15/11/2025: An excellent choice for an anniversary dinner. The ambiance is very romantic, the view incredible. The food is very, very good, and the service is attentive. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny.

13/10/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at L’Agave. The food was wonderful and our server helped us pick out a wonderful wine. I had fresh baked gluten free bread which was quite a treat. The service was stellar and the views are stunning. We were happy to dine there for our second time.

15/12/2025: Casa e Bottega truly impressed us with their impeccable service. We stopped in last minute needing a quick breakfast before catching our ferry, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The space itself is beautiful — filled with greenery and well-cared-for plants, with a cute, relaxed vibe that immediately makes you want to stay longer. It’s the kind of place where you’d love to slowly enjoy breakfast and sip coffee without a rush. Even though we were short on time, the ladies made sure our food came out quickly so we could eat comfortably and still make our ferry. The service was excellent, and the food and coffee were both great. Would absolutely come back and spend more time here next visit.

12/12/2025: From the moment we walked in I loved this place. It had such a warm, peaceful, friendly atmosphere and decoration. I can’t say enough about how welcoming they were for our dog. Then the food came… So delicious. It started with the beautiful meatballs that melted in our mouth. And then the crêpes, ravioli, and the gorgeous local dessert, sbriciolata cake was the cherry on the top. And they was open in December when so many other places are closed, I can’t recommend this place enough..

18/10/2025: Beautiful hotel, great view and location! Helpful porters to get your bags and bring them back to dock. Room furnishings a little dated but very clean. Air conditioning also worked really well and room came equipped with a steamer which was really helpful as most hotels don’t have irons for you to use.

27/12/2025: The pizza is absolutely delicious, the Margherita is excellent and incredibly light, the fried pizza is well-seasoned and succulent, and the golden brown color reveals the impeccable cleanliness and quality of the frying oil. Every year we return, it gets better! Honorable mention for the friendliness, professionalism, and hospitality of ENZO, who is wonderful, and the entire staff. We'll be back every time we're in Naples.

01/03/2026: Today we had lunch at Il Covo di Leo in Monteruscello. I know this restaurant very well and have been going there for years, but I've been missing this one for a while. After all this time, I found it even better than I remembered... and it was already delicious! Leo is an amazing chef: every dish reflects passion, experience, and a love of cooking. The products are top-quality, and you can taste the care he put into choosing the ingredients. Honorable mention goes to the pasta dishes, which are truly exceptional, and to the meat, which is incredibly tender and flavorful. But, truth be told, everything was delicious, from appetizer to dessert. Leo and his family, with their warmth and hospitality, made our Sunday truly special. It's one of those places where you don't just eat well, you feel at home. An absolute confirmation. We'll be back very soon.

28/12/2025: We spent Christmas with our 5-year old in this great little hotel hidden away from the busy town centre of Cava de Tirreni. The room isn't full luxury, a little dated, but it has a lot of personalities. The views from the hotel are stuning. Staff members are super nice and very accommodating, nothing seem a bother. Located behind it is a rather big (late 1300s) cathedral - Territorial Abbey of La Trinità della Cava. This is a "must-see" if you stay at the hotel. I was blown away by the interior of the church as it didn't seem to be much from the outside. It's a lot (a LOT) bigger on the inside. There are guide tours available at price of 3€ to see more than just a main church. One thing to note is that, in case you decided to drive, it's quite a challenging journey. The road is small and windy, loads of blind corners, unless you're familiar with all the streets, or a seasoned Italian driver, I'd recommend to avoid it. There is a local bus (No. 61) that will take you from the hotel to Cava town centre. We had to organise daily taxi pick-up and drop-off from/to the hotel due to Christmas period. But was easy enough to do via WhatsApp messages. You may also want to do a day trip in Pompei while youre here. It's easy to get to by train from the Cava station. And Salerno is only 2 stops away the other direction.

08/10/2025: Great food, you gotta take a water taxi there, it’s free with their shuttle with red fish at certain times but if you wanna leave early like us gotta pay for way back 30E. Well worth it tho, rustic local cuisine, friendly service. Polpo salad was delish.

30/09/2025: The boat transfer is a mini trip in itself and a nice way to see Positano and the surrounding area from the water. A nice beach for swimming. In my opinion they shouldn't charge extra for their deck chairs, but the Italian's overcharge for every possible opportunity, which they should improve upon. We had a few different grilled seafood dishes and they were excellent. The side of grilled vegetables was small. Overall a nice day out. It's a minimum half day activity as the return only starts from 4 pm.

15/11/2025: EXCELLENT. The staff is always polite, smiling, and precise. The sandwiches are made with high-quality ingredients. The owner is very polite and accommodating. The price is fair for the quality of the food, the potatoes are fresh, and the location is spacious. The best pub in Vomero. If you're in the area, I highly recommend coming here for dinner.

And that garden, in the summer, must be a marvel for outdoor evenings! But let's get to what really matters: the food. I've had the pleasure of trying several dishes that have left an impression on me. Starting with a platter was an excellent choice, perfect for whetting the appetite and immediately understanding the quality of the ingredients. Then, the Genovese: a timeless classic, interpreted here with such mastery that it wins you over from the first bite. Intense and enveloping flavor, just as it should be. And what about the meat? The beef tartare was delicate and flavorful, a refreshing start before moving on to the main course. But the real highlight was the grilled meat. 08/02/2026: Gastronomic excellence, ideal for professional meetings. During a lunch with colleagues, we had the pleasure of enjoying top-notch cuisine. The service was distinguished by impeccable courtesy and professionalism, managing the meal's timing with great skill and grace. The culinary offering is excellent: from refined appetizers to exquisitely crafted first courses, to a selection of certified-quality meats. The quality-price ratio is absolutely balanced. The only concern concerns the availability of parking, but the gastronomic experience more than makes up for it. A reliable choice.

14/01/2026: Excellent place, welcoming and "warm" from a human perspective. The portions are generous and the food excellent, the beer selection is good, although perhaps a little pricey for pints. (Note regarding parking) Please note that the parking lot next door no longer has a parking agreement, and I strongly advise against it, as the manager charges €4.50 per hour with a fully charged POS terminal.
