03/05/2026: A "normal" seafood restaurant, honestly, nothing special. One piece of advice: In addition to the daily or set menus, you should also bring a menu with side dishes, desserts, etc. to see the prices. In conclusion, I can't say I was thrilled.

12/03/2026: I've been to Nicola Sardella's Pinzata Teramana and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery. The pizza is truly amazing: light dough, well-cooked, and high-quality ingredients. You can taste the attention and passion behind every pinza. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place to return to when you're craving a truly well-made pizza. Highly recommended!

03/03/2026: The place is small, but it can seat about ten people. The staff is welcoming and friendly. We felt pampered and satisfied by the numerous fried delicacies available on display at the counter (various types of arancini, supplì, croquettes, calzones, etc.). The service is quick and attentive to customer needs.

01/01/2026: I happened upon it alone on January 1st for dinner, and it was the only one open in the area. Very kind and welcoming, very good food. Both the pizzeria and the restaurant: The arrosticini were excellent, wrapped in foil to keep them warm. I would have chosen a simple pizza as a side, but a marinara was as expensive as a capricciosa, so I passed. Maybe €8 for a marinara is too much? Oh, and by the way, it said PiNsa, not pizza, maybe that's why, I don't know. Overall, very good, and the host was very kind in not offering me a gentiana with some very good tozzetti. Maybe a little expensive on the arrosticini? But the quality is there.

12/11/2025: I stayed with my family the last week of August. What can I say? The common areas, reception, dining room, and pool are very beautiful and well-kept. The pool is large, clean, and even has a whirlpool area. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The food and breakfast are excellent; once a week they also organize an Abruzzo evening with lots of arrosticini (a typical Italian dish) and unlimited beer. The room we had, although a little dated, was spacious. The bathroom was large and renovated, and from the balcony, you can see the sea. It's a family hotel, so there are a lot of children. Let's just say the elevator is the only downside, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. It's old, small, incredibly slow, and always busy. We had a room on the fourth floor and almost always had to climb stairs, so I recommend anyone with small children or elderly people who can't climb that many stairs to ask for a room on a lower floor. I heard from the staff that they'd already requested a change to the elevator, but due to—I don't know—some issues, they haven't yet received authorization. It's a shame because, in my opinion, this somewhat detracts from the peace and quiet of the stay, at least for me. However, for those who don't mind going up and down stairs several times a day, I recommend it.
