A simple and unpretentious Abruzzo trattoria where you can try traditional dishes and locally sourced produce. Excellent arrosticini, tasty grilled vegetables from the garden, and a delightful pecorara (a type of sheep's milk pasta) are among the dishes we tried. The house Montepulciano is delicious. The owner, Francesco, is welcoming and kind.

At Collinetta you eat very well, with super friendly service. I don't miss it when I'm in the area. Eating Abruzzese food like this isn't easy.

A dive into the past where substance was everything, and frivolity did not exist, cutlet like grandma's flavors, excited.
