30/05/2026: This two Michelin Star restaurant did not live up to the hype. First- when booking, it was suggested I pay an additional €100 per person for a drinks and canapés experience, which we did. Upon arrival, no one knew about it. It was not until mid-way through the dinner that they apologized and offered the drinks/canapés another night. There was a pre-dinner drink cart, a bread cart, a tea cart, a post-dinner drink cart, so many carts moving around the restaurant and it was so distracting! Staff were putting down tray stands and picking them up every 30 seconds without much guidance. The service overall was great despite the chaos everywhere. We were stuffed after the meal. The food was decent either way the best being the tuna carpaccio and the pasta with shrimp- which made them famous. We did the Chefs tasting menu - La Recherche which was great. Overall, I liked it but it was not what I considered a Michellin Star restaurant did.

27/02/2026: This morning, after a long walk, I reached Pasticceria Pelosi, intent on tasting their delicious polacca. Well, what a disappointment!!! Today's was awful. I'm deeply sorry, because I considered it among the best in Aversa. I therefore urge the owners not to offer them when they don't meet their standards, as they risk debunking a myth. Given the memory I have of their deliciousness, I reserve the right to return and sincerely hope to be proven wrong. Aversa, February 27, 2026

12/05/2026: I wanted to leave a review because we chose this beautiful location for my partner and I to celebrate our wedding. He introduced me to this beautiful place, being Calabrian and unfamiliar with the Amalfi Coast. I was captivated by the location and the view from this magnificent venue. Mr. Mariano and the entire staff at the Voce del Mare hotel were incredibly kind and, above all, professional from the very beginning. Everything was perfect. My compliments also go to the cuisine and all the delicious dishes chosen especially for us. I would choose this place a thousand times over and highly recommend it! 12/05/2026: I'd like to congratulate Teresa, who worked in the sofa department at IKEA Naples on May 12, 2026, around 11:30 AM. She was absolutely exceptional in customer service and extremely helpful with two English customers who had to organize a large number of purchases in a short time because we had to go to the airport. Despite the store being very busy, Teresa remained patient, kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. She really went out of her way to help us organize a complicated delivery, and we will always be grateful for her kindness and efficiency. Teresa is a true IKEA employee and a great asset to the company. Thank you, Teresa!

05/05/2026: Excellent restaurant but we had a poor service in the management of the orders and some waiters were negligent but when the manager found out about it she was brilliantly able to get an apology and the evening was excellent!!

19/04/2026: Arriving at 1:00 PM, the restaurant was almost empty (only three tables). We ordered three appetizers and five first courses. The appetizers were quick, but we had to wait over an hour for the first courses, despite the fact that tables that arrived after us were being served first. When it came time to serve, the order was also incorrect (three gnocchi and two paccheri instead of the reverse) and they were asked to remake the dish, resulting in an additional 13-minute wait. Disorganized and inattentive service. A negative experience; we do not recommend it.

01/06/2026: I can't tell you about the quality of the dishes offered at this restaurant since we weren't given the chance to try them. We stopped by around 9:15 PM and were told to come back in an hour and take a reservation with our name and phone number. At 10:15 PM, the time they'd given us, we arrived and were told there was no room for us because the kitchen was no longer open. We were intrigued by this place, but the service was truly awful. A phone call would have been enough to let us know and we wouldn't have had to wait an hour for our meal.

27/05/2026: The food was okay, and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, the service was a nightmare. The waiter was rude and disinterested. They claimed they didn't have any change, so we were forced to give an extra tip even though a service charge (coperto) was already included in the bill. Never again!

12/05/2026: Wonderful experience overall. The staff is incredibly nice and the food is fantastic. The views from your table are breath taking. Would definitely recommend having dinner here while you’re in Capri.

