04/05/2025: Reserved room via Booking.com. Then a message came from the hotel via Booking that the credit card was incorrect. After entering the correct details twice and also entering the details of a second card, the room was canceled by the hotel a week before we were supposed to go there. Message via Booking was not answered by them, the phone was not answered. The room was no longer available via Booking.

02/05/2025: The rooms are very dirty starting from the sheets in which I found stains, as soon as you enter the door there is a musty smell and importantly it didn't seem clean at all. The tent was all torn up, which is a very bad thing as it is also transparent and so at 6:00 in the morning the sunlight is already coming in and you are already forced to wake up, for as much as they get a room I think it costs little to buy a new tent with another on top for the night so as not to let the light in early in the morning. One very important thing is that I showered with cold water, because the hot water never came out The rooms are not soundproof at all, I took a nap in the afternoon I could hear doors slamming and people screaming next door Breakfast ok The only nice thing is the balcony with the view, that's all the 3 stars are for

10/05/2025: Desearía haber usado mi última comida en Amalfi en otro lugar. Es mucho más caro que restaurantes comparables en la zona. Todo en el menú era de 40 euros por alguna razón. No ofrecía una vista espectacular, de hecho estaba detrás de las escaleras de la iglesia y los pisos estaban húmedos y encharcados. La comida estaba bien, empapada en aceite, pequeña porción por el precio. Me saltaría esto.

11/05/2025: Don't buy a kitchen from Ikea. I bought one for my mother-in-law and after 20 days they made me dismantle the old kitchen but they only assembled one part. For 20 days we don't know what happened to the upper part, I strongly advise against buying a kitchen from Ikea who are incompetent and lack resolution

27/04/2025: Very bad. If I could give 0 I would. I carry out an online evaluation of two bissa shoe racks purchased in 2022 that I can no longer use for a change of apartment. I receive the confirmation email with the evaluation number and instructions for returning the items to the store. I go to customer service and wait an hour before being served. I am greeted by an employee who doesn't even bother to say good morning, okay let's move on, the product cannot be returned because there is no label. Fair but misleading, the employee shows me the regulation on the site where it is stated that the product must have a label to demonstrate that the item is no more than 10 years old. So why not include the same statement in the appointment confirmation email? Everything is written in this email except that the product must have a label! Specifically, I am instructed to bring the product assembled, clean and packaged and what's more, if I don't know how to transport the goods I can rent a van with Hertz, a person in difficulty would also have rented the van by shelling out more money! You will realize that it is absurd, if it had also been specified in the email that I would have to return the item with the label I would have avoided the hassle of cleaning, packing and transporting everything just to waste an hour of my time. A global giant should improve the management of this service and above all review the staff!

07/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve in this restaurant. The place is practically a closed veranda with sheets from which drafts pass through, my feet were frozen all evening. As for the food, the starters were decent, the first paccheri with seafood ragù, the ragù good, the paccheri overcooked (and you need some to overcook the paccheri!), the second first course, champagne risotto was tasteless completely without salt and above all without Champagne! The second course was a good sea bream fillet but the potatoes on top were raw. Good but frozen apple pie, but the thing that really left me stunned were the lentils, the large ones from discount stores, dry, mushy, completely without salt, unpresentable and inedible, in fact everyone left them. On a positive note, the service, the girls are kind and polite I don't think we will return to this restaurant again

01/01/2025: A delightful New Year's Eve in Pompeii How can we not leave an excellent review for this place, where we were truly welcomed like family members without neglecting professionalism, accompanied by good music as soon as we arrived Antonio, one of the owners, immediately welcomed us like family members, the super active staff, but the jewel in the crown was Gianluca the Chef, also one of the owners who delighted and pampered us with his splendid and tasty fish-based cuisine, all fresh, cooked to perfection but with flavors above many other places in Pompeii, highly recommended. Well done guys, I can only recommend everyone to taste your delicacies. THE TOP of cuisine, hospitality, cleanliness, elegance and professionalism. Well done. Well done..

31/05/2025: The wait staff was very friendly and attentive to our table. We did however pay 3 euro per person just to sit down and eat and the portions were incredibly small. The pasta with pesto was decently portioned for the price (19 euro) , but the gnocchi was overpriced severely. For 22 euro, you got 7 small pieces of gnocchi.

04/05/2025: I ordered a truly delicious platinum toast. Friendliness and speed from the staff. Highly recommended and really good. Absolutely worth trying.

11/03/2025: I would like to point out that for some strange reason the review was published about two years later. We went to Hortus for a quick lunch yesterday. The welcome is top notch, they are all friendly and nice, as well as professional, but what went over the top is the quality and flavor of the food: as in an ancient Neapolitan tavern, you can find almost forgotten flavours, excellent Campania products, both produced and from the land, and dishes prepared in an impeccable way. In addition to what you can see in the photo, we tasted the "broccoli and sausage" pasta (I don't remember the name they gave it)... sublime.

01/05/2025: Non ci ritornerò Locale molto carino anche se i tavoli sono molto vicini e questo limita molto lo spazio La qualità del cibo è calata di tantissimo rispetto alla prima volta che ci siamo andati, adoro il tamale ma quello del cosmopolitan è insapore, il burrito come tante alte portate aveva una consistenza farinosa e la carne era gommosa E la seconda e ultima volta che ci andaremo visto che la qualità è calata così tanto, ci sono posti migliori con prezzi molto più modici, qualità prezzo 0

13/04/2025: Sono anni che per me Cosmopolitan è una garanzia. I dolci sono squisiti. Il panino senza glutine è uno dei piu buoni mai assaggiati. Lo staff è sempre cortese e velocissimo. Ordino li da asporto quasi ogni domenica ed è sempre un piacere.
