22/11/2025: Delicious food, fast service and nice view of the marina ocean. This place definitely deserves a higher rating. Though price was quite expensive and maybe not the friendliest waiter lol. Still a 5/5

10/12/2025: Palazzo Avino is a magnificent luxury, family run hotel, right in the heart of Ravello. It has a prime central location, easy to access, & views to die for, right over the south end of the Amalfi Coast. The interior design, the curated details & exterior common areas (gardens, bar, pool & terrace) are all carefully thought of. The friendly staff here go out of their way to ensure you have an wonderful stay & experience.

08/12/2025: Impeccable stay: attentive and discreet service, elegant rooms with attention to every detail. The spa and restaurant are top-notch. An experience of pure relaxation and luxury, highly recommended.

10/08/2025: Locale su una splendida terrazza affacciata sulla spiaggia di Marina del Cantone apparecchiatura curata in ogni minimo dettaglio il menù è ampio con ampia scelta di piatti della cucina tradizionale locale e altri di innovazione e rivisitati con cura,e attenzione ingredienti freschi e di qualità la presentazione dei piatti è molto curata e piacevole da vedere il servizio è attento e mai invadente curando le esigenze e richieste del cliente la carta dei vini è vasta con etichette campane e non solo curata con professionalità da Domenico che vi consiglierà al meglio si conclude con una varietà di dolci che vi sorprenderà per freschezza e bontà curati personalmente con maestri dalla signora Mery il prezzo è in linea con quanto.offerto.da locale dove è sempre un piacere tornare per assaggiare le loro specialità in un contesto di qualità familiare.

27/07/2025: The drinks and beers were very good, the beef jerky was better than at other pubs in Frattamaggiore, and the fries were delicious, but the pepper wasn't very noticeable. 4 stars!

17/11/2025: We stopped by for a casual lunch after a long walk around Positano and were hoping to relax for a bit, but the experience was honestly disappointing. We ordered a pizza, the fried seafood platter, and mussels and *literally everything* was overly salty. The bread was also so hard that we could barely enjoy it What made the meal even less enjoyable was the service. The staff seemed to be rushing us from the moment we sat down. They kept clearing our trays immediately after we picked up the last slice, and then asked if we wanted the bill even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We just wanted to chill and unwind, but the constant glances and pressure made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were overstaying despite having ordered a full meal The one positive was the ambience, the setting itself is lovely. But overall, the food and service didn’t live up to the vibe of the place

16/11/2025: We had an excellent meal here. We had the sautéed red fish and a pasta with shrimp. We took the recommendations of the staff. Food was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Chocolate almond cake was one of the best. We were here off season so it was quite enjoyable .

20/09/2025: FIRST EXPERIENCE AT THIS RESTAURANT...EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT!! WE TRUSTED THE OWNER AND TOOK ADVICE, AND OUR TRUST WAS COMPLETELY REFUNDED WITH KINDNESS, COURTESY, AND EXCELLENT CUISINE...EVEN OUR DOG WAS TREATED WITH ELEGANCE, AND HIS MEAL WAS OFFERED BY THE OWNER...I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!!!!

06/11/2025: For Halloween, my family and I, along with some friends, decided to spend the evening there, having booked well in advance. Knowing the evening's schedule, we decided to show up half an hour early to avoid the risk of a long wait despite our reservations, and luckily they seated us: the lighting was so dim you could barely read the menu, the themed music was unlistenable and at times even annoying, and the table was uncomfortable, especially for children. While waiting, we noticed, with great disappointment, that the beers were served in plastic cups... a choice made due to the chaos and crowding, to avoid disruption during the evening. And that's fair enough! It's a shame, however, that they doubled the price, passing off a 0.25 glass as a pint for €6, and sandwiches and bruschetta (a special menu for that evening) all for €10. After half an hour and calling the ordering girl three times, we finally managed to get it, and after an hour, the sandwiches finally arrived. We had to ask for them early because our kids (ages 6 and 2) were hungry. The sandwiches were smaller than usual! As soon as we finished, we ran away because the evening had become boring and the place was too crowded. In conclusion, 5 covers, 5 sandwiches (including just one hamburger), 1 small bottle of water, 3 beers... total €100! ABSURD and SHAMEFUL! I understand that you want to make money on the evening, but you can't charge me €10 for a sandwich with just a hamburger and €6 for a 0.25 plastic cup: it's robbery! One thing is certain... we won't set foot in there again. Being robbed like this just because you wanted to create the event to get more customers (there were rumors of 1,500 reservations) is simply not right! Imagine, on November 2nd we went to eat fish (fresh and well-cooked), we spent less, and the dishes were super generous! YOU'RE SHAMEFUL! Lower your standards, and especially your prices... given the quality and quantity!

07/12/2025: Terrible. We made a reservation and they canceled it 10 minutes before our scheduled time on The Fork. We got there and they told us that reservations aren't valid on Saturdays, so we had to put ourselves on a list. And when I said they should post it on the various websites, they even had the nerve to say it had been done. Absolutely terrible behavior. It would be enough to be honest.

10/12/2025: The premise is that my negative review is not for how I ate and how I was served by Mr. Vincenzo at the table, but for how they handled a problem that can happen: the payment with the POS gave a negative result several times with 4 different cards and 4 different POS... after several attempts and several moves from one place to another they asked me to use a nearby ATM and despite being a person weighing over 150 kg, taken by my sense of responsibility I walked with a waiter to the ATM not exactly nearby... where without difficulty he gave me the cash... when I returned to the restaurant the transfer had passed and they made my parents who are almost 80 years old pay...: for goodness sake, inconveniences can happen BUT NO ONE APOLOGIZED TO ME FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, NEITHER THE WAITER NOR THE OWNER, NO ONE WHO TOLD ME THEY WAS SORRY THAT I HAD TO WALK TO THE CLOSEST ATM DUE TO A LACK OF OUR EQUIPMENT, I CAN'T EVEN SIMPLY OFFER YOU SOMETHING TO COMPENSATE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OR MAYBE A DISCRETION ON THE AMOUNT PAID. YOU DIDN'T EVEN PREPARE THE INVOICE THAT I REQUESTED 20 MINUTES AGO... so Mr. Vincenzo, if I didn't leave you any tip, it's because of this lack of respect towards me, towards a person whose civic sense and education took him beyond his duties and humbly walked to the ATM... I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE A THANK YOU FOR MY AVAILABILITY, NOR AN "APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE," NOR THE INVOICE THAT I REQUESTED. I didn't mean to undermine the expertise of your restaurant, but to share my experience with you. I took my parents out for dinner and had a wonderful evening, but not receiving a word of apology or thanks was a real shame. Best regards Raffaele Vitale

05/10/2025: The meal was very good, and the waiters inside were also very kind. The three stars are because we came on a Saturday night with an 8:30 reservation. We got there, and I'll just say we got in at 11:30. I understand that it wasn't the fault of the lady outside who was handling the reservations, but what bothered me was being mocked because it was obvious we'd be waiting at least a couple of hours. Instead, the lady kept telling us, "Yes, yes, now come in, yes, you just have to pay," when clearly not.

16/11/2025: Beautiful Irish-style place, excellent beers, I really didn't like the products, dry burger while the pizza seemed like the frozen ones, a real shame, because there are no historic, beautiful and large places like this around here, I hope it will change soon.
