un plauso, inoltre, alla professionalità e simpatia del cameriere Davide sempre pronto a scambiare una battuta e farti sentire a casa! ALLA PROSSIMA,RIVIERA 69!

07/12/2024: La carne è ottima il servizio attento e gentile i tavoli sono distanziati per cui anche se c'è un po' di confusione non è insopportabile. I problemi i che ho trovato sono quelli legati alla temperatura, il locale dove ha mangiato Io non era molto caldo e questo probabilmente ha fatto raffreddare anche più velocemente la carne perché una parte non sono riuscito a mangiarla. E questo è un peccato perché la carne è ottima ma quando si raffredda non è più accettabile. Detto questo null'altro da obiettare anzi un posto come questo a Bologna se non è unico ci manca poco.

24/11/2024: Cibo: Tornare in questo ristorante è stato come ritrovare un vecchio amico che sa sempre come sorprenderti. Non passo spesso da Bologna, ma ogni volta che ci sono, questo locale è una tappa obbligata. Questa volta ho provato la fiorentina: cotta alla perfezione, con una crosticina esterna deliziosa e un cuore morbido e succulento. L'antipasto di salumi locali è stato il perfetto preludio a una cena indimenticabile. Anche i contorni erano impeccabili, in particolare le patate al forno con spezie aromatiche. Servizio: Ancora una volta il servizio si è rivelato impeccabile. Il personale mi ha accolto come se fossi un cliente di lunga data, con la stessa cortesia e calore della prima visita. Mi hanno persino ricordato il vino che avevo apprezzato in passato e suggerito una nuova etichetta, che si è rivelata eccellente. Atmosfera: L'atmosfera è rimasta quella che ricordavo: elegante ma accogliente, con un tocco rustico che ti fa sentire a casa. La sala era piena, ma il rumore di fondo non disturbava affatto, anzi aggiungeva un piacevole senso di convivialità. Prezzo: Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è sempre al top. Per un’esperienza di questo livello, sono felice di spendere qualcosa in più. Ogni euro speso qui è un investimento in un’esperienza che difficilmente si dimentica. Punti di forza: La costanza nella qualità è ciò che distingue questo ristorante. Che si tratti della carne, del servizio o dell'atmosfera, ogni elemento è curato nei minimi dettagli. Punti deboli: Se devo trovare un difetto, è che non posso venirci più spesso! Consigli: Se amate la carne, lasciatevi guidare dallo staff per la scelta del taglio migliore e non saltate i dolci: il tiramisù è una degna conclusione per un pasto da sogno. Conclusione: Questo ristorante è diventato per me un punto di riferimento a Bologna. Non importa quanto sia breve il mio soggiorno in città, trovare il tempo per una cena qui è sempre una priorità. Una certezza per chi cerca una cucina di carne eccellente accompagnata da un servizio impeccabile.

04/11/2024: Locanda del Mulino di Gorzano is an enchanting place, perfect for an authentic Emilian culinary experience. During our visit, we savored the delicious mixed antipasto del Mulino, followed by the classic Tortellini in capon broth and the refined Tortelloni Vecchia Modena with spun balsamic vinegar, all dishes performed with a unique care for local traditions. The desserts, in particular the hot Sfogliatina with custard and the inn's Tiramisu, were the perfect culmination of an excellent lunch. The cuisine and hospitality of the Locanda make the restaurant an unmissable stop for those seeking the authentic Modena flavor in a welcoming and refined environment
