17/10/2025: The Zenobi appetizer is recommended (the meatballs are delicious), the timbale is highly recommended, and the grilled meat was cooked to perfection... the tiramisu was top notch. A superb traditional Abruzzo experience!

12/10/2025: In August, on vacation in Abruzzo, one evening we went to Rocco's (the second time, the first last year). It's a small pizzeria with outdoor seating. What can I say? Even better than last year. Really good! I don't remember the exact flavor I chose; I think mine was zucchini and gorgonzola. Achy, I don't remember, but I have photos.

11/09/2025: An excellent experience, one we'll definitely repeat! My partner and I stopped here for lunch on our way back from our vacation in Vasto, after visiting the beautiful village of Atri! Well, what can I say? Delicious food, a very kind waitress. We ordered an appetizer, shared a first course, and ate some delicious arrosticini with grilled vegetables. And then dessert and coffee... All at a price you'd dream of finding anywhere else, for the same quality! A place that will definitely remain in our memories, and one we hope to return to in the future.

22/11/2025: A truly high-quality place, I felt at home with the service, not pushy but very knowledgeable. The dishes are delicious and beautiful, I recommend the seafood cured meats. You can see the passion for their work, the top-quality ingredients expertly prepared.

23/11/2025: Going to Gianfranco's is an experience. You can see the Michelin star rating right at the entrance. I think it deserves more, in my opinion. We chose the cod portion of the menu... I don't want to give away any spoilers; I'll attach photos, so you can see for yourself!!! I was moved by the cod parcels with its sauce and chives... With two bottles of wine and everything else, we paid a fair price. I highly recommend it!!!

03/12/2025: We went to Don Miguel last night before the movie and had a really good time. The place is clean, well-lit, and seats about twenty inside, while there are no tables outside. The pizza selection is extensive, including unique and unusual flavors (like carbonara, bacon, etc.). The turmeric dough is a real treat: the pizza was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and very flavorful. The prices are fair, and the staff was professional and friendly. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. The location is good, practically on Piazza Garibaldi, although parking right in front is impossible because it's close to the roundabout and parking is limited. Overall, a positive experience and really good pizza.

25/11/2025: We had the opportunity to celebrate our 40th anniversary in this wonderful location, and we're delighted. The owner and her staff were polite and very helpful, the food was delicious from appetizer to dessert, and honestly, the price was a testament to the excellent service. Not to mention the outdoor view, which includes a beautiful lake, expanses of greenery, a pine forest, and a children's playground, plus ample parking. Honestly, where better could you find? Try it and believe it.

22/11/2025: I chose to celebrate my Master's degree here, and I couldn't have made a better decision. Tina, her children, and the entire staff were exceptional: attentive, helpful, and honest. Everything was impeccable and as planned. I highly recommend them for your parties and ceremonies; you'll be thrilled!

07/09/2025: For our first time on holiday in Silvi, we were lucky enough to book at Lido Iris and we're thrilled. Everything was perfect, from the welcome from the host Lorenzo, who made us feel right at home, to the impeccable staff, all very kind and courteous, the well-kept and clean beach, and the fantastic sea. What can I say, Lorenzo, see you next year!!! From now on, our holidays in Silvi will only be at Lido Iris, thank you so much 🙏

30/11/2025: A few days ago, on a Saturday morning bathed in glorious sunshine and embellished with the snowfall of the previous days, we decided to visit Chalet Numero 7 in Valle Castellana, a place opened in 2018 that I'd long wanted to explore but had never found the right opportunity. Upon arriving in Valle Castellana, we were immediately captivated by the landscape: snow-capped mountains, clear air, and a small, human-scale village, quiet and charming despite the still-visible scars of the 2016 earthquake. After a short stroll through its narrow streets, we reached the chalet, a delightful wooden structure in the heart of the village. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by Romolo, the owner, and his wife Stefania, who is passionate about cooking. The intimate and welcoming dining room immediately conveys a sense of familiarity. Leafing through the menu, we paused to read the story of the chalet's birth: a touching, exemplary, and replete with determination, truly deserving of applause. Our lunch began with a rich house antipasto, consisting of six hot and cold mushroom-based courses. The bruschetta with melted cheese and fresh truffle was sublime, as was the scrambled egg with truffle, with its intense and authentic aromas. The porcini mushroom salad with pink peppercorns and parmesan was exquisite, the chickpea and chestnut soup was delicate, the roasted porcini mushroom buds spectacular, and the bruschetta with grilled porcini mushrooms and lard and chestnuts was excellent. Romolo, with great expertise, guided us on a true gastronomic journey, advising us step by step. We then sampled two truly extraordinary first courses: a ravioli with chestnut gricia, surprisingly delicate, and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and guanciale, which to call "out of this world" is almost an understatement. For second courses, we opted for a grilled lamb and mutton, cooked to perfection over the coals, with a genuine and bold flavor. The famous roasted porcini mushrooms, a must-try at the chalet, couldn't be missed, with their unique and irresistible flavor. We also tried the fried lamb cutlet, which was truly spectacular. At this point, we were almost done, but we wanted to end on a sweet note with some delicious cantucci biscuits accompanied by house vino cotto, an excellent chestnut tart, and, to finish, Romolo's artisanal gentian, a perfect digestif and a fitting end to a memorable lunch. The house red wine was also excellent, fragrant and ideal for accompanying all the courses. Romolo's service was simply excellent: his friendliness, warmth, love for what he does, and attentiveness to his guests transform a stay at the chalet into a truly special experience. The quality of the ingredients, the authenticity of the flavors, and the attention to every detail make this place unique. Sincere congratulations to Romolo and Stefania, who with resourcefulness and courage have brought their dream to life, fully realizing it. It was an unforgettable lunch for all of us, and we're sure we'll be back soon for another delightful experience. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff, and congratulations again!

19/11/2025: The nigiri were excellent (the shrimp melted in your mouth) despite the rice being a bit hard, while the uramaki didn't differ much from the all-you-can-eat options. The atmosphere was very nice, the service good, but the prices were perhaps a bit too high.

08/11/2025: A motorcycle ride through the mountains of Abruzzo... with an unforgettable discovery! Today, our motorcycle ride, though packed with breathtaking views and spectacular nature, took a back seat... because we discovered a true gem: the Loreta restaurant! Nestled in the mountains, in the hamlet of San Giorgio in the municipality of Crognaleto (TE), it's certainly not a place you stumble upon by chance; you have to go there specifically, with the help of a GPS. It was supposed to be a quick lunch... as always, but thanks to Loreta's kindness and hospitality, we stayed in that little paradise for four hours! No menus, no orders: we simply sat down and let her guide us on a journey of authentic Abruzzo flavors, with countless delicious dishes, laughter, and jokes in dialect. All for the very reasonable price of 25 euros. And the best part? After a delicious meal, we left the table feeling light and happy—a sign of genuine products and lovingly prepared cuisine ❤️ 👉 Highly recommended to all our biker friends! Book in advance and visit Loreta... she'll give you an experience you won't forget! 🏔️🍷
