04/07/2026: A somewhat disappointing experience. The ingredients were good, but otherwise we weren't satisfied. Very few dishes, but expensive. The worst coffee I've ever had in Naples. The welcome was adequate.

03/07/2026: Excellent food with the best service I received during my trip to Italy. Special mention to the waiter Enzo, who was very attentive and made us feel very comfortable during dinner. He was very calm and polite, which was surprising and a stark contrast to our other experiences in Naples. This dinner will be remembered for a long time. Thank you very much, Enzo!

07/07/2026: A very welcoming place with great service. The view is incredible, and the food is beautifully prepared. It was even better because there was a place to charge the car. Overall, it was great!

02/06/2026: We loved our room overlooking the water so waking up every morning was beautiful looking out the windows. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious and plentiful. I loved sitting by the pool and actively keeping the pigeons away with the mini squirt guns. What we were so impressed about was how well your hotel put on a wedding for 100+. It was so romantic and executed so quickly. The food was delicious and the staff was so attentive. Thank you all so very much! Bravo!!!

22/07/2026: Already 6 or 7 years ago, "cannazze," accompanied by the meat used to make the sauce, were one of my and my colleagues' favorite dishes. A big bowl of pasta for two and off we went! We'd leave with a smile. Now, however, it seems impossible to pull off the task. About 4 or 5 times in the last year, we've tried calling and going there, but bad luck has haunted us. We've even detoured 50 or 100 km to try our favorite pasta, but to no avail! Either it was closed. Or no one answered the phone. Or it was open, but it was full, and no one answered the phone to let us know. I think it needs a little more careful social media and phone management, since looking at Google Maps and various social media the days we were there, there was no news of it being closed. Just like a few Saturdays ago, when, in addition to driving an hour to get there after finding it closed, we had to travel another 45 minutes to the only place with free tables 35 km away. And yet, it takes 2 seconds to change a time on Google Maps.

21/06/2026: I loved this restaurant; it was everything you'd expect from a seafood restaurant in Pozzuoli. The risotto was delicious, but overall, I enjoyed all the dishes. The shuttle service was also convenient, allowing you to park your car in their parking lot and then be taken to the restaurant.

13/05/2026: A truly delightful experience at Falalella restaurant in Cetara. I chose the tasting menu accompanied by a wine tasting, and it was a perfect choice. Each course was carefully crafted, with authentic flavors and quality ingredients that showcase the local tradition. The wine pairing was well thought out and made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was attentive and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true gastronomic experience in Cetara. I'll definitely be back!

Every dish was impeccably delicious, the wine was simply amazing, and the sea view made the atmosphere truly special. 14/07/2026: I'd definitely give it a 5-star rating. The place is perfect, simple, well-maintained, and the staff are helpful. The dinner was perfect, the gluten-free food was perfect, and it's one of the few places that doesn't charge a gluten-free supplement. Highly recommended.

05/12/2025: We were guests at Hotel Poseidon and made a reservation at Il Tridente expecting a safe, professional dining experience. Instead, my family endured an incident that could have killed my son, paired with some of the worst behavior I have ever witnessed from a manager in hospitality. We clearly informed the staff that my son has a nut allergy. Despite this, they placed a starter breadbasket on our table with no explanation whatsoever—and it contained nuts. My son took a bite, unknowingly. Only 20 minutes later did a waiter return with a “nut-free” basket and admit the first one had nuts. We had not been told, warned, or advised at any point. I raced up the entire property—multiple elevators and several flights of stairs—to grab his emergency medication. Anyone familiar with allergies knows that within minutes, this mistake could have become deadly. My son’s life was put at risk because the staff failed one of the most basic responsibilities of a restaurant. But what made this experience truly appalling was the manager. His behavior was not just unprofessional—it was shockingly rude, dismissive, defensive, and outright hostile. As I explained what had happened, he repeatedly cut me off, raised his voice, and insisted his staff “would never” make such an error. He acted as if I was the problem for daring to bring up a life-threatening mistake. The waiter himself then stepped in and admitted the truth, proving the manager wrong. Even after being confronted with the facts, the manager still showed zero remorse. No apology. No concern. No accountability. Not even basic human decency while I was shaking and trying to ensure my son was safe. His attitude added a level of emotional distress that was completely unnecessary during an already terrifying situation. For a restaurant positioned as fine dining, this was an absolute disgrace. Mistakes can happen—but the way management chooses to handle them reveals everything about an establishment. And this manager showed a level of arrogance and indifference that is completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone one where guests’ lives are at stake. I will never return, and I strongly warn any family with food allergies—or anyone who expects even minimal respect or compassion—to avoid this restaurant entirely. No parent should have to fight with a manager while fearing for their child’s safety.

05/12/2025: Best place on our stop to Postitano. Great views, food and service! Get ready for an uphill hike, we were gassed! But it was well worth it!

11/07/2026: Worst "luxury" experience ever. €130 per person, including €60 for food and drinks. So, €70 for a sun lounger in the area near the sea. The upper area costs €100 per person, practically 100 steps from the sea. Terrible service; cell phone reception is nonexistent in this area, and their Wi-Fi doesn't work (they say there are connection issues), so even ordering from the menu is unlikely, given that the menu is online. I ordered a €18 Zacapa rum, and they served it with ice in a plastic cup. I asked for it without ice, and they brought me the glass back, but with the rum poured from the previous glass, watered down with melted ice. We ordered grilled octopus (€30), which was the only positive, but it was served with dry bread, probably from the day before. The shower had water pressure reminiscent of the early 1900s. P.S. They banned me from smoking because a rich, high-spending American woman next to my lounger complained about the cigar. So they played the city ordinance ban card (even though they'd even brought me an ashtray), but the others away from the American lounge continued to smoke happily. Either everyone smokes or no one does. All this for €130 per person. Don't come to this place.

11/07/2026: Wonderful, free access to the sea; full of locals who chat amiably with tourists. The sea is crystal clear! The two kiosks are excellent. The true soul of Anacapri!

12/05/2026: Our lunch consisted of a salad starter, ziti with onion and beef ragu, grilled squid on a salad. Perfection from start to finish. Our server was fantastic. We were seated indoors, which was very comfortable. The tables were nicely separated, so it was easy to have conversation. Highly recommend if you are in Positano.

03/07/2026: Nothing extraordinary... except for the view... if it had remained an osteria, everything would have been very welcome. But its aspirations to be a gourmet restaurant are rather unsuccessful, not to mention excessively expensive.

03/07/2026: A charming place with these open terraces, or tables on the lawn. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We ate very well 💯 3 drinks were equally good, with a very extensive wine list.
