We had a wonderful lunch at the Caruso Roof Garden. The atmosphere is truly enchanting, with a spectacular view that makes the experience even more special. The cuisine is excellent: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and truly excellent flavors.
A huge compliment also goes to all the staff, always kind, qualified, and helpful, making guests feel welcomed and cared for with great professionalism.
A special mention goes to Mrs. Giulia, who truly pampered us throughout the lunch with attention, courtesy, and a smile that made all the difference. We will definitely be back!

We spent a lovely evening at Caruso with five people at the end of March 2026. The food, atmosphere, and service were pleasant. However, we would like to mention one point of criticism: We had expected regional, young white wines, but the final bill was surprisingly high. We would have appreciated more open advice and greater price transparency, especially regarding the wine. This would have significantly improved the overall experience.

Excellent cuisine. Terrible service. We ordered a Chateaubriand and paid 120, but they forgot to pour the demi-glas sauce, the signature garnish for this famous dish. Only to find it on the serving table, forgotten there, when we were about to finish the last piece. Not even an apology from the waiter.

Excellent dinner, the chef's choice of "hand-me-down" menu was perhaps a bit repetitive. Of course, compared to other Michelin-starred restaurants, you don't leave the table thinking of going for a pizza to fill the void 😂. The dishes were surprisingly generous, the shrimp gnocchi were amazing, and the cuttlefish tagliatelle as an appetizer were divine.
