08/05/2026: Giuseppe took care of us, he was a 10/10. Ambiance is stunning. Food is great. Positano is know for higher prices, you have to expect to pay that here. Dishes were well worth it.

10/05/2026: A meeting place for locals and tourists, where you can eat truly deliciously. The fried anchovies are delicious, the rice sartú is exceptional, and the Genovese is truly amazing. Their homemade bitters, Dragon's Breath, perfectly embodies the meaning of its name.

09/05/2026: This was my first time at this restaurant. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the food. I recommend the rice sartù and the Respiro di Drago liqueur, which will make you dream.

02/05/2026: I had an amazing experience at this hotel, amazing views and stone throw away from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure every detail was perfect throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Food was incredible, superb selection at breakfast. Everything about the service was outstanding, and it really elevated the whole experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. Would love to return.

10/05/2026: An exceptional osteria in Calitri, very popular with locals. And for good reason, because the cuisine is excellent, traditional, just like grandma's. The atmosphere is friendly and popular, with very professional owners and staff. You absolutely must try the cannazzi or cingul al ragù, the house specialties. The lamb cacciatore is phenomenal. The desserts, such as the ricotta cake and tiramisu, are excellent. The price/quality ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.

Each course was carefully crafted, with authentic flavors and quality ingredients that showcase the local tradition. The wine pairing was well thought out and made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was attentive and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true gastronomic experience in Cetara. I'll definitely be back!

05/12/2025: We were guests at Hotel Poseidon and made a reservation at Il Tridente expecting a safe, professional dining experience. Instead, my family endured an incident that could have killed my son, paired with some of the worst behavior I have ever witnessed from a manager in hospitality. We clearly informed the staff that my son has a nut allergy. Despite this, they placed a starter breadbasket on our table with no explanation whatsoever—and it contained nuts. My son took a bite, unknowingly. Only 20 minutes later did a waiter return with a “nut-free” basket and admit the first one had nuts. We had not been told, warned, or advised at any point. I raced up the entire property—multiple elevators and several flights of stairs—to grab his emergency medication. Anyone familiar with allergies knows that within minutes, this mistake could have become deadly. My son’s life was put at risk because the staff failed one of the most basic responsibilities of a restaurant. But what made this experience truly appalling was the manager. His behavior was not just unprofessional—it was shockingly rude, dismissive, defensive, and outright hostile. As I explained what had happened, he repeatedly cut me off, raised his voice, and insisted his staff “would never” make such an error. He acted as if I was the problem for daring to bring up a life-threatening mistake. The waiter himself then stepped in and admitted the truth, proving the manager wrong. Even after being confronted with the facts, the manager still showed zero remorse. No apology. No concern. No accountability. Not even basic human decency while I was shaking and trying to ensure my son was safe. His attitude added a level of emotional distress that was completely unnecessary during an already terrifying situation. For a restaurant positioned as fine dining, this was an absolute disgrace. Mistakes can happen—but the way management chooses to handle them reveals everything about an establishment. And this manager showed a level of arrogance and indifference that is completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone one where guests’ lives are at stake. I will never return, and I strongly warn any family with food allergies—or anyone who expects even minimal respect or compassion—to avoid this restaurant entirely. No parent should have to fight with a manager while fearing for their child’s safety.

25/04/2026: Mama Eat is always a guarantee for all palates and needs. A very positive note is that the entire menu is also gluten-free. Impeccable service and always smiling staff. A special thanks to Fabiana, who served us throughout the dinner, always smiling and ready to offer advice.

12/05/2026: Our lunch consisted of a salad starter, ziti with onion and beef ragu, grilled squid on a salad. Perfection from start to finish. Our server was fantastic. We were seated indoors, which was very comfortable. The tables were nicely separated, so it was easy to have conversation. Highly recommend if you are in Positano.

05/05/2026: Amazing. The view, the staff, the food. We laid out and swam in the sea for hours. It can be a bit difficult to get to since we had to take two buses, but we had the whole place all to ourselves, so well worth it! We also ate lunch here and had the sea bream which was incredible. Highly recommend.

22/04/2026: Good restaurant with especially good fish dishes. We stayed at the hotel and ate there one evening - it is definitely recommended. If you ask for dessert, they come rolling in with a dessert table where you can order yourself. Very original and delicious. If you come to the restaurant early, you will get a table with a view of the sea. Large selection of primarily local wines - many of them at extremely reasonable prices.

14/03/2026: We had 3 nights booked at the hotel and had dinner one evening. What a beautiful experience. Delicious food, with outstanding service. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back. The restaurant opens in the evenings, although Google states "closed". The dinner hours are specified from 19.00 to 23.00 hrs.
