09/01/2024: Scelto dalla mia compag a è stata una sorpresa per il gusto e per il palato Location stupenda servizio impeccabile cucina eccelsa Svelta tra due menu degustazione abbiamo scelto Petra e ne siamo soddisfatti al massimo Pietanze studiate per creare esplosioni di gusto I vini abbinati sono stati indicatissimi si spende un botto ma ne vale la pena Lo Consigliamo 100 volte

07/12/2023: Una esperienza fantastica… attenzione a tutti i particolari per una serata da ricordare con prodotti del Sannio Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto con melanzane caramellate cavolo rosso , confetti di bietola, cannolo con zucchine alla scapece e polenta con funghi, poi due antipasti : sfoglia di patate con renette e maionese di soia e poi pane croccante con ricotta guarnito con gaspacho divino. Continuiamo con ravioli alle erbe mantecati al burro di Normandia eccezionali , e poi agnello accompagnato con mousse di carote, cipolle caramellate e mousse di sedano e come dolce semifreddo all’ albicocca e a finire caffè … in tutto questo pane servito caldo e croccante …. Una esperienza spettacolare

25/02/2024: Starting from the assumption that I was invited to a graduation party, I cannot evaluate the price but the quality of the food was good, like a mixed aperitif. I particularly appreciated the mixed fry with the Marche cremini but also the margherita pizza with a tasty dough. The trendy venue fits in with the style of the surrounding ones, well looked after but relatively narrow in relation to the considerable amount of people who flock to Piazza del Papa on a Saturday evening in Ancona, exemplifying in the same small room we were a graduate and two birthdays side by side. The service at the beginning left me dumbfounded because it was very tight not having the possibility to finish the dish another one arrived but without the space forcing you to eat in a hurry but on one side better so that extremely long times where holes are created in the stomach and the management of many people requires you to be very concrete. However, I leave my modest review of five stars overall because all the staff were kind, ready to satisfy our requests, despite having had to manage an unpleasant situation inside the restaurant, so I applaud their professionalism even in more critical situations. Sometimes, as in this case, kindness is the key to winning over the customer.
