18/06/2025: Palazzo Avino is a stunning place to stay — the pink style is so elegant, stylish, and clean. Our room was very comfortable, and the sea view over the Amalfi Coast was breathtaking. The whole hotel feels peaceful and beautifully kept. Only small downside was that email communication wasn’t the most efficient , but everything was still sorted before we arrived.

18/06/2025: Food was average. Really small portions for the price. To call a taxi they made us wait like 20 minutes and the staff had a really bad attitude. Didn’t like it at all. Only good thing was the view.

27/06/2025: Waiters who don't pay attention to you or deceive you by telling you that they would arrive in 2 minutes but disappear. Too bad the food is pretty good. The view is the only thing worth it. A piece of advice? If you like standing outside and staring into space while they gently tease you, then this is the perfect place otherwise: run away while you still can.

23/06/2025: Let's start with the fact that they have little attention to the customer. We ate on a dirty table. The drink arrived 10 minutes after the food, a disaster! It is only saved by the quality of the food.

20/05/2025: Eccellenza assoluta. Il direttore Roberto e la direttrice Imma sanno benissimo cosa vuole dire accogliere e far stare bene l’ospite di questa incredibile struttura. In cucina lo chef Salvatore valorizza ed esalta la cucina locale con piatti eccellenti. Una tappa gastronomica imperdibile se si visita l’isola di Capri. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Ciliegina sulla torta la nuova apertura del locale a-Ma-Re, osteria e pizzeria sopra la grotta Azzurra.

11/07/2025: Beautiful view looking at Positano and the beach but the food was lacking in quality. The octopus was tough and chewy and the sirloin steak was over cooked and fatty. Service was good, they were attentive but didn’t react when told the food wasn’t as good as it should be. You get small complementary entree and dessert but would prefer the melas be of higher standard. When paying the lady asked for a tip (she was front of house) and when declined she threw the receipt down and walked off.

10/07/2025: We absolutely loved this place. What a beautiful setting. The staff were delightful and took great care of us. The food was delicious. Highly recommend!

26/06/2025: Delicious food and a nice place, but the waiters spoke so softly I couldn't understand them, and a table of Americanos when I went was very, very loud. No one said anything to them. It was disappointing! Plus, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the music didn't work either, all strange for a Michelin-starred restaurant. They really need to improve! I couldn't get over how cold it was; they had the air conditioning on full blast. I asked if they could turn it down, and they turned it up. In the end, they had to give me a blanket and I had dinner with it the whole time. 😰😣 Small details that make all the difference...

07/07/2025: Il Delfino is always a sure thing… simple but authentic flavors, perfect service (thanks Roberto, you satisfied us until the end…), a table near the sea changes everything. I go back to Milan happier… well done!

03/07/2025: Amazing seafood, Roberto looked after us so well- highly recommend for lunch or dinner! We will be back on our Ischia trip!

09/06/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, highly qualified and professional staff, live music present but never intrusive; engaging and aggregating. The food is EXCELLENT and the final cost is affordable for everyone. We sat down at 1:30 pm to leave at 6 pm. We didn't notice the time passing at all, having fun and relaxing and the manager absolutely doesn't ask you to vacate the table. They are fabulous and I recommend it to everyone. Angelo

29/06/2025: Giving 1 star bcoz did not had the option to give 0!!!! So pathetic and rude staff!!! If u dont know how to talk with customers better shut ur restaurant off!!! The lady at the desk managing reservations intentionally gave us table completely inside without any view even tough many tables were empty

27/06/2025: Unfortunately at the time of our visit it seemed the main greeter for the restaurant was on break, and it seemed a cleaner (an older woman in a brown T-shirt) was filling in. She was extremely rude, and wouldn't let us sit past the third row back as everything was apparently reserved. Not a single reserved table was filled by the time we'd eaten and left, yet multiple - white - families/couples were seated in the second and first rows clearly without reservations. The food (3 mains, one water and one sprite) came to €100, which was laughable - especially as the meatball spaghetti came with a miserable TWO meatballs only. The pizza was also worst we'd had in Positano. Pasquale was our main waiter and was extremely polite and helpful, but overall, other than himself and the location, the restaurant was over-hyped, over-priced and seemed pretty discriminatory. Again, seemingly being coloured immediately meant to the workers that we wouldn't spend as much - noted to us with a strict: 2 meal per person announcement before being seated. We were planning to get drinks on top of our food but gladly we didn't - simply due to the rude lady who ushered us in seemingly with annoyance, as well as carrying a filthy dustpan open throughout the restaurant - clearly more focused on the cleanliness for evening and ignoring basic hygiene standards for those eating early.

06/07/2025: I never write negative reviews. Therefore I will limit myself to describing the evening that took place. The management has changed. The managers and employees are very friendly and kind. The long wait for orders remains. Unfortunately there are no more board games (the room where the table football was is closed). Unfortunately, due to the heat that was there, the air conditioning was not enough and, in addition, due to the external orders, the door was constantly opened. It's a shame because the food is excellent. Try to avoid these "small" but necessary precautions because the place, the food and the staff are excellent. Ah! Don't make the waiters say "we offer you the amaro" and then add it to the bill 😉

30/06/2025: A name that at least for me created different expectations. I expected a more authentically Irish atmosphere with a selection of particular and niche beers. In reality the only reference to Ireland is in the name, for the rest it is a pub that responds well to the requests and tastes of the local public. That said, I ate well, even if the offer is in line with that of many other similar pubs. A suggestion? Perhaps a less evocative name would help to better calibrate expectations.

04/05/2025: Reserved room via Booking.com. Then a message came from the hotel via Booking that the credit card was incorrect. After entering the correct details twice and also entering the details of a second card, the room was canceled by the hotel a week before we were supposed to go there. Message via Booking was not answered by them, the phone was not answered. The room was no longer available via Booking.

02/05/2025: The rooms are very dirty starting from the sheets in which I found stains, as soon as you enter the door there is a musty smell and importantly it didn't seem clean at all. The tent was all torn up, which is a very bad thing as it is also transparent and so at 6:00 in the morning the sunlight is already coming in and you are already forced to wake up, for as much as they get a room I think it costs little to buy a new tent with another on top for the night so as not to let the light in early in the morning. One very important thing is that I showered with cold water, because the hot water never came out The rooms are not soundproof at all, I took a nap in the afternoon I could hear doors slamming and people screaming next door Breakfast ok The only nice thing is the balcony with the view, that's all the 3 stars are for

29/04/2025: Very good food, we ate burgers, bruschetta and onion rings, everything was delicious. A great selection of different beers, an interesting atmosphere and a nice experience. It's very dark inside, so you have the feeling that it's not open, but once you get used to it, it's great!

29/04/2025: It's a really nice place with unique interior design. They offer a lot of different food and everything we ordered was good. The guy could have been a little more attentive since we were the only customers at the moment but it was a nice evening and dinner anyways. Also they have a wide selection of beer, we would definitely return.

09/07/2025: We go often, and every day they serve excellent dishes. Today's carbonara was truly delicious. The staff in the dining room were excellent and very friendly.
