Agriturismo Il Carro Menu Agriturismo Il Carro was founded in 2004, in the hills of Loreto Aprutino. After a childhood spent in the kitchen, Gianfranco and Patrizia decided to breathe new life into the old family home, where Gianfranco grew up and lived throughout his youth. The agriturismo is completely immersed in greenery, far from traffic, and offers its guests traditional Abruzzo cuisine, with dishes that reflect time-honored traditions. The raw materials used in their dishes are the fruit of hard work in the countryside, sourced from their family farm and small local businesses.

25/08/2025: I ordered dinner on Glovo. Arrosticini and Margherita pizza. The arrosticini were terrifying, among the worst I've ever eaten. The meat was full of tough nerves and had a disgusting taste. The pizza tasted like a wafer. €30 for goodness sake!

31/08/2025: Nice little pizza shop near the beach. Delicious pizza and friendly service despite the language barrier. Super affordable! Since we came around closing time, we got three small pizzas for free. We'd be happy to go back 🤙🏼

04/10/2025: The staff were friendly, but that's about it. An hour's wait for a burnt burger and cold fries, orders were incorrect and forgotten among the diners, and confusion reigned. What a shame!

26/10/2025: The food was excellently prepared and served. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Abruzzese cuisine was excellent and delicious. We really appreciate it. As for the hotel: the rooms are rustic, but very well-equipped and comfortable. It's an excellent location for those visiting Manopello.

The rooms are clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, generous, and carefully prepared inside the villa. The helpfulness, attention to detail, and courtesy of the owners make the experience unique: we will definitely be back!