09/05/2026: I consider myself a foodie. I’ve eaten at Michelin one-, two-, and the occasional three-star restaurant, and I’m just as happy with a great cheeseburger and fries. So I came to Le Monzù with an open mind and high expectations. What I got was the worst meal of my life. The trouble started before the food did. We were handed three tasting menus to choose from. My fiancée wanted the vegetarian; I wanted something with more protein. After fifteen or twenty minutes of deliberation, the server informed us — somewhat curtly — that we both had to order the same menu. This wasn’t printed anywhere, and no one mentioned it when the menus arrived. We asked if going à la carte would let us differ. One waiter said yes; another came back and said no, then offered to “make an exception.” From the first course we felt like we’d already done something wrong. The amuse-bouche was genuinely good. After that, things unraveled fast. The next course arrived with a pair of tiny tongs and what I can only describe as a tasteless pasta jellyfish…a translucent sheet of something draped over vegetables like a ghost. No explanation, no instruction on how to eat it. The vegetables underneath were fine. The “cuddlefish” was force-down territory, but I cleared the plate out of respect. Then came the pesto pasta. Somehow flavorless, fishy, and rancid all at once— a real feat. The photos my fiancée took of my face when I tasted it were the highlight of the evening. I never send food back. I’ll smile and tell a waiter “it was great” when it absolutely wasn’t. But at €220 a head, I couldn’t pretend. I told the server I didn’t like it and asked them to take it away. I didn’t even want a replacement…at that point I just wanted the meal to end. The course after wasn’t terrible. Dessert was mediocre: a salty frozen tomato thing, followed by a soggy gelato cone that had clearly been pre-filled hours earlier. This is Italy. Come on. To cap it off, my fiancée got food poisoning that night. I didn’t ask for a discount and I didn’t ask for a refund. I paid the $500 bill, walked back to our hotel, and tried to process what had just happened. Something has either slipped at Le Monzù or shifted since the star was awarded. In a country where you can stumble into a roadside trattoria and eat food the cook is genuinely proud of, this place left me with the opposite impression — that no one in the kitchen was particularly proud of what they sent out. That’s the real shame. Avoid.

13/05/2026: I admit I booked at Pan's Flute without learning much about the menu. I wanted to be wowed. What drew me in was undoubtedly the location, simply indescribable beauty. A terrace overlooking the Amalfi Coast, which, as an Italian, fills me with pride. The evening began with a drink chosen at random: the waiter—with an old-fashioned courtesy—brought a die to roll. Each number corresponded to a drink (but you could, of course, roll it again or choose your own). Once we sat down, the flavors of the "family" recipes took on twists that intrigued, surprised, and satisfied both my partner and me. So, what can I say? Whether it's because of my enthusiastic review, those of a thousand others like me, or simply because I'm curious to find out if it's true, I hope you experience it at least once in your life. Enjoy your meal!

01/05/2026: Food ok.. service sucks bigtime. Almost impossible to get in contact with the staff. I was alone in the resturant and they were 5 waiters.

29/04/2026: 1. Food. Find some place else. 2. Service. Average. You can't order drinks alone or a plate to share. You need to order a plate for each person. That is the restaurant rule. 3. Atmosphere. The BEST in Positano. Postcard view. Not just that, you are seated along the road having wine and food on table that is coveted by other people. Enjoy your stay there and the best time is sunset, until all the Positano lights come alive ✨️ ❤️👍

22/12/2025: Simply put, the Hotel Cove dei Saraceni is a "luxury" hotel with absolutely no heart! I guess it's all about the mighty dollar. My wife and I made reservations for 4 nights in October and was going to be the last half of our dream trip to Italy. However, as it turns out, with all the obstacles and delays with travelling craziness these days, our flight was cancelled due to electrical issues at 1:00am in the morning and we could not get another flight out until late the next day. This was going to cut off 2 or 3 days of our vacation, so in order to not have a lot of chaos, we decided we would need to cancel and plan for another time. My wife emailed right away to the Hotel Concierge letting them know that our trip had to be cancelled, 4 days prior to our reservation dates. She sent a follow-up request to see if we would get our money back on the unused rooms. No response. I have sent 2 additional requests, now a total of 4 requests, however no response. We just recently retired and our loss was over $5,000, with absolutely no attempt to connect with us! Not even an offer for partial compensation! I think this is highly unethical as I'm sure they redistributed these rooms and still made money on them, since they had 4 days notice. The right thing to do is compensate us if they were able to resell the rooms. Certainly not "luxury" service in any way, shape or form. I would certainly pay attention to this review...and based on several other reviews with the 1 star Ratings, regarding poor cleanliness and in desperate need of updates, I would definitely consider other Hotel options. Italy has so many other alternatives...I would go to a hotel where they have a heart! I have worked at Disney World for 42 years and I can promise you, our resorts don't treat guests anywheres close to this. Hotel Covo dei Saraceni must not be doing that well, if they need our $5000 that much!!

06/09/2025: My review is only for a sorbet, 8 euros for the most tasteless and hard block of ice you will ever find, I highly recommend it to lovers of ice cream.

05/05/2026: I ordered a Margherita and a four-cheese pizza with sausage for takeout. The Margherita wasn't bad, but the four-cheese pizza was very heavy, and in some places you couldn't even taste the pizza anymore due to too much oil, as shown in the photos.

21/04/2026: We ordered three pizzas for the first time... Delicious, super fast delivery. We'll definitely be back!
