11/11/2024: A true hidden gem! The Calimera restaurant is an authentic paradise for fish lovers. Dishes with fresh fish that delight the palate, with unusual and tasty combinations. The environment is welcoming and the dining room staff are helpful, the service is excellent. It was an amazing dining experience that I can't wait to repeat.

10/03/2025: I attended a birthday party in the great room below. The evening was pleasant, with quality food, top-notch service, in an environment more than suitable for hosting a hundred people without any difficulty, with plenty of space between the tables. The evening was accompanied by music and dancing appropriate for a thirty-year-old. The salon that I didn't know was a pleasant surprise.

15/01/2025: Excellent piadina, friendly staff however there are few seats, if you go during peak hours you risk having to sit outside the restaurant. I would recommend changing location to have more seats considering that it is one of the most popular places inside the shopping center for lunch/dinner.

08/03/2025: I ate the TOP rare cut. The staff is very quick. One thing that left me speechless: the tires under the table. I would kindly ask the staff if they could also see under the table.

28/02/2025: Specifically, I have traveled through Italy during the years of my travels from Trieste to Porto Cesareo. I love Italy and go back several times a year. Over the many years of traveling, I have stayed in an incredible number of hotels, guest houses and various B & Bs. Since I myself work at a hotel and have been in the tourism industry for more than 20 years, I have always rated all my accommodations on Booking as a full 10, because they deserved it. I'll make one exception here and if I can't review on booking, I'll review here. I would like to point out in advance that the rating does not refer to the hotel's services or the quality of the accommodation, but is an assessment exclusively of the management. At the beginning of January 2025, I made a reservation on Booking for June 2025. Today I received a request from the hotel to cancel the reservation myself, because they are planning to renovate the hotel. I consider this action to be absolutely unprofessional, because the reconstruction is not planned from one day to the next, but is planned in advance (at least for the off-season and not for the summer). And when it was already known that there would be a period of reconstruction, they should have closed the online sales capacity of the rooms so that no one could make a reservation. Alternatively, plan the reconstruction from a certain period when there is no reservation and then the online sales capacity of the rooms is closed - this is the usual procedure. According to booking, this is the only hotel right in the city center of Civitella del Tronto, so I canceled the reservation because I wouldn't be able to stay there anyway, due to the closure. In a situation where you have everything planned, bought plane tickets, tickets for all trains throughout Italy (high-speed trains to Basilicata, back through Abruzzo and the final to Venezia), booked hotels in all cities, this hotel wants to cancel your reservation and it will completely ruin your travel plans, because apparently there is no other hotel in the city center of Civitella del Tronto. If the sales capacity on booking was closed, I would have made my vacation plans differently, so I have already lost a certain amount of money (at least for the trains) and now I am looking for an alternative solution. I hope that Mr. Zunica is aware that my cancellation of the reservation was due to my good will, I did not have to cancel the reservation and he would have to find accommodation in the same or higher category of the hotel in the given location, exactly according to the booking conditions. I do not recommend this hotel, the management's unprofessional approach will cause you a lot of extra worries instead of a pleasant stay.

14/01/2025: The room called the “grottino” is intimate and welcoming but you pay for the fact that there is no air conditioning. The staff should pay more attention when asking about the degree of doneness of the meat.

13/03/2025: Good food, accurate and punctual service with friendly and helpful waiters, the only negative note is a slightly dated environment. Excellent for both lunch and dinner, large conference room.

This year, however, they took a step further, making the establishment and the beach truly accessible and inclusive. With attention to detail, everyone, really everyone, can find their own space and comfort.

21/09/2024: 23 August 2024 every year I come to Roseto I stop to have a coffee the barista is nice and very good at making coffee congratulations to everyone. Anyone who wants to come to Rome has parking in Piazza Bologna.

26/10/2024: Localino piccolo ma accogliente. Servizio veloce,e poi abbiamo mangiato una pizza in pala spettacolare! con tantissimi gusti a scelta , accompagnata da una birra buonissima. Ma ho conosciuto il Il titolare, ed è lui il fuoriclasse della serata, ci ha fatto stare come tra vecchi amici!!. Io ci ritorno sicuramente, anche perché abbiamo pagato una pochissimo !! TOP! TOP!
