25/07/2026: First experience at this restaurant and, unfortunately, also our last. The food was truly excellent: delicious cod dishes, well-cooked and carefully presented. The location is also very nice, and during dinner, my family and I said we'd gladly return. It's a shame that everything was ruined when we were leaving. As we were leaving, a waitress stopped us in front of the other customers and asked suspiciously if we'd paid the bill. I had the receipt in hand and immediately offered to show it, but the response was a hasty, "Okay, I trust you." Being publicly questioned, without any prior verification and without even an apology, was very unpleasant and made us feel deeply uncomfortable. The quality of the food deserves a return visit, but the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the service made us change our minds. A real shame.

06/07/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what really made the difference was the staff: an extraordinary team. The welcome was fantastic: the young woman at reception greets you with such a cheerful and contagious smile that makes you feel immediately welcome. A special mention goes to the ladies in the dining room and kitchen: they were incredibly courteous, always attentive and exquisite. And what about the gentleman who handles calls at night and the pool during the day? He deserves a special award! A true gem, with rare helpfulness and kindness. We had a tiny hiccup during our stay, but the speed and care with which it was resolved demonstrated a truly commendable customer service. They were able to transform a potential problem into a wonderful memory that we laugh about today. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our vacation special. We will definitely be back!

07/08/2026: I'd been looking for a place to enjoy a peaceful aperitivo for a while, and I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say Merlibeach is the only place I've found it. Quality, dim lighting, soft music at just the right volume, a magical atmosphere under the stars; all topped off by the incredibly kind staff, who warm the heart. I left the place with a sense of serenity I hadn't felt in a long time. Excellent, in my opinion. Highly recommended!

There were four of us, and we ordered pizzondelle with ham, chips, and fried cheese. 1 sliced ​​steak shared between two of us, and 30 normal and 10 liver arrosticini. 1 carafe of ichnusa, half a liter of house wine, water, and a bottle of Coke. 1 coffee and 1 sorbet. The fried appetizers were decidedly heavy and sickening. The sliced ​​steak was good. The arrosticini seemed boiled and lacking in salt. The liver arrosticini were burnt. We spent €158 for four of us, for a decidedly bad meal—I'd even say too much. Even though we sent the arrosticini back, no one asked us if everything was okay or how we'd spent the evening. Furthermore, we waited a long time and didn't experience even the slightest bit of friendliness from the staff. Absolutely not recommended.
