16/08/2024: I have known the place for about 27 years, at the beginning we came to enjoy the Santa Maria pizza by the metro and this evening I made this request again but the waiters reported that it is no longer on the menu; however the pizza is excellent as is the cooking.

13/08/2024: Good food, very crowded on a Saturday so you have to wait a long time for the pizza, the food is good and the prices are good too, bitters or coffee are offered

21/08/2024: Staff pouco amável e com falta de formação para um restaurante de um hotel de 4 estrelas. Não estão atentos a servirem água, ou até mesmo a trazerem algumas bebidas, é de salientar que não têm o cuidado de pedir desculpa quando entornam algo (água, neste caso) sobre uma carteira. O lugar onde fomos sentadas foi distante dos demais clientes e o qual não tinha vista alguma e foi dito que seria aquele lugar escolhido pela “vista privilegiada”. Comida é medíocre para o preço praticado.

12/07/2024: The waiter added on his own "tip" to our bill before presenting the card machine for me to tap and pay. This is beyond rude and basically theft. It wasn't that the service was bad, but it also wasn't particularly good. The food was okay, but I'd suggest you avoid this restaurant just to show them that stealing isn't acceptable.

04/07/2024: Great food, horrible service. Waited a long time to be served. Staff rolled with their eyes when we asked for some black pepper on the table. Coperto (service fee) of 2,5 euros per person was already included in the bill, but they tried to charge an additional 7 euros to the total. After some discussion, we were able to pay the correct amount.

17/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato questo locale tramite l'app Thefork. Già da quando siamo entrati ho notato i bicchieri sporchi non certamente un bel biglietto da visita tant'è vero che ho chiesto di cambiarmelo.Abbiamo preso 3 primi "la tradizione" ovvero delle linguine al cartoccio ai frutti di mare e una puttanesca di mare. Quando sono arrivati ,devo essere sincero ho storto un po' il naso in quanto il cartoccio era semiaperto, ma vabbè speriamo nel gusto che ahimè non c'era. Linguine insipide e senza sapore,non c'era condimento e quindi risultavano asciutte. L'unica cosa buona era il vino. Vista la brutta esperienza col primo abbiamo deciso di pagare ed andare via. P.S. non si sa per quale motivo il proprietario abbia cancellato la prenotazione su Thefork infatti lì non posso mettere nessuna recensione. Brutta esperienza da non ripetere.

04/05/2024: Great restaurant. The food was lovely and mostly taken from their own gardens or local. Fresh flowers on each table and just a touch of class with proper napkins and quality glasses,, etc. We had the plancha of meat and cheese, plus they gave us some fried courgette. After , I had the mixed fried sea food while my wife had a simple pasta ragu. Both were wonderful. We tried the wine from the region which was really nice and complimented the meal. Finished with a stunning tiramisu and cafe + a limoncello. It’s not a cheap pizzeria, but is well worth a lookin when in Pompei..

20/10/2024: Tuvimos un almuerzo largo, multifamiliar y fue simplemente perfecto. Los niños tienen que jugar en la playa, los adultos beben su vino. Comida deliciosa acaba de salir. Maravilloso ambiente relajado.

24/09/2024: D Adolfo está situado a unos 10 - 15 minutos del muelle de Positano en barco. El restaurante le recoge en el muelle del ferry donde los barcos pequeños recogen y dejan. El lado izquierdo del muelle del ferry mirando al océano, lado derecho si usted está bajando de un ferry. Lo vimos como una experiencia, pero no nos pareció relajante. DEBES leer las instrucciones en detalle ya que no son directas y si no las sigues cuidadosamente puede causarte problemas logísticos. El transbordador comienza alrededor de las 11. 00 am para recoger y para de 1 - 4 pm y el sitio web dice que comienzan a regresar alrededor de las 4 pm, pero comenzaron a regresar alrededor de las 3 pm. Nos pareció que el personal era muy agradable de tratar, mientras que toda la operación funciona muy desestructurado, lo que hace que no sea relajante en absoluto. Esperábamos un buen día de relax, pero terminamos encontrándolo todo apresurado Llegamos de Sorrento en ferry y tuvimos que esperar unos 30 minutos para el servicio de transporte no hay señalización, así que tienes que averiguar dónde esperar, lo que explicó anteriormente. El barco solo lleva 10 personas y no hay estructura, así que quienquiera que suba se sube. Tienen un segundo barco, así que el conductor pidió que llegara por qué no tienen a ambos corriendo. La playa es preciosa y nos pareció agradable Restuarant no es barato y no único especial, pero usted va por la experiencia. Mi consejo sobre la selección de alimentos es pedir uno de los pescados enteros, no lo hicimos, que fue nuestro error. Mi consejo si te alojas en Positano vale la pena la experiencia, pero no es una visita obligada.

11/08/2024: We were denied service because we didn’t order as per how they want us to eat. Please avoid such restaurants so they learn to respect people

01/08/2024: One of the best meals if not the best meal we’ve ever had. Everything we ordered was divine: risotto, gnocchi, filet and amberjack. Just 10/10 for us and we cleaned our plates.

13/07/2024: Ritorniamo sempre in questo bellissimo Ristorante ed ogni volta sempre meglio.....Location stupenda, rilassante e fuori dal caos che si può vivere in città con l'alta stagione. Ottima cucina e servizio super 5 stelle lusso. Bravi!!!

19/08/2024: Best dinners we had in Amalfi! Yes, plural. We had dinner at the Taverna 3 times during our visit! Luigi and Sara and their team/family welcomed us like family. Amazing staff. Fabulous food. Great wine choices. Location - unbelievable!!!

13/10/2024: Raffinato ristorante che guarda il mare abbarbicato sulla roccia caprese, un’atmosfera tipcamente mediterranea. Servizio eccellente,la cura dei dettagli è qualcosa di proverbiale e si manifesta nella squisita cortesia e professionalità di tutto il personale, sobrio e caldo lo stile del locale ma ma al tempo stesso avvolgente e rassicurante. Cucina di alta qualità, prezzi certamente non bassi ma sono commisurati alla qualità espressa. Stanza dei dolci molto invitante e fornita.Difficile anzi impossibile trovare difetti a questa struttura che rasenta la perfezione.

22/09/2024: Este lugar es demasiado ruidoso cinturones de música de alto volumen con una clientela aplaudiendo y gritando en todo - entonces cuando uno mira el menú para ver fuera de este mundo precios estratosféricos no parece razón para quedarse para lo que sería un momento torturante, así que el personal amablemente nos acompañó a su restaurante hermano de al lado que era un salvavidas.

30/08/2024: Place where I played soccer several times, they have two pitches. Food: excellent pizza and similar, good cuisine. Several choices of beer, although not very many, continue to serve Paulaner Salvator on tap, a 7 proof German red beer that I really like. Slow service, sometimes frustratingly slow, but still polite and friendly. Multifaceted environment, adapts to all seasons, outdoor and indoor tables with large spaces. A good place to watch sporting events and have dance evenings or spend time with lots of friends, but don't expect the character of a truly elegant and well-kept venue.

25/06/2024: For the first time in Meta, we had burgers in this pub. Excellent! Very soft meat, properly cooked, not fatty. Great price!
